Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Good location, pleasant ambience, and facilities. Overall, it was a decent value for the price, but the experience could definitely be better with a few improvements.
My biggest disappointment was how the host handled a scheduled building maintenance notice. Property management announced on September 1st that water service would be shut off from 9.30 AM to 6:30 PM and can be extended longer on our check-in day (September 3rd). However, the host only notified us a few hours before check-in alongside the access details. This should have been communicated at least a day in advance to allow us to cancel, or make alternative arrangements. Because of this late notice (whether done on purpose or genuinely missed it), our plans were disrupted. As the water wasn't restored until 7.30 PM, forcing us to go elsewhere to get ready for an event. The water only restored after 9.30 pm. Offer from host to use reserved water in bottle and for team to bring buckets was not practical at that point. Aside from this incident, the property overall is a decent place to stay. A few minor updates would make a difference: the downstairs mattress is uncomfortable and could use an upgrade, extra pillows would be better, and adding a shelf for shower gel and shampoo in the downstairs bathroom is needed. The upstairs mattress, however, was comfortable.

Thick towels, clean and odourless toilet, a cool extra feature with the arcade games connected to tv, complete amenities, everything you might need is available, aircond working well, hot water very hot, a bunch of plug points and additional extension plugs. Would easily book again!

The hygiene, the condition of the property, it was the most terrible apartment that I ever step foot on. Pans were unwashed and left near the basin, basin was wet to begin with. Whole toilet floor was handed over wet with foul smell all over the apartment. Stinky Red wines stains over the table uncleaned. Balcony windows look like they hadn’t clean for months. Wall stains. We’ll I could only upload a limited amount of pics.

Reviewed Nov 7, 2025Dear Nest Home, We truly enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect clean and cozy retreat after an eight day road trip from Singapore. We wanted a good rest before heading home, and your team delivered perfectly. Communication was top notch. Responses came within minutes, sometimes even seconds. Check in was easy, and the condo felt safe with security guards and a convenient carpark. We also requested a thorough cleaning, and they did exactly that. The room was beautifully furnished in a tasteful Japanese theme. Clean sheets and towels were provided, and there was no dust on any of the surfaces. They even prepared the dining table with thoroughly cleaned mugs, plates, and utensils. The hot and warm water dispenser was ready for use, and the toilet was completely free of grime. There was also an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, and a fridge and microwave that were clean and odor free. Bottles of washing liquid, as well as filled shampoo and shower foam, were provided too. The floor was dry, and the whole room gave off positive, relaxing vibes. I have stayed in many apartments before, and you guys really delivered. I will definitely be checking in with you again at your other units since I visit Malaysia often.
