The sheets needed to be washed upon my arrival. There was visible small black hairs in the bed.

Localización frente al balneario, solo había que cruzar una calle para llegar a la playa. También estaba muy limpio y tenía de todo para pasar un día de playa. Para una estadía larga sería ideal.

El espacio es un poco reducido para el mobiliario en los cuartos y el balcón. No permite caminar cómodamente. Parece más bien un apartamento que el dueño usa y renta.

Really nice place. Great balcony, wonderful location, has everything you might need from appliances to beach gear. The fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds were great.

The bedroom blinds were nice quality, but let in light from the corridor light at night, which did interfere with sleep a bit.

The property was clean. Extremely well stocked. You will not need for anything in this property.

I wish the balcony faced the water but a mirror in the wall improved the view.

This condo has everything you need literally, it’s Super high-end Close to all the great restaurants and nice beach out in front surf beaches are one to 2 miles away at Christmas we watch the sunset rise and the sunset from the patio

Esta es mi tercera vez quedandome y cada vez supera mis expectativas, porque uno de los días llovio pero el apartamento cuenta con tantos juegos para entretenimiento que igual la pasamos muy bien.

Todo excelente! Los huespedes deben seguir cuidando las intalaciones para que se mantenga bien.

This place was an amazing little find! The host has thought of everything you may need. You literally do not need to bring anything but your clothes! Make sure the check the hall closet by the bathroom for everything from beach toys to paddleboards...yes, paddleboards, pool games, beach items...everything! The balcony is loaded with Beach chairs and necessities, and the home has everything you need. I don't think you'd be bored even on a rainy day. Downtown Rincon is close by as well. We really enjoyed our stay and it was priced competitively. Everything you need in one place!

They were doing some remodeling in another unit in the building and the loud drilling sound started very early in the day waking everyone up. The owner of the unit was not aware, apologized and gave us an extra hour to check out. Also, I rented here due to their being a hot tub; however, the hot tub does not currently work at the facility (June 2025).

Beautifully appointed, fully stocked, comfortable, and very friendly hosts. Great location.

We had a great stay, and we were so impressed with the amenities. We loved that there were plenty of beach chairs and even a pop up cabana to take to the beach! Incredible communication with the host and everything was great. We would absolutely stay again.

The pictures absolutely represent what the place looks like and how nice it is! This was our last rental for our stay in PR, and I am so glad we ended with this one, as it was by far the nicest! it is TRULY well stocked with everything. In PR I find it is hard to find a place that is as well stocked as places in the states are, but this one definitely is. Check-in and checkout were easy, communication was great, beds were comfy, and location was wonderful. Giant TV in the living room and both bedrooms. Lots of cords/plugs are even provided in each bedroom for charging your watch, phone, etc. Would highly recommend!

We went for breakfast only one day. Coffee 413 around the corner, it was very good.

The unicorn floating took too much room in the patio. other than that everything was perfect!

Close to beach, town and many restaurants. Owner very responsive and helpful.

Location, cleanliness, size, ammenties and comfortable beds! Pretty much checked every box for us. We had our best sleeps here after watching the beautiful sunset across the street. All the tvs are equipped with android boxes and sound systems which was a nice touch.

The only cons were that we had to pay 4% extra just to use our credit card to pay. We're Canadian travelers so the payment options/apps the host offered we couldn't utilize because they're not available here. The request to strip beds and take out the trash before we left seemed a bit much when we were paying a healthy charge for cleaning service.

The location is perfect and you have an ocean view from the balcony. The owner is very communicative and made sure we were comfortable.

This condo was the equivalent of staying at a 5 star resort! Impeccably clean, high quality everything and more than comfortable. Serene, elegant and tranquil. Everything you deserve during a vacation! Location was everything!

The condo is beautiful decor very comfortable immaculate clean. It has everything you need and much more my family enjoy all the extras very much. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends I hope to come back soon.

The location! It was in front of the beach. The view makes you instantly happy! The apartment itself was fantastic, although I did no cooking, the kitchen is equipped with everything you can think of and more. The rooms are comfortable, and even the sofa bed was good too.

We liked the great communication with the host and his interest in making sure that we felt welcome. The apartment has everything that you could possibly need and more.

We didn't like that we couldn't stay longer, and now having to reveal the secret of a tremendous place owned by the best host.

The property is amazing. It was everything you can wish for, and more. Super clean and with great attention to detail. Rafael is an amazing host. We are definitely coming back.

Centrally located,close to coffee shops, restaurants and the beach. The condo was secure and offered great amenities. Everything we needed for a fantastic vacation.

The condo was beautifully decorated with comfortable beds. The living room was lovely, however the couch was not as comfortable as it looked.
