Delta Casa Ubud - A-Frame Jungle Retreat with Volcano View and Hot-Tubs

La cabaña de dos pisos es preciosa, las vistas son espectaculares y tuvimos la suerte de disfrutar de un amanecer increíble con el volcán de fondo. Lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido la tranquilidad y esa sensación de estar en un auténtico retiro. Mención muy especial a Galuh. Durante nuestra estancia tuvimos un inconveniente completamente ajeno al hotel y, aun así, Galuh se ofreció desde el primer momento a ayudarnos en todo lo que pudiera. Se involucró personalmente, nos ayudó a solucionar el problema y estuvo pendiente de nosotros y preocupándose por la situación hasta que finalmente quedó resuelta. Su amabilidad, disposición y preocupación por nosotros fueron realmente excepcionales y es algo que valoramos muchísimo. Nos hemos sentido muy a gusto durante nuestra estancia y nos llevamos un recuerdo para toda la vida.

Los sonidos de la naturaleza forman parte de la experiencia y, aunque hay que asumirlos al estar en plena jungla, a nosotros no nos han molestado en absoluto.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich atemberaubend! Kann ich nur empfehlen, insbesondere Villa 1 mit dem Bett im zweiten Stock. Es ist sehr ruhig und man kann perfekt entspannen. Man kann sehr gut gut essen mit Grab bestellen. Die Unterkunft ist ein bisschen abgelegen von Ubud, aber mit Grab kein Problem. Besonders die Sonnenaufgänge sind wunderschön. Das ganze Team ist super nett, insbesondere Galuh an der Rezeption.

Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Ich würde 3-5 Tage empfehlen.

Shower head. I cleaned the shower head nozzles from buildups to have the water flow properly but squeezing each one individually to clear the buildups.

Everything was great! I asked for the room to be prepared in advance for my girlfriend's birthday. Look at the photos, how cute it turned out! Compared to other places, the room didn't smell musty. Overall, it was cozy and authentic.

A couple of things: I didn't have a second mug and I need to get used to the stairs, I hit myself twice.

Had to listen to the party music of locals until 9pm and then the nearby template started to play their music until midnight. No chance to enjoy those promised jungle sounds or having an early night sleep. Breakfast came in Plastik/Metal boxes. No cctv at the parking area which has a bunch of construction workers next to it. Pictures are from the reality it promises. Wouldn’t recommend. This platform doesn’t allow to upload video as I would love to share the annoying sound noise! They shouldn’t have a place like this next to a local Temple if they can’t even respect some night noise level.

Beautiful villas very unique. If you love forests and nature, this is the place to be. The A frame villas are so aesthetic and just like the pictures. Staff are very friendly. Just quite isolated so make sure to have a car and driver.

Probably the shower situation as it’s quite small and all the water kept spilling outside making the whole floor wet. But I guess that’s not a major issue given the location.

This is such a beautiful, peaceful and well designed space. I stayed in both types of rooms and loved them both.

Nous n’avons pas eu de chance sur le timing. 3 nuits sur place, pas d’eau sur 2 jours. Des travaux d’agrandissement de nouveaux chalets. Bruit de construction à partir de 8:00 du matin. Je donne quand même 9 pour le caractère original du site. Le bon rapport qualité prix dont j’ai bénéficier Le staff essaye de tout faire pour que cela se passe pour le mieux. Petit déjeuner peut volumineux, mais de bonne qualité.

Finding the entrance to the accommodation was quite difficult as there is poor signage and Google maps takes you to the wrong location. Looks close to rice fields on map but its a long walk around.

Literally in the heart of the Jungle ! Sounds of the natural insects,birds and animals was literally out of this world ! Then enjoying it all from a luxury comfortable villa was cherry on the cake !

As casas não são como nas imagens. A cama não é confortável. O pessoal não é preocupado com o conforto dos seus hóspedes e ainda gozou comigo.

C’est un endroit atypique, très agréable, non loin des rizières de Tegalagang et du centre de Ubud avec une durée d’environ 15 min en scooter. Le lieu est paisible et le service est très appréciable et chaleureux. Le personnel fait les démarches pour la location d’un scooter pour un prix de 9frs/jour.

L’absence de piscine est dommage même si aux alentours à proximité il y a beaucoup de lieux, bar, lounge où il est possible de se baigner.

Le petit déjeuner était juste parfait copieux et on peut choisir ce que l'on souhaite. La vue était imprenable du lit

Nous avions pris cet hôtel pensant être coupé du monde et en mode détente ce ne fut pas le cas : l'hôtel est en travaux pour s'agrandir du bruit tout le long de la journée. De plus un chat roux traîne et miaule non stop juste devant les potes à en faire peur. On toque à la porte et hurle GOOD MORNING jusqu'à nous réveiller lorsque le petit déjeuner est apporté ce qui est dommage. De plus , delta casa pour Grab et Gojek n'est pas connu on nous dépose à 400 mètres ( nous sommes arrivés dans la nuit donc dur de se repérer)

La estancia ha sido maravillosa. El sitio es encantador, estás en medio de la selva y la casa es preciosa con todas las comodidades necesarias y limpia. El desayuno lo necesitábamos temprano y nos trajeron a la hora indicada calentito. El personal está atento a cualquier cosa que necesites, incluso transporte para ir a cenar. También nos lavaron la ropa que queríamos y nos llegó lavada y planchada. Encantadora, muchas felicidades

The A-Framed tiny house look just like the pictures, it's beautiful, clean and morden. I'd totally stay here again! The location is so good... a stone throw to U Fun Field, we enjoyed it do much!

Wish we could stay longer... like at least 3 nights, so we can take our time, read a book, cook our own meals and chill. :)

The place itself is peaceful and the surroundings feel very calm and grounding. The houses are charming, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, which makes the stay feel comfortable and welcoming. They also provide a very thorough guest guide that covers nearly everything you might need to know, from check-in details to recommendations and tips, so you rarely find yourself with unanswered questions.

They only provide one bottle of water. If you want additional water, you need to drive to a shop or buy from the minibar.

There were constructions happening when we stay right in front of the cabin. The booking pic should mention this when guest booked the place. Breakfast among the worst we ever stay. Better plain bread and jam

I'm so touched that the staff stayed past the cut-off time of 5pm to help us check in. I am 7 months pregnant, it was dark and raining, and the roads are treacherous. The staff were really hospitable, greeting us and leading us to our villa. The villa was beautiful and clean, and we really appreciated the minifridge and complimentary water.

We actually went into the wrong property because we arrived after sundown and there are no streetlights there. Suggest the property manager to include a note that the first property you see when you follow google maps is not theirs. You have to go round the side and behind that property to get to Delta Casa. Also, the pool looks like it could use a scrub. I dared not swim in it.

The only disadvantage was that there are many ways for insects to come in as the door are not really sealed. Other than that it was really nice.

Super clean villa, fully functional kitchen, super friendly staff that helped us with literally everything. Glad to meet super lovely staff, a lot of pleasant surprises. The facilities of the villa is well-equiped by a considerate owner. For example, the second level of the villa can be hot during the day owing to direct sunlight, yet the owner prepared two fans that help to send the cold air from ac above. And the view, and rainy drizzles that accompany you while sleeping. Do experience them yourself.

The location is the only problem if you don't ride motorcycles or drive a car.

Beautiful a-frame house, really cool with the reflecting windows and the beautiful views. Easy check in and communication.

It’s a shame they are still using many plastic water bottles. We asked if we could get many just a glass bottle of water instead of all the plastic but they didn’t respond. We only get 1 towel per person. When I kindly asked if maybe we could get one extra (to wash our hair and because we were staying there for multiple nights), they only responded they don’t give more towels.

If you want to experience the jungle and hear the sounds of different animals, this is the right place to stay.

how everything was so connected to the nature

Even though it was cloudy and we couldn't see the mountains when we stayed, the view of the jungle was beautiful. Staff member was very friendly and helpful.the restaurant unfortunately closed early the day we stayed so we couldn't get room service but the guy at the restaurant offered to go get us an alternative and he delivered it to our room.

This is a beautiful quiet spot.. relaxing listening to the jungle sounds. Rooms were nice and cool and well appointed...

The location was perfect! It was a beautiful hideaway spot and the architecture of the villa is just so nice. They were always available via whatsapp and please order the in cabin dining, their food is amazing!!🤩

Really beautiful accommodation, the design is great and it’s perfect for a little getaway retreat. the hosts were lovely always nearby or in hand. A nice relaxing jungle villa. 1. We seen there was bad comments on the reviews that no one was around and customers were left, that wasn’t the case for us - someone was always around and there’s whatsap number for any concerns, you can contact at any time 2. Another review we read before coming was no shops around - but there was a shop at the parking lot basicall, right at corner near villas, not even one min walk away 3. Another review we seen was upstairs was too hot and uncomfortable, we read before we came but when we arrived there was plenty of fans around to cool the space Moral is don’t always go by other reviews, it can make a place sound bad when it’s actually really great! Had no issues, would highly recommend, great place 👌

That was a perfect escape! Nestled in the heart of Bali’s lush jungles, the serene surroundings made it a peaceful retreat. The villas were cozy, well-designed, and offered stunning views of nature. A true tropical paradise — I can’t wait to return!

The house that we stayed in didn’t cool the upstairs bedroom enough because the air conditioner is located downstairs. (there was a fan provided upstairs that can cool a bit but it was not cool enough for me)

The staff were very friendly and helpful! They responded straight away at any time of the day via WhatsApp.

Unfortunately, the description of the property‘s equipment was misleading, as it stated there is a washing machine and iron. None of them were available in the villa, but the staff offered laundry service if needed with additional charge. In case you plan to do you laundry keep this in mind. It says that the house is isolated, but one can hear quite loudly the animals outside, gekos, frogs and other. Also the bathroom 🚽 needs refurbishment and a ventilator, only window for me was not enough, especially at night when mosquitoes can enter easily. Bear in mind that yes the villa is in the wild, but is far front he center of Ubud should you like to have dinner there. Gojek works perfect though, you can grab a motorbike or a taxi, they will find the location.

The villa is great! Very new with modern design looking over at the jungle! Really enjoy the peacefulness there and grateful to be away from busy life. Host and staffs are super nice and helpful! They also have massage and private yoga session to book which I absolutely love!

Mostly need transportation to go to restaurant, and also you need to bring your own toiletries but these doesn’t dissuade me from recommending this!

Be careful, two among the three houses available have round metal wood stairs with no safety handles takes you to the upper floor ( wich have no air conditioning and have no bathroom. You have to go down if you need the only bathroom wich located on the ground floor. ( so hectic ) Only small air conditioning unite is located on the ground floor ( no enough) to carry the cold air up . To over come that the owner offers fans ( humid and hot )

Location and the beauty of the place. It’s right in a jungle and with a nice view. At the same time near to local people if you want to see or talk to them.

The bed was not comfortable frankly speaking the door to the bathroom was brocken but I guess fixable we were there just for one day and didn’t reported it. For a long stay stairs to the bed wouldn’t be that comfortable as well.

It’s in a beautiful location, the villas were gorgeously designed, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Was awesome to be able to get a massage overlooking the jungle.

Only gripe was the door didn’t close fully so we had the occasional bug come in at night, just made sure the curtains were overlapping and shoes at the bottom of the door stopping the curtain from opening.

The design of this triangle villa is amazing and beautiful. The location is a little far from the city, but it was supposed to be like this to have a real experience living in the jungle, which was wonderful. The view from the room on the second floor was beautiful at sunrise and sunset. The little pool at the right corner was very confy and quiet with a jungle view. Breakfast was delicious, and it was delivered to your tiny villa every morning. The smell of the blankets, sheets, towels and bed clothes is very good like a nice perfume.

The towels smell very nice but they are old. Change of towels for sure! Maybe more breakfast options with more dishes to choose and more variety of juices as well.

Delta Casa is truly a dreamlike accommodation in the middle of the jungle, yet not so secluded that you feel cut off. We were able to shake off the hectic feeling from our stay in Ubud center very well here. The cottages are tastefully decorated, with a lot of attention to detail, and perfectly equipped. The host was very helpful and friendly, always available when needed. The breakfast options are delicious and brought to your terrace in the mornings. The nature surrounding the tiny house is breathtaking, and you could easily spend a whole day just relaxing on the bean bag in front of the house! We felt very comfortable, thank you very much!

I liked the uniqueness and the shape of the villa. Also the facilities inside the villa and cleanliness.

Beautiful!!😻 the view is breathtaking. The tiny villa has everything inside! The TV has Netflix&other things all has paid user and can see free movies 🍿. The staff were so great and helpful. I needed laundry and they don’t have but they managed to take it outside the property to clean and bring it back!😍 How wonderful is that! It changed my whole experience. It’s one of the best villas that i ever seen, highly recommended. Thanks to the owner for their attention to details and thanks to all of the staff for their excellent service.

The unique design and location of the property, very jungle vibes, we both loved it.

The view from the entrance of the villa is lovely and the infrastructure is quite cute and different from what you usually see out there.

Some things were missing. For example, there were only two big towels; no face towels nor medium size ones. Considering how humid the island is, once you get a shower, you have to dry your face/mouth with the same wet towel. No kitchen cloths at all, no swimming pool. I would recommend that a couple more pillows/cushions were added to the bed. In general, the things that you would miss while staying here are quite easy to solve. I would say I am judging this place hard because this was our third lodging/hotel in the area, and value for money... this one wasn't up to the expectations compared to the other places.

We had to find something for night because was heavy rain. It was perfect chose.

Everything! It’s been paradise in the middle of the rainforest.

Actually a pro and con in one, as it’s remote and in an quiet none touristy area it’s super peaceful, inspiring and dreamy. Con a scooter is needed to go everywhere/ get food and drinks. It would have been nice if the houses had a drinking water supply, ordering water via Grab was pretty inconvenient.

A few things: The drainage in the bathroom is terrible. The water from the shower would flood the entire floor, soaking the bathmat and pool at the base of the toilet so your feet were wet every time you use the toilet. Housekeeping only comes every two days apparently, so you had to use the soaking bathmat and deal with a very wet floor until then. All the food wastage and packaging from the breakfast included (or any food you get delivered) has to stay lying around for two days until your room is cleaned. Ants are everywhere in the wall cladding and we found ants falling from the ceiling and walls above our bed (they do provide you with bug spray but we just kept finding them everywhere). The curtains up in the bedroom provide no light blockage at all because they fall completely away from the windows so the light shines directly into your face in the mornings. There was no welcome system when we arrived, or no information sheet about how things work around the property. A young man sort of just showed us to our cabin and referred us to a QR code if we were hungry. No body told us which phone number to use to organise food or anything to do with the property until 2 days in. The only phone number that I could find was apparently the incorrect phone number… We weren’t told what we could order for breakfast or what time breakfast is served until 11:30pm after we had already gone to bed, so when we woke up we had missed the 9am breakfast delivery time (I will note that they did accomodate a later breakfast for us when I mentioned the issue). The 3 breakfast options that are included are not very enticing and not very breakfasty, especially considering they have a very extensive menu available to order from their onsite kitchen (paid). The ‘mini mart’ that is onsite doesn’t sell water or any necessities and closes super early so you have to walk a long ways up the street to find water. There’s no restaurants around within walking distance. The pool is very...

Beautiful aesthetics, unique vibe. I loved it! One night was great for me. Intimate as only 3 villas. The staff was fabulous when checking in and checking out, other than that I didn’t see them. Perfect for a 1 night experience. When it rained it was beautiful with the patters on the window.

The room got a little too stuffy. I ended up sleeping downstairs. But actually was really nice room for 1 night.

I loved everything about my experience at Delta Casa. As a solo traveller who has stayed in some of the most beautiful places around the world - this truly was my favourite. The A-frame villas are exquisite - well designed, clean & provide an environment that was conducive to total relaxation but also to get into a good flow with my work (which I do remotely) The service I received from the Delta Casa team was nothing short of World-Class and all my needs were met from the very beginning. A solid 10/10. I cant wait to come back!

I can’t begin to describe how magical our stay at Delta Casa in February was. Tucked away in the jungle we really felt that this was a special Bali experience that not many people know about. The villa was absolutely stunning and the staff were incredible. They have all the amenities you need for a long stay and breakfast can be ordered and delivered to your door. We woke up every morning to a view of the jungle and the sound of birds and chickens. It was truly the most relaxing stay and a highlight of our trip to Bali. Thank you to the wonderful staff for taking great care of us. We will definitely be back again.

It’s more like an airbnb they don’t clean the unit everyday , they don’t change the towels , coffee just 2 for 3 nights everything else perfect

We enjoyed the private and quiet surrounding. The villa is well equipped and comfortable with a very nice view and they look exactly like in the pictures. The owner was friendly and seemed to be always there for us, if wished. We used their laundry service: fast and clean! For food we tried the recommended delivery service which was tasty and fast at our villa. Downtown Ubud can easily be reached with Gojek and Grab.

We had many power outages, this could get solved, like the owner told us at our departure. One more disadvantage of living in the jungle: we had many insects around us, even with closing the windows right after check-in. Maybe a mosquito net for the bed could be a good solution.

Very cute villas, unique design, the location is very peaceful, in nature, beautiful views. Overall a nice stay.

The AC is placed on the ground floor which does not cool down the sleeping floor above - there is a fan upstairs but it was still quite hot during the night.

The concept. We can find a kitchen with complete equipment, large TV with complete channels, dining room, sofa and the bedroom the second floor.

It would be great if the basic toiletries set up in the bathroom, hangers and hand towels.
