The restorant avaiable nearby not satisfied because took a long wait to serve and food is not delicious. No choice at all to find a better restaurant for dinner because Sematan shops close early.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2025The place was clean and check-in was seamless. We were there on a weekday so it was pretty much deserted so got pretty much the whole place to ourselves. Beautiful beach. The pool was lovely with a lap pool for the little kiddies. Just make sure you put on insect repellent for the sandflies. Mosiguard, the spray kind, is the most effective.
Research on places to eat. Most places are open only on weekends and public holidays. Thankfully, nearby in Lundu, there were plenty of places to have dinner. Also there is a small convenience store in the lobby with basic food for a simple dinner in the apartment.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2025I think the seaview is great , unfortunately during the stay would like to have meal at the after 4 but they are not available for the main meal due to the shortage of water supply. but none of the host inform there is no water supply on the date, but not affect the stay usage.
If it could provide more information in the website like simple kitchen utensil provided it will be more convenient for the guest, and if can have a microwave it could be good too.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2024great staycation! from booking all the way to check-out..it all went smoothly. Spacious bedrooms apartment, balcony facing swimming pool, complete cookwares, comfy beds, fluffy towels, etc. 50m away from the beach. LePapa mart at ground floor operating till 10pm (one stop centre for all your staycation needs!) The host (Michelle Ng) was very accommodating and responsive to queries.
Limited option of dining place. Only AFTER4 Restaurant (Block B) was available for dinner and the food taste and speed of service were rather poor despite early booking over the counter. They even ran out of egg and refunded my Omelette order of RM10. Likely they were not ready to handle big weekend crowds. There's another restaurant called Samba in Block C,but we didn't managed to have a peek.
