The elevators are a nightmare sometimes, the bathroom made a terrible noise and the room was very small. We didn’t know before we took it because they show all the rooms and you’re unaware what you’ll get.

Great experience! The communication was incredibly fast and helpful. The apartment's decor, with its lovely pink and mauve tones, creates a cozy and wonderfully feminine vibe.

Bon séjour a l'axon, très bien placé a côté de tout. La chambre avait une magnifique vue sur le pavillon. Au top en terme de rapport qualité prix Un coup de ménage aurait bien en dessous du lit 👍🏼surtout Mais vraiment récupération de chambre très rapide et autonome je recommande,👍🏼

Da vi ankom om aftenen var der problemer med indtjekning, som er self check in, hvor vi efter en beskedudveksling med ejeren fik et spare keycard. Dette kunne bruges i elevatoren og til vores værelse sammen med en kode. Senere blev vores værelses keycards fundet, men i stedet for at give os kortene og lægge spare keycardet tilbage, valgte ejeren at give kortene til nogle andre fremmede gæster, som skulle checke ind på et værelse på samme gang som vores. Dette resulterede i, at vi blev vækket kl. 07.30 om morgenen, da en mand åbner vores dør med det keycard ejeren havde overdraget til dem. Vi kontaktede selvfølgelig ejeren for at høre, hvordan dette kunne ske, hvor han prøvede at fralægge sig ansvaret, og bede os om selv at gå ned og bytte kortene rundt med de andre gæster. Forklaringen var at han ikke havde flere spare keycards, så den nemmeste løsning for ham var at give vores keycards til dem. Han vælger den nemmeste løsning for ham, men den mest usikre for gæsten. Det var generelt en meget uprofessionel og inkompetent oplevelse med ejeren. Derudover er elevatorsystemet problematisk, så man kan godt regne med at vente i lang tid på den…

Some of the items were not working properly. For ex the sink was not draining properly. Post failed to mention the attire rules for the pool

We are two people and were given one key. My wife is not with me and she has the key, so I cannot call the elevator or enter my room. Your system is ridiculous; two keys should be provided when there are two people. I will report this on social media. Also, your check-in and check-out times are very unfair. I am a tourist and I traveled for 10 hours, and they wouldn't let me into my room. The people at reception are also extremely unhelpful, and you have an entry system that I don't understand at all; there should be an employee for this system. We also wait excessively long for the elevators, which is another negative point. Therefore, my rating for your hotel is 3 out of 10.

Sehr stilvoll abgestimmt. Das Bett war genau am Fenster wo man prima die Aussicht auf den Pinnokel hat in der 38 .Etage. Super. In der 37.Etage ist der Infinitty Pool.

Big worry about room access instruction provided in late hour/minutes while booking months ahead. Poor tapware's near broken or comes loose; Wi-Fi wasn't ready required further work or effort to connect. Lifts are ridiculous & always crowded and ran late as a result fail to meet Grab booking on time. Public toilet (downstair) is poor & lacks hygiene.

Location was amazing. Apartment was nice. Security and reception staff lovely.

Check in was chaos. Our keys were not in the correct area and we didn’t get to check in until 5:30pm. We appreciate the host coming down to help us however we thought that we had been scammed. Our original room had been double booked therefore we didn’t get the computer games. Room needs an airer to hang wet clothes on after washing them.

very convenient. simply a walking distance to the shopping malls. clean. very privacy. perks, netflix + very cold air conditioner + the room is at level 38 & i can see the KL view. also, dustbin area is nearby

The One-Bedroom Apartment was super cosy with amazing view of the city. I appreciated the convenience shop next door and the location was great to walk around. Great value for money! 😊

Water not draining away in bathroom sink or shower.

The only good thing about this place was the location, which was very central and close to the main city area.

When we arrived, there was a huge line that stretched all the way to the entrance just to use the lift. The check in process was extremely frustrating. There was no receptionist or hotel staff, only security guards who were unable to help. We had to scan a QR code to fill out a form, then go to a locker room to collect the keys, and then line up again for the lift. It took around 30 minutes just to get upstairs. The room was not properly cleaned. The shower area was wet, the toilet area was dirty, and the pillowcase was stained. There was also no hot water, so we had to shower in cold water for the entire stay. As there was no front desk or administrative staff, we had to contact the hotel through Booking.com messages, which was a first for me. Responses were very slow, and they never got back to us regarding the lack of hot water. We also ran out of toilet paper. When we asked the cleaners on the ground floor, they did not understand English and directed us to the security guards, who told us to contact our booking agent. We messaged the hotel through Booking.com and waited a long time for a response. We were told the cleaners would bring toilet paper, but they never did. After multiple messages back and forth, it took two days to finally receive toilet rolls, and we ended up buying our own due to the delay. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and unnecessarily stressful. Would not recommend.

年越し花火を見たくて宿泊しました。向き的にホテルの自室からは見ることが出来ませんでしたが、ホテルラウンジで目の前で見ることができたので、泊まって本当に良かったです。(※ツインタワーの花火だけ見えないです)また、最寄り駅からも近く、周辺のショッピングには困らなかったのも良かったです。

室内のシャワーの排水が遅すぎて使うと常に床に溜まっていたので、足をきれいにするのは難しいです。あと、トイレと洗面所の排水管が中で繋がってるのか、洗面所の排水溝から異臭が若干していたので、洗面所の排水溝を使ったらすぐ閉めないといけなかったこと。

The swimming pool and viewing deck on the 37th floor were great. The room was average. I had booked the hotel expecting a KL Tower view, but our room didn’t have one, which disappointed my son. Apart from that, our one-night stay was fine.

Poor management and very disappointing experience. We waited over an hour for the elevator and eventually had to walk down from the 38th floor with heavy luggage. Many guests were angry and doing the same. No complaints counter in the lobby, and unfair check-in/check-out timing causing elevator chaos. I will not stay here again and do not recommend this place

We were given 2 apartments next door to each other. One was a studio while the other was a 2 bedroom apartment. Because of this, it was very spacious for a family of 4. Both apartments were clean, including the bathrooms. It had a luxurious but comfortable feel. The infinity pool view was awesome at night. The kids loved swimming in it. The location of the apartment is awesome! Close walk to the main strip of Bukit Bintang and close walk to lots of local Hawkers for food.We enjoyed our stay here and would come back.

There were no spare towels given for swimming. The basin tap in the bathroom of the 2 bedroom apartment needs replacing as it is very loose and on its last leg. The washing machine needs a good clean as we did one wash and some of our lighter clothes got stains from it. Washable floor mats for the bathrooms need to be provided rather than the floor mat that is there as the floor mat looks to be gathering mould and hasn't been replaced/washed.

Great location with impressive views. Good facilities such as gym, swimming pool and garden area. Jackie was helpful when contacted and as we were there for a month, he offered a free weekly clean of the apartment if required.

安全面も安心できる環境で良かったです。 近くにコンビニもあり、ロケーションが素晴らしかったです。 夜遅くにチェックインとなったが、ホストの対応が素晴らしかった。 家族で利用するよりは、一人での出張とかで利用する方に最適かと思います。

ベットの寝心地は普通だった。 布団とか枕とかも選べる素材があれば直良いかなと思いました。 シャワーの水量が少し弱かったのと、熱さもそこまで上がらないのが唯一のマイナスポイントでした。 あと冷蔵庫の大きさはコンパクトサイズだったので、あまり量が入らないのは家族向けではないかなと思いました。

The room was perfect, it was very clean and the view was incredible! The rooftop pool was also lovely to experience. Check-in and check-out was easy. The location was excellent - it was very close to Jalan Alor. The queues for the elevators tend to be long but other than that everything was brilliant. 10/10 would recommend!

There was cockroach in the room

En general nos gustó todo. La ubicación excelente, con una mezcla de antiguo y completamente nuevo y moderno, a lado mismo de grandes almacenes, el Food Street y la estación de Metro y Monorail. El apartamento en la planta 28 excelente, nuevo y muy limpio, y con unas vistas a la ciudad maravillosas. Había vista reseñas de colas por los ascensores, pero nosotros no tuvimos ningún problema, quizás por ser en noviembre y no estar lleno.

El vigilante de la entrada se limita a decirte que entres en la aplicación para hacer el check-in con el móvil, y nada más. No es nada agradable. No hay lugar para dejar las maletas después del check out, pero si antes del check in. Tuvimos que llevar las maletas a unos 5 min andando.

Worth the price! Great location and the view is fantastic! The room we had was on the smaller size but it had everything we need for 2 people. Just enough space for our luggage. The bed was comfortable and we also had a city view from our bed. I wish that it equipped with some utensils though.

Access to the infinity pool and gym. Also the garden. Very secure with great sound proofing.
