Reviewed Sep 13, 2026I like the fact it has a 3 large bed with 1 sofa bed..for a family vacation, this make it the most convenient and much comfortable..Im a family of 5 person, Me, my wife and 3 kid, this make our relaxing time were met..the kids enjoy playing around the bed..the aircond is also powerful..certainly no problem keep the room cold..the cookware superb..they have everything from induction cooker, microwave, toaster, electric cattle, air fryer,ice cooker and complete eating utensils..we have no problems and really enjoy our time..the owner also responsive to the message..

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Nice room with big bed (can accommodate all 6 of us) . Has aircond, microwave, electric kettle, rice cooker, fridge and even washing machine. Host was very accommodating. Would definitely come back here!

The surrounding was not really clean,too mess and also the place are too dirty and creepy. Like a haunted apartment. Also there's no food store around,the corridor inside of the building is very dark and scary. The light is not very good. The convenience store item are too expensive. The TV is really bad,the channel is always same and the wifi,is really, really bad. There's no wifi and no functioning. There's no bench with a shelter. We expected something good,not something like this.

bed sheets are a bit rough on the surface, I suggest using better materials.
The location is the biggest highlight. It sits right next to the beach, so you can literally walk out and enjoy the sea breeze anytime. The sunset view is stunning — definitely one of the best parts of the stay. The area is quiet, not crowded, and great for families or couples who want a calm getaway.
The room was clean, simple, and comfortable. Not overly luxurious, but well-maintained. The bed was soft, the aircond worked well, and the bathroom was clean. Some rooms have a direct sea view, which is worth paying a bit extra for.

They almost have everything in the kitchen. It's a Beachfront and can also see the swimming pool.Overall we are very satisfied with our stay. Well probably come again. Thank you.😊

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026The bed setup was perfect for our family of five, and the facilities were spotless especially for the kitchen utensils. The location was incredibly convenient just steps away from the swimming pool, the beach, and Lepapa Mart. Best of all, my kids absolutely loved it. We’ll definitely book again for our future trips to Sematan.

can't play at Roxy resort pool as the wristband got differentiate on the colour, the pool at apartment here not much kids facilities, only have kids pool without slide and game

The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like [e.g., beach towels, welcome drinks, hammock, etc.].

Reviewed Dec 30, 2024Everything as advertised, even provide with a mop & broom set, laundry basket, air-fryer, rice-cooker. There is a Unifi router free usage. Perhaps can consider to improve over lighting control (to add more switches, rather than 1 switch for a few), Definitely a plus to add another down light near the entrance. May consider to provide a bigger shower & shampoo refillable bottle over the small little one-off use bottle.
