It was hot and stuffy and no way to regulate it. The insistend mails and information reguest to register where way to much as was the tone of voice in the automated mails. Personal contact was fine

All kommunikation innan ankomst sker skriftligen på engelska. Nyckel får man digitalt man via en app. Om man som gäst inte är bra på engelska eller teknik bör man välja ett annat boende.

Det låg jättefint lite högre upp, fin utsikt från utsidan. Fräscht rum.

Jag hade bokat utan fönster, det var en miss från min sida, kändes lite bunkeraktigt.

Rent och fräscht ställe med allt du behöver för en resa i Åre. Perfekt för folk som vill ha nära till allt men ändå slippa bo precis vid gatan. Vill du promenera finns det perfekta promenadstråk, nära till baken och en 10minuters promenad till Åre torg.

Var lite oklart med visa grejer, som att det fanns ett kassaskåp men ingen nyckel. Grannarna bredvid oss hade även bordsinlägg medans vi inte fick något alls. Visa av redskapen och glasen i köket behöver bytas ut. Ibland gick det larm i ett rum som inte gick att öppnas, när man försökte kontakta boendet så läggs det automatiskt på om det inte är akut.

Fräscht modernt boende nära Bergbana som tar en smidigt upp till flera liftar eller ner till Åre torg

Golvet var väldigt slarvigt sopat men annars var det rent. Men boende blir väldigt opraktisk om man inte har bil då det inte är möjligt att lämna in bagage. Om man kommer fram på morgonen eller åker på kvällen blir det otroligt jobbigt med väskor. Bara av den anledningen hade jag nästan valt ett annat hotell eftersom man ändå kommer behöva betala extra för att lämna sina väskor någon annanstans.

Nice, clean, and tidy. Close to the heart of Åre. Has everything you need. Comfy beds and nice bathroom.

No windows was definitely a dealbreaker. I didn’t think it would be a big deal, but it definitely got to me after a week of being in there. It was a bit concerning using a mobile app to unlock the door to the room. What if I had no charge? It’s something the owners of the property need to think about in cases of emergency, especially me being a type 1 diabetic.

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing due to the condition of the studio and the lack of communication from the host. On arrival, the property was not clean. The oven was unusable as it was thick with grease and old food from previous guests. The bathroom contained toenail clippings left behind by prior occupants, and there was rubbish in the cupboards along with visible hair and dirt throughout the studio. The Wi-Fi details provided in the welcome email did not work. The network name and password could not be found, and I had no internet access for the stay. I contacted the host four times via email to raise these issues but received no response at all. None of the stated contact methods worked, and I was left without any support during my stay. Overall, the accommodation did not meet basic cleanliness standards, and the lack of communication made the experience even worse. I would not recommend this listing.

The room was nice and clean, as well as the building in general. The room was equipped with a nice functioning kitchen with comfortable furniture. The location was also exceptional in relation to the slope because it had a walkway directly next to the lift. The grocery store and trains station was located 10 minutes by foot down the hill. There was also a funicular close by.

The information about 'no windows' was not very clear when we booked the room. We had not seen it when we made the booking and was thus a bit surprised when we arrived. The lighting in the room could be a brighter but it is OK.

Leider war das restaurant an 3 von 6 tagen und habe mich daher selber verpflegt.

Auf dem zimmer wäre ein hotrlplam wünschenswert, wohin z.B. mit den skis. Ebenso ein ortsplan wäre wünschenswer.

Er was een probleem met de sleutels dus dat werkte helemaal niet. Wel echt door een heel fijn persoon geholpen met de klantenservice die echt alles wilde doen om ons te helpen.

Superfräscht, jättebra läge

Dålig luft, blir kvavt och varmt när man lagar mat eftersom man bor i källaren och inte kan vädra. Men funkar bra till det priset och med läget

Läget var suveränt. Nära till allt. Uppskattade lilla bergbanan också, som gjorde transporten upp och ner ännu smidigare. Fina och fräscha lägenheter. Trevligt med den nyöppnade restaurangen Zoft. Alla var väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma.

Det var lite svårt att komma i kontakt med kundservice. Hade varit enklare med en människa på plats. Men värdarna var alltid väldigt hjälpsamma när man väl fick kontakt.

Läget

Ej ok visa ett pris och ett rum och få ett annat och sedan säga att du måste kolla din orderbekräftelse. Fishing! Wifi fungerade bara vid utgångarna. Alla som behövde satt med sina datorer och telefoner vid utgångarna. Sätt upp en repeter på våningsplanen eller skriv att man inte har tillgång.

Tout était parfait.

La mauvaise surprise au réveil, l'amende pour le parking. Il faisait nuit, de la pluie, du vent, je n'ai pas vu qu'il fallait payer pour un parking (alors qu'on paye déjà la nuit à l'hôtel). Pas l'habitude de cela en France. Donc, 500 kr à payer d'amende. N'oubliez pas le parking !

Hallway felt a bit dark and there were some construction materials lying around.

Studio ligt in de kelder van het gebouw en heeft geen ramen. Aanvankelijk waren wij daar negatief over, maar het viel alleszins mee. Studio is efficiënt ingericht, met een uitstekende badkamer, prima keuken (kwaliteitsapparatuur), handige verlichting, perfecte bedden. Behulpzame online helpdesk

Gedoe met de toegangsapp op de telefoon. Werkte aanvankelijk niet, maar na een aantal keren proberen lukte dit uiteindelijk. Vooraf verstrekte code zou veel handiger zijn. Nu moet je (in de regen!) elke keer je telefoon pakken om het gebouw en je studio binnen te komen

Everything was perfect.

Great location. Ski in ski out was very convenient . The apartment was very modern and the amenities were great.

The description of the property is completely accurate, although there are some worth considering when determining if it is right for you. Firstly, having no windows was fine but it does make it a bit hard to wake up in the morning. We would wake up and go to the ground floor in the morning to help with this. Secondly, the lift closest to the property is a T-bar which may be challenging for beginners. It also does not open until 9 unlike many of the other lifts on the mountain which open at 8. This means you have to walk to other lifts to lay first tracks

The apartment was clean, comfortable and very well equipped for self-catering with Miele appliances. Great to have a cooker rather than a microwave. Key was via a phone app, which just means you have to be organised with your battery!

There is no window, so it is a minor minus, but otherwise nice place

The location is good for skiers as there is a direct conection from 4th flor to the ski lift and ski piste. Going into the city takes about 15 minutes downhill walk (and return uphill). The appartment is resonably spatious and has a well equipped kitchen. The owner gave us extensive instructions on how to get the keys, how to get to the appartment etc. however the communication was only by email / text messages in the app.

The appartment is in a series of basement appartments - meaning there are no windows (which is not really visible on the photos), which might not bother you if you plan to spend most of the time outdoors. There seem to be several different appartments avaliable so the photos and promissed equipment may differ form what you are really getting in the appartment. The way from the main entrance to the appartments takes a walk through series of hallways and elevators (obediently follow the instructions from the owner). The ski storage on the 4th flor is in poor condition, so many guests keep their equipment simply in their apprtments. Parking is possible in front of the hotel, however do not use the ticket machine for payment (it takes your money, but does not print the ticket), pay the parking via the app (Apcoa) as there are strict controls checking if you paid the parking. The closest stores to buy your groceries are in the city (15 min walk)

No window, this was not mentioned in the ad on booking. Hard to locate key box, did not match the coordinates

Clean apartment

No window in the room. Questions before visit was not kind. I have never had those kind of questions presented before visit. My feeling was that landlord is blaming visitor already before the visit.
