The decoration of the interior is 'very interesting'. Love to cozy family hall and big room suitable for family to stay.

The surrounding sound especially in the middle at the night really not acceptable. Not sure where the sound came from.

The host prepared the unit very well before arrival. Facilities and amenities were outstanding and there's plenty of complimentary snacks. The cleanliness were exceptional and excellent. Will re-booked the unit for future stay if planned to come again to KKB

My advice to the owner, to clarify the rules if you have one. Don't expect customers to know all. I don't know that he expects guests to eat the snacks in the house, when I take it home, he labels me as a thief. And be more 'berbudi bahasa'. When he labelled me as a thief, he kept being sarcastic with me. Chatting me there a thief takes all his snacks. Its total cost is rm11, and you no investigation , call me thief. Very petty of you. And labelled someone without any efforts to clear the misunderstanding is also incredibly rude. And last but not least, change the inappropriate hanging photo. It's not a Malaysian culture to hang naked photos. Memalukan. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed with the owner, hope you can change the photo and your attitude very soon.

the owner is harassing us. He/she didnt mentioned the rules specifically and when we forgot to take the garbage out and wash some plates. He bombarded me with harassing messages.

Es ist keine schöne Geschäftsstraße, dort in eine kleine Tür zwischen den Läden und eine schmale lange Treppe hinauf, oben angekommen …….. überrascht ….. eine wirklich schöne große Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist mit alten Möbeln eingerichtet, welche aber gut erhalten sind. Viele neuere Hotels haben nur abgewohnte Möbel. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Eigenartig war nur, die Wohnung hatte 2x Dusche mit WC, aber beides ohne Waschbecken?

no private bathroom. no privacy because the bedooms only separated only by glass door. the toilet mat is very slippery. I slipped and injured by shoulder.

So far tempat ni paling best among airbnb yang saya stay, check in process mudah, tempat strategik dekat dengan kedai2, facilities lengkap and owner also provide so many complimentary snack and drinks.

If it possible, owner boleh tukar gambar2 dekat dinding cause it not suitable for kids to watch.

Perfect spot for travellers! clean, affordable, and close to everything I needed.

The parking is located under the shop lots, and you need to climb the stairs to get to the homestay, might be a bit inconvenient if you have heavy luggage.

A Truly Thoughtful and Comfortable Stay – Perfect After a Long Day of Adventure! Thank you so much for such a lovely and comfortable homestay experience! The place was very easy to access thanks to the convenient digital lock system. From the moment we stepped in, we were wow-ed by the pristine cleanliness, tasteful decor, and the thoughtful attention to detail throughout the home. The pantry was exceptionally well-stocked — a real blessing for us as we were short on time. Imagine our delight seeing nine bottles of 1.5L mineral water and other chilled canned drinks in the fridge, along with a generous selection of snacks, biscuits, coffee, teh tarik and Milo sachets, and even full cutlery – as if ready to host a kenduri! What truly touched us was the host's kindness and hospitality. He even paid for our parking in advance as we didn’t have the Flexi Parking app – a small gesture that meant a lot. The towels were soft and freshly scented, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the two sparkling clean bathrooms were ideal for our group – no waiting around for showers after a long race day! Just a heads-up for future guests: the homestay is on the second level of a shophouse with a short flight of stairs (around 15 steps), so it might not be suitable for those with mobility challenges. All in all, it was a short but truly meaningful stay. Thank you again to the wonderful host for going above and beyond. InsyaAllah, we’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in the KKB area!

We stayed for two nights. At the town center so easy access to all places It's clean and comfortable with good facilities. Easy parking but public parking. Generous complimentary.. Recommended. They kept many indoor board games and the best is congkak.

Had difficulty accessing the door due to no battery. Called the caretaker and wasted almost half an hour. Afterwards it works fine. Need to use a staircase to go up so it is difficult for old people.

Minor comment, just rooms were split with sliding door and the inner master bedroom guests will need to walk across the 2nd room to get to bathroom or hall.

A lot of forenign ...doesn't feel safe when entering passcode as the they will kept on walking behind you and stare at you .. Picture in master is not proper ...it's better change a new pic .. Blanket too thin and sometime very cold even after off fan ..

Everything! There were even small personal touches that differentiate this home from others - snacks and drinks. The house was so clean and comfort level was great. The layout was also unique. I can tell the owner has an interest for art, the house was 'alive' & every corner is worth taking pictures at.

Almost nothing. If i were to make a comment, i think some art pieces were shocking. Fun, but a tad inappropriate. Of course our group had a laugh at them but since we're a mix group, they did stir up a bit of uncomfortable air. Since this is at a shoplot area, it'd be full during the day and very quiet at night. You can move your car closer to the property at night. Aside from that, nothing. Seriously! I'd definitely stay here again.

There’s few shady characters outside at night. Would advise not go out late at night.
