Reviewed Jul 21, 2024Nice modern apartment in a fancy building, with access to gym and swimming pool. The host was responsive to my messages.
The self check-in was not ideal, since I had to figure out how to use the facilities in the apartment and in the building. It is not located downtown, so you'll need get a cab to do anything in KK.

Reviewed Apr 11, 2024The room was very clean, quiet, comfortable, and felt luxurious. Easy self check in via WhatsApp communication. Free tea, coffee, filtered water, and rice. Great little kitchenette with microwave, rice cooker, hot plate, and toaster. Beautiful pool.
WiFi and Netflix connections were intermittent but were not a bother for us. We would definitely stay again!

It's really difficult to find place for parking car for free of charge that space to limited especially for guest long trip to stay at your hotel and the parking car using ticket per hour was too expensive.Hopefully next time, please provide some space for free parking for guest long term trip at your hotel.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2023Very clean, provides extra pillow and mattress. Iron and hairdryer are provided too. Nice room with good price. Kitchen utensils provided are very useful. Check in and check out very easy. Also, smart tv really gives extra stars for the rokm.
The hallway outside the room is a bit old and. Lift is very far from the room.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2023Comfy and spacious room! Kitchen was well equipped and bathroom was clean. Host was very friendly and helpful during my stay too. Highly recommend to my friends visiting KK next time.
During my stay, one of the 2 lifts was not working. So I had to spend a lot of time going up and down the residence building :(
