We were mid week and the room rate didn't include breakfast which I thought was a little expensive.

It's exceptionally tired in appearance. My room had a dangerous tear in the carpet which I think is a safety issue. The mattress has a double plastic wrap ( cover and mattress protector) on it which is no comfortable along with a dip in the bed to put it mildly. The bathroom is antiquated. There are no usable plugs at the bedside of the room which is inconvenient.

Even though we had amazing time unfortunately there one problem. Me and my partner was out most of the day and wasn’t in the room as much. When we got back late that evening. I open the duvet I see some kind of old blood or poo stain on my sheet. Which I was disgusted. I then first thing in the morning I told a member of staff and apologised and got a housekeeper to change the sheets soon as possible. but I wish I didn’t had to ask to have clean sheets they should already be clean ones there.

The breakfast was absolutely terrible. Must of been reheated. You could bounce the bacon and the eggs like a brick certainly not worth €27 for 2 .

Room 214- is above a outdoor seating/smoking area so if you are looking for a peaceful night forget it, and don't open the windows unless you lime the smell of smoke in your bedroom

The pillows weren’t great and the rooms are dated and need updating. Loud in the corridors at night too.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026The room was a good size and clean. We had a meal in the restaurant which was quite good. The waiter was great. Parking was easy.
The wifi was hopeless. The manager did try very hard to connect us and while standing at reception it worked but the moment we entered our room it disconnected. Annoying as we needed to check in for flights etc and it emptied my e-sim. I had to top up the next day when I should have had enough for the end of my holiday.

No vault, shower knob awkward . Window opens to noisy courtyard. Almost did not find a parking spot as busy on weekends. Could not plug in CPAPS AS PLUGS NOT configured properly. Lights would have to be on.

When we arrived staff on reception was outside on phone no one to great when she did come in didn’t ask for name or anything just straight away said room wasn’t ready I explained I had emailed and was assured we could have early checkin at 2 still she wasn’t helpful then cleaner appeared also rude saying hotel had been full and room wasn’t hoovered yet again I explained I emailed an had a copy to say my room would be available to get ready in as we were goin to a wedding at 3pm so then agreed room just needed hoovered so we needed to be quick getting changed I am an independent travel agent for inteletravel Uk and I found this level customer service unacceptable

Noise from other rooms on the same floor. Saturday night/Sunday morning. We had difficulty getting to sleep due to this noise - staff were banging on one if the doors after 4am trying to get people to keep quiet. Not a lot staff could do in this situation when customers act like this - but it should have been handled long before 4am.
