The room was quite dirty and not properly cleaned. There were hairs and stains on the bedsheet and pillows, so we weren’t sure if they were changed. The toilet was really dirty too, and there were stains all over the wall. The bed was too soft for us and not very comfortable. The location is also quite far inside and not very convenient. Overall, it feels like the place is not really well taken care of. Not worth the price for us.

There is no reception, you need to do a self check in and they send the instructions on the email. Not good for a transit hotel as you arrive without checking your email and you encounter a rude security guy that barely speaks english. No hot water or at least I did not manage to use it. You can hear everything the neighbors do, I could not sleep because of all the noises (not even with earplugs)

De accomodatie zag er via de reviews en foto’s best ok uit. Maar eenmaal aangekomen met bagage en kinderen was het door zelf check-in best wel gestuntel met zoeken naar de sleutel, de juiste lift, verdieping etc voor de goede kamer. Het was een kleine kamer met wit, ongezellig licht, en rook er niet fris. Douchen voelde niet fris en de handdoeken roken ook niet top. Prima locatie als je echt lowest budget en expectations hebt, maar wij dachten er iets meer van kijkend naar de reviews en score op booking.

C'est très bien sécurisé avec un gardien H24. C'était pratique pour nous rendre facilement au circuit de Sepang et à Putrabaya.

Il y a 2 chambres collées dans l'appartement, on entendait énormément la télé de la chambre d'à côté.

Nice clean room. Perfect place to stay the night before a flight as it’s only 15-20 minutes from the airport. Loved that we could use all the facilities such as the gym, pool and sports courts!

The room did not smell nice at all, had to use my perfume multiple times to mask the smell. The room is not cleaned properly: dust on the floor and furniture , stains all over the wall, hairs in the bed.

Place not clean, aircon not serviced in years, no bedside table, not enough cooking utensils, no clean towels or bedding for a 4 night stay, 2 days to reply to messages

Proximity to the Airport. The flat came fully furnished with a kitchenette. And the communal infinite pool I had all to myself 🙃. The host was reachable via WhatsApp and responsive.

The location was excellent because we didn't want to be too far from the airport. The pool area is beautiful. Easy to catch a Grab from there and there are plenty of eating areas around the area.

The walls are very thin and unfortunately for us the people staying in the room next to ours were very noisy.

The apartment was very nice. Value for money, quite close to KLIA (RM 30 grab from/ to KLIA, and RM 60 from/to Petaling street). We arrived in KL one evening and had a flight in the next morning, and we preferred to stay close to the airport. I think it was a very good decision, as traffic in Malaysia is unpredictable. We didn't use the facilities as it was a very sort stay, but seems to be Ok for families

atCheap stay but with awesome pool and playground for kids. Definitely a must for family with little kids. Cant say much about the stay just comfortable enough for the night. Netflix ready, so need to login your own a account. Then ofcoz, got mamak and tomyam shop nearby so need the hassle to go find food further away. And the tomyam shop was cheap and pretty delicious. Overall, id enjoyed my stay there. Wish you all the same

You kind of have to have a car or go by taxi to and from here. There’s a small amount of restaurants and small grocery stores, but nothing else to do besides stay at the apartment complex

Pools is the main attraction here, that’s what made me left the airport for one night to make my daughter relax during a long trip. It is just 15/20 minutes from the KLIA but consider that taking a grab at the airport is a nightmare and taxi cost 3 times. Rooms have everything you need for a short stay. Comfortable beds.

A bit too messy for the short stay this hotel is about. Complicated check in, slow elevator that never comes, “hidden” stuff in the room or not clear how things work. A guide via email with instructions would have been appreciated. Plus, probably because of insect that I am happy not to find, rooms smell formalin so strong that I could not suffer. Really too chemical. If you need assistance have the no choice but calling the manager cause no one apart the receptionist is there. Wi-Fi in the reception would be useful to call your grab back to city or airport. The door man did for me.
