Modern District 1 2BR&3BR D1&Zenity apartment OUTDOOR Jacuzzi Pool

We had such a great stay at Zenity! The apartment was clean, modern and very comfortable, but what really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was absolutely lovely, friendly and always happy to help. Good job guys!!! ❤️❤️❤️ take care of you!

Easy and attentive check in process. We booked like 2 hours prior and they were ready for us on arrival Friendly and super helpful staff. They accommodated our request for an extra key as there was 4 of us staying in the 3 bedroom apartment and we sometimes did separate things. Well equipped apartment with everything we needed for a comfortable week stay. It is an easy Grab ride to most places. Mostly local street eateries within 10 minutes walk

The staff communicated well and it was good to have space and a water filter.

The apartment was not well cleaned, in particular the showers.

Would recommend to anyone. Clean and spacious

The apartment was amazing - everything we needed

Could do with more places to eat

So clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and so assisting

Perfect location

O apartamento é enorme, luminoso e tudo o que é preciso. O local é ótimo

Nads

The location is very nice, staff are super helpful and we got them helping us for everything needed. They are very attentive to our requests and responded very quickly Thank you Dustin and team very much for making our stay easy and comfortable

There were ants in the place and the place is a little bit worn out compared to the pictures but still very good value. We had an issue with ants where we found a lot but also the positive point is that they came and helped us right away even at 12 am.

Fancy, nytt, rent og pent. Store rom med aircondition på samtlige. 2 flotte bad, et med badekar. Kjøkken med alt nødvendig utstyr.

Noe dårlig algoritme på heisene. 4 heiser, men alikevel ofte venting.

The 3 bed apartment was very spacious, modern and the management team were very helpful. Check in couldn't have very easier.

The only small downfall is that you have to get a grab to any destination as there isn't much within walking distance - it's not a big deal though.

The living rooms and bedrooms were lovely, comfortable and modern.

The room we were in was not taken care of very well, with both the kitchen and the bathrooms being very moldy. They sent someone to fix it, which they did fix inside the shower, but every bit of grout needed to be done elsewhere still. The mats were also moldy and smelt bad. Being in the kitchen or bathrooms just felt gross for the entire stay. We had a few other issues like we had to move rooms the second day as the air con in our room was being fixed and we had an issue with the internet and tv which the team fixed pretty quickly so they weren’t a big deal.

Everything was perfect

Small ants

I letti comodi

Cicho i spokojnie.

The space, the cleanliness, the view

We couldn’t use the oven as it required more power (higher electricity)

Apartment was comfortable and clean. Nice location which was not too busy in the surrounding areas. The staff were also easily contactable which made it reassuring.

It was easily walkable to anywhere we needed to go. Property was gorgeous great views over Saigon

Host made it very easy, enjoyable stay, lovely accomodation met our expectations. Close, but not super close to main attractions

I had an amazing experience staying at the Zenity apartment. The space was spotless, stylish, and exactly as shown in the photos—modern yet warm and inviting. The kitchen was a standout feature for me: fully equipped and perfect for preparing meals during my stay. The hosts were extremely helpful, always quick to respond and made the whole process seamless and stress-free. Their attention to detail and care really made me feel at home. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay in Ho Chi Minh City.

Very friendly staff and fast service

When booked I was concerned about the location, and it turned out to be perfect! You'll use GRAB to go everywhere and probably order some food too. It's cheap, efficient and easy. The city is a constant hustle, it seems everything is always moving at 100mph. Zenity offers a nice quiet cove to sit and wait for your GRAB car, and an easy drop off when you're finished. It almost feels like you're not in the city. The support from the staff was constant and simple through WhatsApp. Yes, I even threw them some curve balls! Would highly recommend!!!

Great apartment. Really spacious, nicely furnished, felt really safe there, nice pool area. The staff took great care of us and were really helpful and accommodating to our needs. We arrived before check-in time and were able to leave our bags. On check-out we had a late flight and they arranged for our bags to be stored. The location is not right in the center and there’s not much at the door but if you get the Grab app you can get around in cars or bike very easily.

The property was great for us with two teenagers who wanted to chill in the apartment sometimes. If there’s one thing you might want to know is that the location is a little away from the main areas for shopping and restaurants. You need to get a car or bike.

Es war alles schön. Grosse ,moderne Wohnung. Es gibt alles drum und dram. Einbischen weit von Zentrum

Very clean well furnished. Had everything you need and a central location.

Clean and tidy, spacious, 2 bedrooms, washing machine and kitchen.

Dryer wasn’t very good and no clothes racks for drying clothes.

Staff were really friendly and always attended to our needs. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Good place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay overall & would return in the future Rooms were large, comfortable & well furnished

It was clean and comfortable.

We would have appreciated some information about the area and the building. The advertised swimming pool did not meet our expectations.

Very nice, spacious and well equipped apartment where you can feel at home. It is a quiet place and it’s easy to get around in Saigon regardless if you like to explore by walking the streets or using Grab.

Nothing

What a beautiful place! The terrace and view was just amazing, the location is great just a short walk to the central area. Everything was top notch! We had an immaculate, beautiful room with an up-to-date, fancy bathroom and fantastic views.

My stay at this place was absolutely wonderful! The furniture was high-quality, and the beautiful decor gave the entire space a warm, welcoming vibe that felt just like home. Being located right in District 1 made everything so convenient – with restaurants, shops, and attractions just steps away. And having 4P’s Pizza right next door? That was a delicious surprise! Check-in and check-out were super smooth, with clear photo instructions that made the whole process stress-free. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which was perfect for both work and streaming. I also loved the little decorative touches around the apartment – they really made the space feel extra charming. I would absolutely stay here again!

The house was comfortable, clean, cosy and spacious, my kids loved it so much. The view from the balcony was relaxing and the jacuzzi was good

-Eateries are not within reached so we had to order our food from Grab -Only youtube can be played on tv and no other channels -More towels and mats are needed -Extra pillows were kept in the wardrobe but they were moldy

The space was perfect for our family. The pool and kids area was awesome. The staff that was available to help was AMAZING. Honestly they made the stay worth it. Anything we needed or wanted, they helped!

The cleaning wasn’t great. The floor had other peoples hair balls.

We only stayed one night, but it was more than enough to know we wanted to come back. The apartment is spacious, beautifully designed, and ideal for a family—with two bathrooms, air conditioning in every room (including the living area), and a lovely cool atmosphere to return to after a warm day. We truly appreciated the convenience of having a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and dryer. Everything was thoughtfully prepared—from shower gel to laundry and kitchen soap—so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Although we didn’t explore the neighborhood much, the outdoor swimming pool was a highlight of our stay—perfect for relaxation. The host was incredibly friendly and quick to respond to all our questions. Instructions before arrival were clear and helpful. We loved it so much that we’ve already booked another stay here for 4 more nights later in our holiday. Absolutely recommend and would happily return!

An amazing place with sophisticated Design. Service at the highest level. Rooms decorated with taste. A apartment with atmosphere and the passion of the staff. Revelation!

Nice staff, very helpful. You could leave your suitcases before checking in. Rooms were clean. Good location.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful luxury apartment in Vietnam. The space was spotless, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with all the modern comforts you could need—including access to a peaceful, well-maintained pool. Located in the heart of District 1, the apartment offered the perfect balance between convenience and calm, just a quick 10-minute ride to Ben Thanh Market and other popular spots. What made our stay even more special was Dustin. He was a fantastic host—responsive, thoughtful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. If you're looking for a stylish, centrally located, and relaxing place to stay in Ho Chi Minh City, this apartment checks every box. We can't wait to come back!

The hosts were very easy to communicate with and always responded quickly. They helped us with anything we needed—extra towels, laundry detergent, or batteries for the remotes. They also made check-in smooth for my parents, who are not very familiar with technology. We really appreciated their kindness and support. The apartment was very clean and modern. It’s in a quiet and private spot, but still right in the center of District 1. We could walk to many places, and we felt safe the whole time. The building has good security too—keycards are needed for the elevators, and they only work for your floor, which made us feel even more secure. Overall, it was a great experience. I would happily stay here again!

The apartment was spotless and exactly as described in the listing, which gave us a great first impression. Communication with the host was seamless — they responded quickly, clearly, and went out of their way to accommodate our special requests. A particularly thoughtful touch was the generous supply of bottled drinking water, which we really appreciated. Our group of friends had a wonderful stay and we’d definitely be happy to return in the future!

Easy Check in, cozy and comfy room, close to transport and stores. Good value for money. Very well equipped kitchen!

very nice place, cozy apartments, delicious cuisine and friendly hosts. highly recommended It’s a nice place and having wonderful hosts.

Good location. Well run apartment by very hard working staff. Great room very spacious. Everything, the staff were so friendly and helpful and the room was perfect!

Great service and very helpful host. He helped us with all the queries

The apartment is spacious with lovely views from ceiling high bedroom windows. Located in a good position to pickup Grab taxi. The rooftop pool was very nice to cool down after a day in town.

The bed linen needs to be much improved as bad fitting to the beds. The cleanliness could be improved, I don’t think anyone had been in the apartment for some time before us. Noise from above gym When we complained about this plus a water leak, we were given a discount which was appreciated. The management were very responsive which was a big strong point.

The location was excellent and the staff were helpul and polite. Booking was very easy. I will definitely come back and stay in the same apartment in the future too

beautiful room. Very clean and comfy. Everyone during our stay were very welcoming and Dustin was very helpful during our departure. Thank you.

Staff were fantastic. Professional, helpful. Location is good. Best location to stay and great hotel when you go as family,

The locations was exceptional. The view was amazing.

It seemed size of a Queen bed. Room was big and had a good air conditioning. It was clean and tidy and house keepers gave clean linens daily.

Host Dustin was very helpful and responsive. Easy to check in and out.

Kitchen was not cleaned properly, bathroom not as modern as in pics, there was a protruding powder socket which was fixed once’s we advised host.

Clean, neat and tidy. The customer service is very prompt. Overall the staff are very friendly and accomodating from reception, cleaning ladies.

Exceeded my expectations. Very good value for money Comfortable and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff.

+ 24/7 reception desk, easy and fast check-in process + Good quiet central location on the river + Good shower pressure + Air con is a good idea, it makes such a big difference + Good sound isolation
