Lo centrico que se encuentra.Cerca a la Plaza Pública y negocios en la calle principal.

Me gusto todo.Solo sugerencia, la escalera del Suite Familie debe tener un poco más de iluminación.Aunque no está mal pero solo sugerencia para que mejoren su excelente lugar.

Organizado, limpio y buena ubicación. Buen ambiente para distracciones, comidas y todo cercano a las mejores playas.

La limpieza de la piscina no puedo decir lo mismo, ahh cabe recalcar que no tienen estacionamiento propio y tienes que estar un rato buscando donde estacionar.

Everything, how clean and comfortable the property was and the location, everything is in close proximity. The host is very approachable and made sure our stay was amazing.

La ubicación es excelente.

Las puertas suenan bastante,. Entiendo que son de seguridad, pero podría mejorar ese ruido.

La accesibilidad, comodidad y limpieza.

Sugerencia, colocar toalleros en el baño. Y la piscina, daba la impresión que era privada, y no, era compartida.

La ubi, era confortable, la piscina le da un plus, de forma general muy bien.

Algo corto de vajilla y muebles en las habitaciones para poner ropa por ejemplo.

Super clean. The pool area has a ton of character, brining that Caribbean vibe that’s hard to describe. Host was very nice. Location is great!

Parking could be hit or miss at night because it’s on the road and the location is right in the middle of where everyone hangs out at night. Also, can get a bit hot outside the rooms during the day.

Great location, room is big and clean. There’s a cooler, camping chairs and beach towels for use. AC and WiFi work well.

The room door has no insulation on both sides so we can hear everything that’s happening in the corridor and in the other room. In our case, there were some guests arriving at 5h30am that were having trouble opening the door and talking at a level like it was 10am. Also, the mosquito net on one of the sides of the door is bent and lets mosquitos in (there’s no glass or anything else to close). Bed frame needs to be updated as it squeaks and its loose. The ceiling light, when on, makes it seem the bed linnen is dirty, with yellow spots (although it’s not).

Bien situé en plein centre ville de Rincon. Propre et assez spacieux. Petite terrasse, et en contre bas des escaliers petite piscine (mais non utilisée car trop fraiche à notre gout!). On a facilement trouvé a se garer dans la rue.

Contrairement à la plupart des autres logements que nous avons fait à Porto Rico, pas d'éléments de 1ere nécessité fourni.

Nuestra experiencia con Sunday Dowtown fue simplemente maravillosa. La comunicación fue fluida durante toda nuestra estancia y el alojamiento estaba impecable. La atención hacia nosotros fue excelente. Recomendado 200%.

EQUIPADA ✅ Cuenta con artículos para ir a la playa, utensilios de cocina, entre otros. COMUNICACIÓN CON ANFITRIÓN ✅ La persona anfitrión fue muy atenta y comunicativa, y nos contestó nuestras preguntas.

😕😕😕 ESTACIONAMIENTO ❌ No cuenta con estacionamiento privado, debes tener suerte para conseguir estacionarte cerca. PISCINA ❌ La piscina es muy profunda como para niños o personas bajitas. La losa que rodea la piscina es muy resbalosa, tenga cuidado ⚠️. FILTRACIÓN EN TECHO ❌ El techo del cuarto Master tenía goteo, y hace falta un espejo en este cuarto 🪞.

I didn't sleep well at 12am the order gest was make a lot of noise and I had to text the owner and thay didn't stop into 2am I left the next day was very angry I didn't stay the extra night

Posizione ottima, praticamente in centro Ottima la disponibilità di poter utilizzare il frigo per la spiaggia

Sarebbe soltanto una cosa in più, però mettere a disposizione delle sedie da spiaggia e un ombrellone sarebbe un extra favoloso

Propiedad queda en el mismo pueblo de Rincon, haciendo que todo quede super accesible caminando. No fue problema ningun dia conseguir estacionamiento cerca, incluso alfrente del airbnb. Super tranquilo el ambiente y comida muy buena en los restaurantes del pueblo. A 7 minutos caminando de la playa.

Lo unico que nos encanto es que la cama fue bien incomoda por el matres. Pero obviamente no es un hotel 5 estrella.

First of all, the location is great. Very close to the town square and many places to eat. The apartment accommodations are great, nice size bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. And everything was very cleaned, exceptional. Great communication. No complaints from me or my family. Will definitely do again.

It gets a little tricky to get parking spots, but expected for the area

Could use a dresser or closet to organize clothes. Pillows were too thin.

Sweet place, very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Ignari was a sweetheart, answered all questions I had. Located near everything.

The cleanliness of the apartment was number one - everything was spotless. The decor was spectacular and the availability of kitchen ware and utensils. You cannot beat the location with the center of town just one block away and about 5-7 minutes walking distance to the beach.

Living room and kitchen did not have air conditioner, but it took little time to realize that the A/Cs in the bedrooms radiated some coolness into the living room. The ceiling fan also helped. In the bathroom, the shower heads need cleaning, but they functioned well.

The fitted sheet on the bed is terrible- it comes undone from all sides and leaves you sleeping uncomfortably on the mattress

The location was awesome--just around the corner from the square. There was a nice kitchen and bathroom. On-street parking was not too bad. The bed was comfortable. There is a small courtyard that is nice to hang out in.

There are several entrances to the property (on different sides of the block) and we had trouble figuring out where to go. The host did come quickly and helped us figure it out. There was no table with chairs to sit at and eat or use a computer.

Maids were helpful in gettinghot water in shower on.

No towel racks. No instructions for coffee maker. sometimes a hassle to park. Did not like the fact that you needed a key to lock the apt from inside.Internet on TV was spotty. lost signal often. did not like the fact that I could not look outside via a window.

Clean with great facilities! Location is in walking distance of everything

No assigned parking, can’t always find a street spot and the other parking lot is around the block. Not too bad but the only thing I could think of.

The room was good size for our needs. Neighborhood was surprising quite at night. Excellent security,

Sugestions. Air Fresher in bathroom. Change single light switch to dual switch that way you can turn light on without the fan coming on.

It is the second time we have stayed here in the last 8 months, and we have truly enjoyed our time here. It is located near downtown dining and evening events/markets in the downtown square area. The beach is also a short walk away (roughly 5 minutes). While there is no parking space on the property, street parking is easy enough and should not be a big concern. We are looking forward to our next visit!

The location is amazing and access to the pool from our unit was so convenient.

The front door requires a key to be locked on the inside so when our entire group didn’t come home together we had to choose whether to leave the door unlocked until the whole group returned or to lock it and have to be woke up to let others in. A traditional deadbolt would be much more convenient.

Everything clean and tidy. The host, as always, very considerate and attentive. Will definitely go again. It's our go to destination and wouldn't change it!

The location was unbelievable, so close to everything in downtown Rincon. The property was beautiful, clean, safe, very modern, and comfortable. Property management is absolutely great 👍.

Parking was on the street, but I found parking by the entrance every single time.
