Appartement Cosy près de tout !

Πολύ ωραίο διαμέρισμα. Είχε όλον τον απαραίτητο εξοπλισμό και πολύ καθαρό. Καλή συνεννόηση με τους ιδιοκτήτες και εύκολο parking.

Θα εκτιμούσα πολύ την επιλογή πιο σκουρων κουρτινών τόσο για τα φώτα τη νύχτα που προσωπικά με ενοχλούν, καθώς και για την αποφυγή ανεπιθύμητων βλεμμάτων καθώς βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο.

Wij waren erg tevreden over de inrichting, de gezelligheid en de ligging van de accommodatie (dichtbij het station). Vooral de rust vonden wij een groot pluspunt.

Men was vergeten ons de code-gegevens voor het bekomen van de sleutels door te sturen waardoor we moeilijkheden hadden om binnen te komen. Wij misten overgordijnen en zouden iets meer borden en tassen op prijs hebben gesteld.

Slechts 1 toilet maar wel 2 badkamers Verduistering kamers niet mogelijk.

Sehr schöne moderne Ferienwohnung in Mons. Es war sehr sauber. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Herd, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher. Es gab Kaffeekapseln für die Kaffeemaschine. Geschirrspültabs waren auch vorhanden. Auch wenn wir es nicht benutzt haben, es gab sogar Duschprodukte und Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine/Waschtrockner. 2 Bäder mit Duschen und 1 WC. Ein Supermarkt und der Bahnhof sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Am Anfang war das etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Man kann aber die Jalousien runtermachen. Wir waren auch den ganzen Tag unterwegs und es hat uns nicht gestört. Eine 2. Bettdecke bei mehr als 2 Personen wäre schön. Es gibt 2 Bäder mit 2 Duschen, aber nur 1 WC, welches eine Art Gästetoilette ist.

Difficile de trouver un emplacement mieux adapté. Le logement, propre et bien équipé, est situé dans une zone résidentielle très calme, coquette, bien tenue et à proximité de la gare. On accède à celle-ci en 5 minutes par un joli chemin herbeux qui longe un cours d’eau. Le centre-ville est à quelques minutes de marche après avoir traversé le hall de la gare. Très proche de l’extraordinaire musée d’Arts Décoratifs François Duersberg.

Il y a quelques petits inconvénients auxquels il serait facile de remédier et qui ont déjà été signalés : Pas de crochets ni de porte-serviettes dans les salles de bain : on les met donc là où on peut : sur la poignée de porte ou pliées sur le lavabo. Pas idéal pour les faire sécher. Il n’y a aucun saladier ou plat suffisamment grand dans la cuisine. Il serait bien de mettre les pastilles du lave-vaisselle sur le plan de travail. Cela éviterait d’avoir à les chercher.

L'appartement loué est tout nouveau, les chambres , les rangements , les salles d'eau sont bien spacieux . Tout y était très propre, de bon goût pour la décoration, nous avions l'impression d'être dans un appartement témoin .

Petit désagrément à l'arrivée : Nous avions reçu un mauvais code pour la "boîte à clés ". Quelques heures de stress plus tard, le propriétaire nous a contactés et nous a transmis un code correct pour les clés . Pour faire mieux ; vous pourriez mettre à disposition assez d'essuies (nous étions 4), il aurait fallu 4 grands essuies éponge et 4 plus petits, aussi un essuie de vaisselle serait appréciable .

Cozy clean apartment with two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment is on the ground floor, bright, with large windows. Maybe there was a bit of a lack of blackout curtains, but since we got up early, it was not a problem. Comfortable kitchen with necessary things. Even spices, coffee and sauces

No kettle, one toilet

Nice and confortable flat close to town centre and comercial activities. The flat has everything you need for a long stay, including an equipped kitchen and washing machine. Parking easy in the surroundings.

Few towels for the number of people. The owner could provide some additional info about Mons and the area to help visitors.

Having 2 bathrooms. Having a large screen tv with more than one streaming service.

There should be a better way to boil water than a pot. One of the photos on the website shows some coffee pods on the kitchen counter but there are none. The internet failed early during our stay and we were unable to get it running again.
