Everything booked and was not told at tike of reservation that it is located on the red light district of the city. Just that it would be noisy. Should have researched it myself however will know better in future

The rooms were clean, close to the city center, very spacious, and modern. We were very pleased with the easy way we were able to communicate and get into our rooms. Thank you for making our stay in Thessaloniki so wonderful.

Very clean, spacious and cozy place. Amazing views of the sea, the port, nearby mountains. Easy access, good wifi. Nearby cafe had a good selection for coffee, breakfast, lunch.

The area was not as lively as I expected.

I didn't like the fact that I had to wait until the day of my arrival to receive the check in instructions along with directions about collecting the keys of the appartment. It would be better if I had received all those instructions 2-3 days prior my arrival....In addition I didn't like the early check out (10 am). I would prefer if check is done at 12:00....

Πραγματικά ήταν απογοήτευση , δεν υπήρχε τίποτα να μου αρέσει , απορώ πως νοικιάζουν τέτοια καταλύματα .

Το ασανσέρ ήταν χαλασμένο, το διαμέρισμα ήταν σε κακή κατάσταση , πατζουρια δεν λειτουργούσαν με αποτελέσμα να μπαίνει ο ήλιος μέσα στα μάτια το πρωί να μην μπορείς να κοιμηθείς. Ο καναπές βρώμικος , το στρώμα στο κρεβάτι απαράδεκτο . Μουχλες και σοβάδες στο μπάνιο . Πραγματικά λυπάμαι.

Wir waren zum dritten mal Gast in einem dieser Apartments. Der Komfort und die Gestaltung, sowie Sauberkeit sind TOP! Grosse Apartments in drei Teile aufgeteilt mit grosser komfortabler Küche, TV Bereich mit Sofa und einem separaten, sehr hellen Schlafzimmer. Ebenfalls verfügt man über zwei Balkone die je nach Stockwerk ziemlich spektakulär sind. Zur Lage muss man hinzufügen - das Haus befindet sich direkt neben einem Rotlichtviertel und ziemlich abgelegen am Industriehafen. Für Paare ist das aber nicht weiter ein Ausschlusskriterium. Die Aktivitäten im angrenzenden Viertel sind sehr diskret. Herzlichen Dank halu!

Η τοποθεσία είναι κάκιστη. Σε πολύ δύσκολη περιοχή για να κυκλοφορήσεις βράδυ ειδικά αν είσαι γυναίκα μόνη σου. Θα έπρεπε να έχει παραπάνω από μια πετσέτα για 5 ημέρες διαμονής, χαρτί υγείας, χαρτί κουζίνας,έστω μια πετσέτα κουζίνας, μια καφετιέρα έστω γαλλικού καφε΄, ένα μπουκάλι νερό δεδομένου ότι δίπλα δεν έχει τίποτα ειδικά αν φτάνει κανείς βραδυ.

Η ΘΕΑ ΑΠΟ ΤΟ ΔΩΜΑΤΙΟ ΣΟΚΑΡΙΣΤΙΚΗ. ΤΟ ΔΙΑΜΕΡΙΣΜΑ ΔΙΑΜΠΕΡΕΣ ΦΩΤΕΙΝΟ ΜΕ ΤΡΟΜΕΡΕΣ ΠΑΡΟΧΕΣ , ΚΑΘΑΡΟ ΚΑΙ ΔΕΝ ΥΠΗΡΧΕ ΦΑΣΑΡΙΑ ΚΑΘΟΛΟΥ.

С центра чуть далеко но пешком за 20 минут можно дойти или на автобусе за 5 мин.

Ήταν καθαρό και παρείχε ότι χρειαζόμασταν. Σε γενικές γραμμές πάρα πολύ καλό!

Η περιοχή. Αλλά εφόσον το χρειάζεται ένα ζευγάρι για ξεκούραση μόνο και άνεση είναι ό,τι καλύτερο.

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα..και άψογα..είχε κάτι ιδιαίτερο...ευρύχωρος χώρος...

Άνετο διαμέρισμα και καθαρό. Η περιοχή βολεύει αν έχετε αυτοκίνητο και θέλετε να αποφύγετε το κέντρο γιατί έχει πολύ άνετο πάρκινγκ. Πολύ καλή επικοινωνία με την εταιρεία διαχείρισης.

The neighborhood is shady. It is just next to the Thessaloniki's "red light" district. Not a pleasant part of the city to go for a walk.

πρωινό δεν είχε στη συμφωνία, οπότε δεν μπορώ να το σχολιάσω.

η τοποθεσία ας πούμε ότι δεν είναι και η καλύτερη... το κτίριο είναι ανάμεσα στα "κόκκινα φανάρια" στην κυριολεξία! απλώς είναι λίγο επίφοβο να επιστρέφεις εκεί ειδικά το βράδυ.

It was a comfy, spacious, clean apartment. The AC was excellent for these sunny hot days. The parking area is good.

I didn’t like that in the living room there wasn’t any curtain or a shutter for the daylight. The couch was a mess with a lot of stains and the coffee table at the living room was in a disolving mode. In my opinion I think it’s the perfect location for business trips. In the other hand I think it’s suitable only for working days and not for the weekends due to high noise levels from different clubs in the area.

Overall the apartments are amazing, however, the surrounding area(neighborhood)is not that pleasant. But in general good value for money.

Apartman je izvanredan, cist, uglavnom sa svime sto vam je potrebno za boravak, besplatan parking ispred zgrade i uvek dostupnog mesta, sve preporuke..

Апартаментът е просторен, чист, с хубави тераси, кухненски бокс, климатици, парно и лесно взимане на ключовете. Има възможност за безплатно паркиране на улицата.

Малко е отдалечен от центъра, но с такси или градски транспорт /автобус 31/, разстоянието се изминава бързо.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πραγματικά πολύ όμορφο με πολύ ωραίους χώρους και εύκολο πάρκινγκ

Έλειπε χαρτί κουζίνας χαρτοπετσέτες και έστω μια πετσέτα στην κουζίνα για να σκουπίζουμε τα πιάτα κόστος μηδαμινό.

The apartment was let’s say ok

The location is next to red light district of Thessaloniki . Very bad neighbourhood and unfortunately if you are not aware of the area you don’t know. Very often at night in this area there is bar fights and difficult situations . For sure it does not imply a safe area of the city .

The actual apartment met our expectations

The location is borderline dangerous, next to bordels. Also we expected our check in to happen earlier, as we had informed the staff about our time of arrival. However neither could we get inside the apartment on time, nor leave our luggage in a safe place.

Το σπιράλ από το τηλέφωνο στο ντουζ,είναι χαλασμένο.

Hazard and safety issues with dirty facilities, exposed dangerous cables and definitely not the view shown. Maybe other rooms have better view but for the same price you just gamble to get a wall as view

Κακή περιοχή Σηκώθηκα με πόνο στη μέση από το κρεβάτι γιατί το στρώμα είναι πολύ κακιάς ποιότητας Άβολος καναπές Το πάτωμα είναι βρωμικο καθώς οι κάλτσες από άσπρες γίνανε μαύρες Οι φωτογραφίες δείχνανε δωμάτιο με μπανιέρα ενώ είχε ντουζ

Ένας αρκετά μεγάλος, φωτεινός και όμορφος χώρος! Προσεγμένος και καθαρός!

Η περιοχή σίγουρα δεν ήταν η καλύτερη, με τόσους οίκους ανοχής τριγύρω… 20 plus, με νυχτερινά κέντρα το ένα μετά το άλλο…! Ένας απίστευτος συνωστισμός από καταστήματα των 2 αυτών κατηγοριών! Σημαντικό επίσης να μπουν κουρτίνες στο σαλόνι για σκίαση και προστασία από τον ήλιο! Είναι κρίμα ένα τόσο όμορφο εσωτερικά κατάλυμα να χάνει βαθμολογία, λόγω της τοποθεσίας του!!!!

sauber. Der Zugang mit dem Code hat perfekt funktioniert – absolut unkompliziert und ohne Probleme. Insgesamt ein wirklich angenehmer Aufenthalt, alles war ordentlich und gepflegt. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

Lage: es ist halt weniger Partyviertel, sondern eher Rotlicht - man braucht aber absolut keine Angst haben. Es ist nicht komplett überfüllt oder mit Haufen Freier voll. Da stehen auch keine Frauen auf der Straße. (Die Leute kümmern sich auch super um die Tiere dort.😅!!) Also für Familien eher weniger geeignet, außer die Kinder sind natürlich schon in einem Alter wo es egal ist. Wir waren ein Pärchen und uns war das total egal. Fehlende Sachen: Größere Pfanne, stabileres Schneidebrett, Küchentücher zum abtrocknen, evtl. eine Schiebetür bei der Dusche integrieren, wird alles schnell nass, Internet ist solala. Hat uns aber nicht dran gehindert, einen wunderschönen Urlaub gehabt zu haben 🍀

Studio had a great size for a couple with two really nice balconies. Everything seemed new.

Great kitchen but lack of ustencils ! No cutting board,no pan, no recipient for the oven and no towels. In the bathroom no hangers for towels and in the room only 4 in the wardrobe. Location : Easy access by bus to the center but not the nicest neighbourhood at all ! ( Red Light )

Супер чисто, просторно, ново е и приятно.
