Dave welcomed us warmly and handed us the keys. The apartment is very well furnished and has everything you need. Supermarkets, pubs, and bus stops are nearby and within walking distance, and there’s also free parking available. Dublin is a 40-minute bus ride away, while Newgrange can be reached in a short time by car.

There's construction going on in the neighborhood right now, so it's pretty noisy—from 7:30 a.m until as late as 8 p.m.

Excellent location. Lovely apartment with all facilities. Bed linen, towels all really good.

Great apartment, very nice, 2 bathrooms (always great) Perfect for a family of 4 Fully equipped kitchen, host is very nice and responds very quickly to any querie. Brilliant documentation/information provided by host

We struggled a little to figure out how to get the heating back on (it was in when we arrived) - some instructions would be helpful but otherwise it was perfect

Good location, with good parking, ample sized apartment, nice decor.

Wasn’t as clean as it could be. Dirty trays in oven. No dish cloth or tea towel and no bin bag. Shower was held up with a cable tie.

The apartment is beautiful. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Location was perfect for visiting Emerald Park and then chilling out with a movie in the evening. Very close to the shops in Ashbourne. The host was really quick to respond to any queries.

Struttura nuovissima,molto bella e confortevole,ben collegata con il centro di Dublino,fermata autobus a due passi.. l'appartamento si trova in una zona residenziale bella e tranquilla.A due passi c'è un centro commerciale molto comodo.c'è la lavatrice e la lavastoviglie elettrodomestici molto comodi per chi sta lì qualche giorno.

Poco pulizia nella cucina.il resto della casa impeccabile.Peccato non ci fosse una macchina del caffè.

The apartment was very well set up, very comfortable Left fresh cream cake in fridge. Hope you enjoy.

It needed cleaned. We found someone’s clothes in the wardrobe and under bed in the twin room. Clothes under sofas. All in pile beside dustpan and brush. Photo below. Old kebab under stand on dining table. We couldn’t use the oven because it was filthy. Photo below.

Location was great, clean tidy. Easy access. Host responded very quickly

This was a lovely stay to attend a family party. Communication from Dave was great at all stages and he sent really good information about the apartment and surrounding area.

Dave sent directions via a pdf file which made it easy to find. Apartment was in immaculate condition, very tastefully decorated. Keys easy to find and on site parking. Public transport was very near so a bus trip into Dublin is easily accessible (40 mins away) Would definitely return here.
