ההוראות לפתיחת הדלת היו מסובכות ונתקענו לא מעט זמן. השירות זה מוקד בחו״ל. התכתבתי איתם לבקשתם באפליקציה שלהם אבל היו באגים והם לא קיבלו את ההודעה שלי. קיבלנו לול לתינוק שבור ולקח יום להחליף אותו. הרצפה בדירה הייתה דביקה ולא נוקתה למרות שביקשנו.

Although in the heart of religious Jerusalem, I didn't know where anything is. A guide would have been very helpful: where are the nearest morning and afternoon minyanim? Where is the nearest men's and women's mivaot? What about a real grocery store? (there is a convenience store right downstairs). How about a guide to using the public transportation (they don't sell passes at bus stops anymore!!) Bottom line this apartment was fantastic, you're just on your own to figure out basically everything.
