A complimentary bottle of water would have made the experience perfect.

Think the ad is VERY misleading. This is obviously only suitable for transit passengers and backpackers. Had i known it was AFTER passport control, I would never have booked it. As an older traveler with a large case, it is totally unsuitable. I requested a refund and have had zero response.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Die Unterkunft war super und sauber. Man hat alles was man braucht für eine Nacht am Flughafen. Erhält sogar ein Badezimmerartikel.
Das Zimmer ist zu kalt. Der AC lässt sich nicht verstellen und man friert die ganze Nacht. Lösung dickere Decken oder Temperatur erhöhen..

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026The transit hotel was just as mentioned in the booking site and with all the amenities mentioned. After a tiring flight and a long transit delay, I could secure my baggage, take a shower in peace and sleep there comfortably until my next flight. The locker system works is a cupboard with a code so you can secure your hand carry and freely explore the transit. There is even provision of discounted offers in some restaurants that Kepler refers to for dinner or just grabbing a bite. The staffs were also very polite, friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and clean with built in alarm in each pod. I specially liked the sound of the oean waves to help me fall asleep. The staff even help you wake up if you request them politely. The morning option of warm water, complementrary tea or coffee was also a plus point. All of these services and amenities within a transit hotel is a great value for money in my opinion.

The other guests have no respect I couldn’t sleep because someone’s phone kept dinging then 2 people came in talking and I had to say SSSSHHH twice before they got the hit to stop Also they cleaned the pod above mine but had wave machine noise to loud also not letting me sleep I had anticipated with 61/2 hours to get a few hours sleep but only managed about 45 minutes I do not blame the hotel they have strict rules but if people ignore them it affects everyone else

Had shower twice, brushed teeth, took a nice peaceful sleep, coffee and on to my next flight. I wish other airports had this type of facilities. Spent around ~£50

I told the receptionist the time of my departing flight, he did not only told me how much time to buffer as a standard answer, he took into account which gate my flight would be and told me it was far away so I better buffer extra time. He even came to check if I was ready to go when I should depart for my flight. I really would have missed my flight had it not been for his attentiveness. Overall it was really a pleasant stay! Highly recommend it to everyone!

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026The cubicles were cosy enough and had useful facilities. Appreciated certain rules to maintain hygiene of the sleeping pods. Staff were friendly and responsive. Great location and convenient for those with longer transit(s).
Communal toilets made sense for the size of the accommodation, however was a bit of a rush in the morning as a few of us were waiting for our turn. The bathrooms could also be a bit cleaner, particularly the seat, bench and mirrors. Also understandable that is unavoidable for cleaning purposes, but male staff often appeared which made it uncomfortable when some of us women were in our pyjamas or just coming out of a bath/in our towels.

Le lit est confortable et les cabines sont silencieuses. De plus, du moins si vous réservez via Booking.com, vous recevez un bon de 20% valable dans 3 restaurants à côté de l’hébergement, dont un qui propose de la cuisine du sud-est de l’Asie (images en pièce jointe). Dans la capsule, vous avez le wifi rapide, la télévision où vous pouvez installer votre compte Netflix et YouTube! Vous pouvez aussi consulter la porte de votre vol, même si la destination est indiquée plusieurs fois, à cause des vols en partage de code. Vous avez des douches avec du shampooing pour les cheveux et le corps. En bref, je recommande ce lieu pour les passagers en transit, notamment ceux qui sont arrivés le matin et qui ont leur correspondance le soir.
Je sais que nous pouvons mettre nos valises et d’autres affaires dans le casier à verrouiller avec un code, mais pour encore plus de sécurité, je trouve qu’on devrait avoir la possibilité de fermer les capsules à clé et je parle en ayant déjà séjourné dans des hôtels capsules chez qui il était possible de verrouiller notre coin pour dormir.

Reviewed Mar 5, 2026A very comfy and quite place right in the middle of the airport. It's a great place to take a break. I was even so lucky to get a free upgrade from 6 to 24 hours! Bed was very comfy, temperature was perfect and it was very silent. Guests weren't noisy and I think the staff did a good job to keep everything running.
Shower was not really clean. Maybe it is also not designed well, since its not easy to rinse it off, since it has a fixed shower head. The lockers were a bit old. Not bad, but the doors need to be adjusted again to fit. The white floor in the bathroom was very slippery when wet. Almost felt like soap was spilled.

Reviewed Feb 25, 2026空港のair sideにあるので入国しなくても済むのが非常に良い。 「カプセルホテル」に生まれて初めて宿泊したが、想像よりもスペースが広く、快適でびっくりした。必要なものが非常にコンパクトにうまく配置されていった。 周りの宿泊客も皆さん常識的な人ばかりだったらしく、静かでゆっくり休めた。Booking.com経由でセールだったのか（覚えていないが）非常に安い料金で宿泊出来て（カプセルホテルの相場を知らなくて予約時にはそんなものかと思っていたけど、フロントで直接支払いをしている金額をみたら、Booking.comの料金はびっくりするくらい安い、ということが分かった）非常にラッキーだったが、なんか申し訳ないくらいだった。 スタッフも非常に親切です。
チェックイン時に最初、予約が確認できなかったようで少し時間がかかってしまった。 使用の度に清掃が入るわけではないので仕方ないけど、床に髪の毛がいっぱい落ちていて、潔癖症の人だと無理そうかなあ（私はそうではないので大丈夫だったが）、と思った。

-There were small cockroaches in my bed crawling while I was sleeping, cockroaches were coming from bed cabinet. Please do clean even the small details to ensure there’s no insects. - Snacks provided were not regular biscuits, it’s smelling very weird for vegetarian as they were prawns flavoured.
