Ok

The apartment was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was tasty.

The building quality in some places was sub par. The location of the hotel is nice near the marina but apart from some restaurants and small supermarkets there's not really anything interesting around. Most of the places are closed.

Penginapan ok cuma kurang selesa dengan koridor luar bau minyak Indian sembayang terlalu kuat sampai saya masuk bilik saya muntah

Saya bagi nilai wang sangat tak memuaskan sebab di apps Agoda saya book Ada tulis harga sekali breakfast .. Bila saya hadir ke kaunter maklum harga tak termasuk breakfast .. baik saya book appartment biasa aja Dari book hotel kalau begitu harga nye

It is spacious for six of us. Comfortable and clean

None

Location not busy road.

The shower pressure was very low, not much tv channel to choose from.

SPACIOUS

The room apartment quite far and only one lift function. THe lift is small, so we need to wait . the frontline staff are not friendly. maybe they are working at night.😅

The room clean and the view fantastic.

Lots of plug sockets, clean, have microwave, induction stove (no pots and pans), fridge with freezer, located opposite 24-h mamak restaurant

No porter/bell boy,so we had to carry our luggages and stuff on our own (receptionist also insist that we carry on our own LOL). The receptionist have limited information about the hotel amenities and poor customer service gestures (but shes not rude, just not fully trained).

Parking was plenty and quiet, room is very spacious.

No coffee house

very nice place suka dengan customer service yang baik

Clean

NA

We are pleased with the Apartment accommodations, as they are generally clean, tastefully furnished and well maintained. Quiet surroundings for good rest with a breathtaking view.

Staff never answer call Difficult to get more information Services bad

The room is clean & well equipped. The bed is comfortable

They should pay more attention to clean the room balcony. It was littered with bird droppings & wild plant saplings.

Good location.

Booking was confirmed but was not given a room during our check-in and was told that they’re overbooked.

I liked the location. The room size made it more comfortable and suitable for longer stays.

Wish the pool was bigger..

Our stay cancelled by staff due to hotel overbooked. Looking forward to get the refund. No response from the booking & property itself. Please refund my money immediately.

The room was excellent—clean, comfortable, and offering a pleasant view. The security and cleaning staff were polite and respectful, which is commendable.

However, the front-line service at the counter was unacceptable. The manager took nearly an hour to process check-in for just five guests, reflecting a serious lack of efficiency and poor service standards.

Quite a nice location on a quiet Harbour Front, with not a lot to do, which is great if you're just here for relaxing. There's a few restaurants on the Habour, so you'll easily find a few good dinner options. Rooms are spacious and nicely kept, very clean. All in all - nice rooms, good location, but the hotel itself does not give value for money.

The hotel is quite run down and we felt price did not match the facility and service standards. The pool area and general communal areas are run down. The hairdryer in our room was broken. We struggled to get internet connection to actually watch anything on the TV and when calling reception for technical engineers, they never came. The pool area was beautifully located at the penthouse with views of the habour and greenery, but the area was poorly kept; cushions for the seating was lying around disorganised, there were never any clean pool towels and we had to call three times to reception to get new ones sent up, and the emergency telephone by the pool was broken.

Very comfortable and calm stay in Puteri Harbour

Its a very good for the value

Room was comfy and spacious

Area at ground floor outside hotel can be eerie

Clean room, spaces room and very good wifi signal. Will stay again & recommended to all. Thank you Trinidad Suites Johor.

Nearest Mamak restaurant closed in the mornings due to renovation progress. Open in evening.

The room was so spacious and clean.

Location a bit far from JB city center

We wanted a quite ambience away from crowd and this hotel was great

Nothing in general

Ruangan sangat besar, nyaman, untuk harga yg terjangkau.

The suite room was as advertised and was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful

I loved my recent stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and the air conditioning functioned perfectly. Netflix provided. The location was mostly quiet, though there was some disturbance from car engine noise at night. Water flow was good, the bed was very clean, and it was easy to access the room directly from the basement parking.

At first the sign to the lobby hotel was not clear and we make a round before reach there.

bilik yg selesa..luas.. suasana tenang ... recomanded..

My room view

Nice clean room in a quiet and peaceful area. Bed was nice.

The pillows were a bit too soft for me

It was comfortable and nice

There was nothing that I can think of

The room was amazing ! Huge for the price paid.

There are some items not installed properly. Lift area a bit stale.

Spacious room

Large rooms which were clean. Lovely pool with great views.

No double bed

Good view for breakfast

As usual, cigarette smoke filled our room via the aircon in the middle of the night. There is something seriously wrong with the hotel HVAC. The irony is this stay was a complimentary stay as compensation for the previous visit when there was the same issue of cigar smoke filling our room, and then again with the new room given. We have young kids. This is grossly unacceptable

Good value for family of 4
