Awesome just need to know about swimming pool

The Interior design of the unit but it's size is ideally for 2 people only, comfortable, you can cook, close to the shops and the owner is very responsive

We stayed there for 3 days 2 nights (3 adult & 1 1 year old) the free water bottle is only 2 bottles only. But it's ok we just bought our own water bottle. The rest are ok.

The property is unsafe there are a lot of people coming in and out of the building. Since the main glass door is always open.

The property is not maintained there are cockroaches in the ceiling. Dust on the chandelier and behind the TV. The sliding door on the cabinet is damaged which is difficult to open and it might be broken anytime. The most disappointing part is that they advertised that there was a washing machine on the bathroom, but unfortunately there is none. I need to pay $20 for a bag laundry outside the building. The owner didn’t check on me during my stay. Not value for money.

Accesible to stores and restaurants, walking distance to MOA. Great price.

The place is small but very comfortable, very convenient place its close to everything we enjoyed our stay.

Shower area needs re grouting as its very mouldy and the lights and shelves need a good dusting

Les photos montrent la chambre au tout début, les années d’utilisation ont passé depuis mais ça n’enlève pas le côté agréable de l’endroit.

I like the area and the security of the property.

The property was very small. There was not even a room for my luggage. I felt cramped.

Close enough to Mall of asia and nearby establishment.

The size of the room is not well suited for a family of 3. There's almost no space if you set up the sofa bed. Better suited to a single traveller or a couple without kids.

Near to the Mall. Room exceeded my expectation.

Shower nozzle was loose. Water would shoot outside of the shower sometimes.

The place is near by the airport, and mini shop, restaurant. The lounge is nice.

There some mini insects on the ceiling, and on the floor. Otherwise the room is beautiful.

I’m sorry to say but there’s a tiny bug running in the washroom & kitchen. The Terrace..

Host is friendly, provides self-checkin info. View is moderate, buildings and construction company. The building itself is modern, almost like a 5 star hotel. The interiors of the room is well done, a bit dated. Beds are comfy and ac is working. It's not as big as the photos suggest (mirrors).. Mall of Asia is nearby with hundreds of shops and restaurants. Fare from the airport should be about 200-250 Pesos.

The bugs. When you turn on the light, especially in the bathroom, you see them scatter everywhere.

Accessible with amenities. It's just good enough for a family of 4. Comfortable bed. Luxurious reception area.

The carpark was so expensive.

The location is okay. The room is esthetic.

The aircon is not running good and not cooling the room. My guest didn't stay comfortable. You need to check your a/c for your next guest. The commode is clogged. They didn't even take shower because they are afraid that the shower gets clogged too. Kindly check your unit because it was disappointing. Thanks!

We like the location near at the airport and establishment, room is clean and no noise. We have a small problem when we enter in the apartment we have a wrong pass code. But everything is good during our stay. We will comeback again.

Bedding wasn’t clean the washing machine was broken but wasn’t notified and to top it off there was mouldy food in the microwave

Homie and location is really near to attraction and moa..space is decent for solo traveler, facilities is amazing.. wifi is has a best connection..

The interior is the same as advertised. Had needed amenities such as blowdryer and iron for clothes. The owner is efficient with communication. Hotel staff are nice and polite. Accessibility - airport (if no traffic) and malls are close by and within minutes reach by car.

Unhygienic, black moths and cockroaches everywhere. Molds and dust in the shower room especially the shower heads. Mirror cupboard broken. Closet drawer hard to access to get the iron and cord extension. Needs a lot of cleaning, maintenance and upgrade especially in the shower room.

Certainly not the owners fault but the hallways can really get stuffy or smelly sometime. However, this does not impact the unit itself. We had difficulty getting the right temperature from the airco but maybe we just didn’t know the best combinations on the remote.

The place is really clean , nice shower with warmwater . Kitchen has all that you need. Big refrigerator and tv . Having Netflix is a plus. Wi -fi is fast . The most i like in the property is the bed and pillows they are very comfortable for me . check in and check out is very easy .

What i didnt like is no wi fi or internet in the reception . using my own EU data is too dear for roaming , bought Phils Sim Card but cant use it as im having trouble to register the sim .

Near the airport and has plenty of options for eating.. There's a Statbucks nearby (walking distance) as well.

I love the interior of the unit, location is also great if you want to walk for 10mins. Going to MOA. Security is also very convenient.

The photo is different from the actual, the photo looks bigger than the actual space. Too many things. The owner doesn't know how to give consideration.

The property is in nice location

I liked it because it is near the Mall of Asia and NAIA.

I don’t like the sofa bed because it is not comfortable to sleep with. The sofa cover needs to be replaced or washed or clean because it’s not comfortable to the skin. It felt like so much dust in it.

Look clean and classy in picture but we encounter some problems while staying for 2nights.

During night time we encounter som insects flying on bed and in the bedroom wall. There are dust under and beside the bed. The owner has been informed about it. Hopefully the cleaning would be improved.

The residence was super close from the MOA arena and MOA shopping center, which was extremely convenient for me as I came here for a concert. The place is spacious and super clean, the host is responsive and nice.
