Staff were very friendly. New towels and room was tidied every day. Location was fantastic.

Noisy could hear everything. The bath and shower was terrible as the water went all over the place.

The reception staff were polite, friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. Everything was comfortable and convenient, including the location. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay here again.

There were some cracks in the room, but we are in Vietnam, and we believe reasonable people don’t complain about every little imperfection. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

The property is beautiful, the plants and lovely swimming pool. Bed was comfortable but it’s a queen size bed, so a little small, would be great if it was a king size bed.

We are repeating customers, but the studio we booked had a bit of a moldy smell, the rooms need some upkeep. And we weren’t happy about it and asked for another room but they expected us to pay another $50 for other room, which is crazy, they should have just changed our room. So the customer service wasn’t very nice this time around. So yes won’t be going back again, for the price and then to have to deal with a smelly room was not worth it.

Stylisch von aussen, leider unser Familiezimmer nicht mehr! der Boden sehr fleckig, die freistehende Holzbadewanne ziemlich verkommen, Wandfliessen kaputt, Wasserschaden an der Decke. Studio Zimmer waren besser aber nach hinten raus. Personal wenig hilfreich, Pool hat keins der Kids zum baden animiert. Lage ist ok, aber nicht mehr wirklich zentral, gibt nettes Cafe gegenüber zum Frühstücken. Nachts ruhig. Man muss alles per Grab machen. Wir würde nicht nochmal kommen- es war ok aber eben nur ok…

部屋が綺麗です。 ドライヤーも強めで、部屋で料理が作れるほど、充実してました。 中心部からすごく近いわけではありません。ですがタクシーで10～15分なので、問題ありませんでした。

ベランダはほかのゲストが丸見え(共有？)のような形なので、プライバシーの為カーテンは必須です！

Location. Perfectly situated to visit all the major sites, being in and around all the local eateries.

Small but clean and very convenient location in Ho Chi Minh City. The pool was perfect to cool off after a long day of sightseeing.

The property was in a good location and looks great on the outside. The staff at reception were pleasant and it is close to a great coffee shop called 88 Seoul.

The rooms didn’t look the same as the images online. The rooms could have been cleaner as there was hair on the floors and in the bath tub. It also would have been ideal to have a proper shower as you have to crouch down to prevent all the water from going everywhere. Also the sink tap was hanging on for dear life.

Tranquil place, well located about 1km from many attractions in HCMC.

There was a beautiful bath, in the bathroom. However it rocked slightly when you got in it.

The little coffee shop right opposite was lovely and well worth a visit.

The sliding doors onto a shared balcony were broken, I mentioned this and was told they would be fixed the following day, when we returned they had not been touched. This was a big safety issues that they didn't address. The pool while looks nice on the photo's is really a glorified pond, you can't swim in it and there is nowhere around the pol to sit at all.

The staff were so friendly, the pool was beautiful the bed was so so so so comfy!!!!!!!!!

If you take a shower in bathroom it's so hard to not make the floor wet. There is no curtain.

Amazing!! Loved everything - fabulous location, staff were amazing, A/C worked well, comfy beds, pool was beautiful for a swim, other guests quiet and respectful.

It was a cute property in a nice slightly removed area of hochiminh. The pool and aesthetics of the place were lovely - had a pleasent smell in the communal areas etc.

Marginal seurage smell wafting through the room, and just not a massive attention to detail from the staff.

El hotel que ves en Booking y el que en realidad es son como la noche y el día. Todo genial hasta que entras en las habitaciones (al menos la doble) las habitaciones son enanas y apenas caben las maletas, además una de las ventanas daba a una pared. En esta pared, en la planta superior había unos cascabeles que con el viento sonaban 24/7. El baño es muy coqueto, pero inútil, se sale el agua lo que deja un reguero de moho insalubre.

A bit style over functionality. Beautiful fixtures but not always practical, especially the bathroom. Also had a bit of a drain smell.

Safe and quiet location set back in an alley off the street.

The shower over the bath left the whole bathroom floor wet and everything soggy. The plumbing made lots of strange gurgling sounds all night and smells. The air conditioning struggled most of the time as it only operates when you have room key in the wall which takes time to kick in.

Overall the stay was good and the facilities were clean and well. I enjoyed the stay and the pool is very beautiful it felt like stepping into a secret garden.

The first room that we got had a huge AC leak puddle on the floor going under the bed, thankfully staff was able to give us another room. I wanted to check out early at 6am, but there was no one at the desk.

It was located centrally, albeit it’s a busy city the location also feels private and enclosed for the busyness. There’s also an amazing breakfast place right in front!

The outside looked nice

The apartment inside was run down, on the surface it looked clean but wasn’t when you looked closer. The fridge didn’t work and the air conditioning looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for years. The bathroom fan was covered in mould and it was hard to climb into the shower as the bath like tub was extremely high. The furniture was a bit sparse as it was an apartment for four people but only had space for two people to sit in the lounge area. We booked the deluxe family room but I’m not sure what was deluxe about it.

Overall, it's not the greatest or worst stay one can have in HCMC. It's good value for money and has some hidden gem cafes and eateries nearby.

There wasn't really a consistent presence among the staff. The security guard tended to function as the doorman, concierge and check in person all in one which makes the stay a little confusing. When usual staff were available, they were pretty helpful but overall I think the hotel could benefit from more consistent presence at the desk.

We stayed yere as two family groups, we had a 2 bedroom suite. We found the room to be clean and comfortable, with a really fun and interesting half-barrel bath. The pool is small, but with the plants around makes for a very nice place to have a cool dip after a hot day. The hotel is easy to find, tucked away in a small street away from the busy main street. The staff, Tuấn Anh and Thuý Vi, deserve a special mention as they were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. They did so much to help us even after we checked out when we had an ossue with accommodation elsewhere. You guys are fantastic!!! We were super happy overall with our stay.

Our friends said their room was a little run down, and thoigh not a complaint at all, you need to manage expectations for the size of the pool and hotel, it is a small place but that is not a bad thing at all but if you are expecting something with a large pool this isnt it.

Nothing. The facility is not like the photos...maybe it was when first built but it's definitely not like this now.

This hotel is a really comfortable option in district 1 close to the hustle and bustle! Our only complaint was that the aircon switches off when you leave the room (they only give you one room key). So the room was quite hot and took a while to cool down after being out all day. However, the room was clean and well equipped with everything you could need for a few days in Ho Chi Mihn.

Richtig cooles Hotel – besser als erwartet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch das Zimmer bzw. Apartment war einfach klasse. Die Lage war ebenfalls super. Wir waren positiv überrascht von dem Hotel und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Now we were super disappointed when arriving as the photos are deceiving. We booked this for our honeymoon, It looks a lot bigger online both the pool and room. Our bathroom was tiny, the bathtub wasn’t secure to the floor so you had to be careful when showering. There is no soundproofing! We heard EVERYTHING. From the lifts, cleaners yelling very early in the hall way, the people above us the local animals, and the location of this spot is in a quieter spot. We had to use ear plugs our entire stay. The balcony is a joint balcony so you have people from other rooms peering in through your sheer curtains, we learnt this the hard way.

They have an open sewage line in the bathroom, you can only imagine the smell and the constant sound of people poop glooping down the pipes

der Pool eignet leider lediglich dazu, sich die Füße abzukühlen… Fehlende Duschvorhänge oder ähnliches, so dass man mit jeder Dusche das gesamte Bad unter Wasser gesetzt hat

There is a bad smell about the towels in my room. It smells of another person body odour. Very bad.

There is a bad smell about the towels in the toilet. The hole in the wash hand basin is not covered and i can smell something bad when i am brushing my teeth. When i shower in the bathtub, the water in the bathtub didnt got drain away. The water took a long time to drain away like as if the pipe is choked.

Our bath leaked and when we alerted staff we were told they couldn’t do anything about it due to the time of night (10pm).
