Kepler Club Kuala Lumpur Airport - KLIA T1 Landside, Public Area

Convenient as I had a flight out of Kul in am and arrived quite late. FD staff was pleasant. Air was very strong and cool. Bed and BR clean. No issue w backup at shared bath but I got up super early.

Bed was a mattress on the floor w bed in pod above hanging low over my head. Pillow was hot and not comfortable at all. I thought the deluxe room included your own bathroom. Not so.

As an alternative to going into KL for 15 hours - this was a winner. Staff were very helpful and nice and it was quiet.

If someone does not like tight places or has mobility issues, this is not a good option for them.

Staff was very helpful and proactive, cabins were high-quality and perfectly clean. Correcting errors with the booking was easy. Bathroom facilities were likewise modern, clean and easy to use.

Cabins are not fully sound-proof, so strict silence rules apply. You can't do a phone call from them. But that is only a minor issue.

Convenient stay for T1. Shower, coffee etc available. I was able to drop my luggage and rest for another hour rather than sit around inside the terminal.

The location is simply fabulous. Level 2 of Terminal 1. It felt like a high end hostel. With a woman only and men only "cubes". The "cube" was clean, quiet and you could definitely rest in there. The rules while in the room was no talking, no phones and minimal noise. The cube assigned was quite roomy and even had charging facilities. Showers and changing area was clean. They also provided you with a blanket to sleep, a towel, face towel, slippers, a dental kit (I stayed the night as I had an early morning flight) and ear plugs. I was quite impressed. They do store the larger luggage for you if it doesn't fit in the locker provider. Good customer service - they were polite, helpful with a smile. This place is located before security and great if your flight comes in early morning and you don't want to make a trip to the city when everything is still close or you have an early morning flight and don't wish to get public transportation in the middle of the night to the airport. Very worth it.

When the door to your "cube" was shut all the way, it could get a little warm. Even though they provide you with a fan, I found it a little hot after 2 or 3 hours and had to raise the "door" which is a blackout blind. It wasn't an issue but if you plan to snooze for more than 2 hours, I would suggest running the fan and not shutting the curtain all the way down to provide for some circulation with the a/c outside. Space is premium in the lockers. So if you are looking to unpack or rearrange things in your larger suitcase, the only place you can do so is in the common area and that area can be quite tight.

If you have to stay in the airport, it is very satisfactory, but it is cabins.

Maybe a little bit cheaper prices will be much better.

The location is good. The staff is helpful. The place is quiet to sleep even in this is at airport. Snacks and drinks are available. Close to some restaurant still at same level/floor.

Provide instant food at vending machine to those want to stay in the room rather than to go outside.

Kepler se trouve un étage en dessous du hall. Dès votre arrivée, il est très facile à trouver. L’endroit est très propre et tout le personnel est au top, aux petits soins. Je vous le recommande les yeux fermés.

休む場所に関しては、静かで申し分無い

利用する人達の気遣いと、ルームメイキングのスタッフの配慮が足りていないのが、残念だった！ スリッパの足音と何故かシーツをバシバシ叩く音がして、就寝中に起こされた！！

Some fellow guests don't know how to be quiet. My locker didn't accept my code which was definitely right and I had to get help. The blankets are thin and it was a bit cold for me, though they do offer more. The charging light and clock light in the pod mean it's not pitch black which was a shame.

In mens single rooms, One of the two available showers was broken as in no hot water as there was error on the status screen. Had to come out and use the other shower which worked well no errors on the status screen. Didn't use the toilets when I woke up as they were all occupied. So, not enough number of toilets during peak times. That was around 5am. 2. Room sliding shutter is not lockable. Not very secure la. 3. Even with earplugs in, noisy when neighbours move. Noisy when cleaning crew is cleaning up room after people check out. That means waking me up. Probably the biggest disappointment and will never book again for this reason.

Friendly staff helped me even after booking. com allows it to book as a daytime check-in only even when it’s past the time. They allowed me a night check-in and were very helpful

We had a very pleasant experience staying at Kepler Airport for a short stay. We chose a capsule for two people, which was small but extremely clean and comfortable. The shared bathrooms were also spotless and very well maintained. Overall, staying in the capsule was a great experience and much more comfortable than spending several hours at the airport. It is an excellent option for anyone who has a long layover or needs to stay at Kuala Lumpur Airport for several hours.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The provided earplugs worked very well.

Fantastically convenient! Comfortable pod style accommodation with easy check in process and handy amenities provided - earplugs, dental kit, robe and slippers. Tea, coffee, water and snacks all available free of charge.

Can be noisy (this is more down to other inconsiderate guests and not the fault of the accommodation!) Bathrooms could have more attention to detail with cleaning - surface cleaning was adequate but deep cleaning required on light fittings, sockets, shower screen etc. Just a bit more care and attention (and as with many places, close the door when you clean to spot all the built up dirt behind the door!)

Brilliant place.to have a good rest between flights. Perfectly located close to gates C of Terminal 1, and next to very good.food joints. I received a.voucher for 20% off at some.of these restaurants--are nice surprise! The staff was very friendly and helpful (thanks again Nick!). I will.make.this.my default place whenever I need to transit through KLIA.

Lage im Terminal, dank Beschreibung sehr leicht zu finden, Sauberkeit top, sowohl in den Kabinen als auch in den Toiletten und Duschen. Toilette beheizt und mit allerlei Funktionen. Man bekommt Handtücher, Hausschuhe, Zahnbürste und Ohrenstöpsel. Es war sehr ruhig in den Kapseln. Matratzen super bequem und die Kissen aus Memory Foam. Klimaanlage lässt sich ausschalten. In der Lobby bekommt man kostenlos Kaffee, Tee und Wasser. Foodcourt 1 Minute entfernt und sehr gut. Check in auch innerhalb von 3 Minuten erreichbar

I just diagnosed ringworm infection after staying there. Definitely not hygienic as I checked with my doctor today. Hope the hygiene can improve

The staff were polite and friendly. The location of the hotel was at the airport and was convenient for our flight.

The hotel advertised rooms but when we got there, the 'rooms' were tiny pods. The pods had virtually no space and were nothing like what was advertised on booking.com. The bathroom was shared across everyone on the same floor. The 'bed' was a futon on the floor and the pods had no sound proofing so every slight noise was heard. The controls for the lights were unnecessarily complicated and difficult to use when half asleep. The doors were glass so anyone walking past could see into the room, there was a curtain but this did not cover the full glass door. Sleep was almost impossible and I went to my flight tired. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be using this hotel in the future.

La struttura essendo in aeroporto all’interno del Terminal 1 è ovviamente comodissima per scali lunghi o simili necessità. Le camere sono sicuramente pulite e ordinate e nemmeno troppo claustrofobiche perché hanno un buon sistema di aria e sono ben organizzate anche come luci ecc. ti danno anche spazzolino e dentifricio e delle ciabattine. I bagni sono abbastanza puliti nonostante siano in comune con le altre camere.

La camera che ci è stata assegnata era in un luogo di passaggio e quindi veramente rumorosa con persone maleducate che passando parlavano a voce alta o che comunque non prestavano la minima accortezza pur sapendo della presenza di persone che magari alle 2 di notte stavano dormendo. Al check out e alla frase della receptionista se fosse andato tutto bene abbiamo risposto di sì ma veramente troppo rumore lei ha riso e ha detto ah eravate la camera 500? Eh allora capisco, è di passaggio. Non aggiungo altro.

Siamo stati qui una notte ad Agosto in transito da KLIA1. Abbiamo dormito in 3 (2 adulti ed 1 bambina) in una camera privata con letto matrimoniale. Ovviamente la mia recensione considera il fatto che quella di cui parliamo è una cabina per passare qualche ora in aeroporto. Bene, il mio giudizio è ottimo! La cabina, sebbene piccola, è perfettamente accessoriata, con materasso molto comodo e comunque spazioso. Ambienti utili per depositare i bagagli, appendini per asciugamani. Ogni piano della struttura dispone di un'area comune in cui consumare un caffè e fare uno spuntino. Le docce sono abbastanza da non avere mai fila, ed inoltre io le ho trovate sempre abbastanza pulite. Nel complesso una soluzione molto utile quando si è in transito, il tutto con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Conveniently located within KLIA1 with affordable rate. No more early flight anxiety! The capsules are spacious, cool and quiet and I slept instantly.

Only two toilets and two showers for the female side. Long queue in the morning and it can get quite packed in the toilet/locker area.

El equipo de recepción fueron muy serviciales, y la limpieza de las habitaciones fue muy óptima. Además, te dan café gratis y agua, a parte de un kit de bienvenida.

El lavabo era compartido y habían 3 para mujeres y 3 para hombres, es cierto que está genial que el lavabo sea un lavabo completo con ducha separada con mampara, pero en hora punta o si tienes prisa puedes quedarte sin poder ir al aseo.

It was a shoebox. Difficult to get up into the bed. Poor bedding, room cold and noisy. Shared bathroom over priced. No space on the room for bags.

Es cómodo e ideal para dormir justo antes de volar

Si vous savez à quoi vous attendre, c’est très bien. Très petit mais confortable pour 2 personnes. Le personnel est attentionné, l’insonorisation est meilleure que d’autres capsule hôtels. Ils fournissent des bouchons mais ok en a pas eu besoin. Café et thé disponible gratuitement. On peut changer la couleur de ma lumière de la capsule, ça a beaucoup amusé les enfants. La climatisation est très bien.

Les douches sont en quantité insuffisante et assez occupées à certaines heures.

Je n'avais jamais fait d'hôtel capsule et c'était vraiment très bien et très pratique, nous avions une escale de 11h. L'espace est parfaitement optimisé. Les douches communes sont propres et modernes. Nous n'avons pas eu d'attente.

Estaba ya directamente en el aeropuerto, evitando pegar un madrugon, coger una hora de grab y llegar con prisas al aeropuerto ya que el vuelo era por la mañana. La habitación es pequeña pero acogedora, suficiente para pasar la noche.

Lo malo que veo es que solo hay dos baños, me toco esperar un buen rato de pie esperando que acabará alguien para poder ducharme

The staff at check in wouldn't let me check in at first despite me giving them my check in details in advance. Then they apparently went looking for me when they got around to spotting my email informing them of my arrival time. They were lovely from that point on though.

I wish they would have just given me access to the bed when I first arrived like I had paid for. I was only able to get a couple of hours sleep owing to the check in drama

Staff was absolutely friendly and helpful, it was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Great location near food court and few minutes walk to departures, its also easy to leave terminal and get some fresh air outside (park area). Absolutely no stress before long flight. Thank you.

AC is bit too strong but I guess as european I am not used to it. Spare blankets are available.

A very convenient place to stay. 2 mins from the arrival hall. It had 24h reception. Safe to leave and lock your room. Had ample charging stations.

Needs a thicker blanket. Despite the 2 I was still cold with the air conditioning switched off.

Excellent location just outside Arrivals area for late evening arrival and morning departure. Staff very welcoming. The capsule room was just about big enough for two people and two large pieces of luggage. Very comfortable bed with good lighting and AC. Everything very clean. Shared bathroom was very good. Nice common lounge area with free tea and coffee. Excellent wi-fi. I wish all airports had facilities like this for transit passengers or early morning departures

Great to have an opportunity to relax in comfortable surroundings while waiting for flight at airport. Easy location and access within airport. Shower and toilet facilities an added bonus. Great location in KLIA1, with a comfortable room and helpful staff. Convenient for the food court, but also good facilities for getting a drink and heating up food.

The location is great and facilities are new. It’s fairly comfortable and they have pre-warned guests that noise maybe an issue. It would have been an exceptional stay if they cleaned the bathrooms more frequently.

They didn’t seem to clean the bathrooms frequently especially overnight. I had to go to the airport lounge, where we had access after immigration to have a shower as I’ve gone to a few toilets and it was quite dirty. At least at the airport lounge it’s cleaned after use.
