For the 2nd and 3rd room, there was no blanket available. There was a cupboard and not sure if it's inside but it was locked.

My family & I love the vibes and it was so comfy. the facilities are superb. This is my 3rd stay here. Surely we'll repeat next time.

The location is quite congested in the heart of KKB so i got problem with the parking (maybe because there was a shop opening ceremony at that time). but then after 6 i could park near the unit. - It would be better if there is a sink in front of the bathroom.

Convenient location and owner respond promptly with our request for code and toilet rolls. Clean property.

The owner a bit impatient when I asked for the code to the door. Yes I asked multiple times to make sure that the message got across and I have no intention to irritate the owner but unfortunately he misunderstood my intentions. I have had previous bad experiences during my stay at other non hotel properties where it was difficult to check in. Anyway, as a host , owner should be more understanding and able to tolerate customer’s request. I think I did not make unreasonable or unnecessary demands. Just a simple basic question of the code to check in. I hope that more Aircond can be installed in the property.

We arrived around 9:00pm after a long drive, and the homestay was exactly what we needed; quiet, clean and very comfortable. The place is tastefully and elegantly decorated, with a classy, homely feel that immediately puts you at ease. We really appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks thoughtfully prepared for guests; a small touch, but very welcoming, especially arriving late at night. The calm environment helped my son rest well and mentally prepare for his interview the next morning.

Nothing to fault. Our stay was short, but everything was well taken care of and exceeded expectations.

The place has a charming personality! A sense of that old classic wood house of the past, very warmly welcoming. With lots of arts hanging around the house. The decoration style of the house is lovely! I think the house itself is an artwork! Felt we stayed like in an indie museum of KKB town. The biggest point: the property is super, super clean and comfortable! Would definitely book the place again when going to KKB! This is not a negative, but entrance to the property is upwards via stairs so may not be accessible for wheelchair users.

We absolutely loved the location, it's easy access to food and local markets. The deco there is exceptional and made us feel like home! not to say the board games provided were really fun, my friends and I had a lot of laughs and a wonderful getaway! The facilities are all well cared for and are in good condition. The owner is a very friendly guy, he would let us know when we should park near the place and also answers our questions patiently. The owner also had complimentary snacks and drinks which were a big surprise to us! They were really tasty, we devoured the food while playing the different board games! Overall the unexpected highlight of the trip was the accommodation, all of my friends were very satisfied and had a pleasant stay. We hope to return again in the future. Keep it up!

Very carefully thought of. Loved the details. Also the flat is very tastefully designed - the right decoration, furniture & fittings created the right ambience.

This is not a critic but more of a suggestion. Lack of a wash basin outside the bathroom and toilet. Air-conditioning units in every room. Lower plug points and place nearer to a table. The sitting room should have one or two side tables easy for us for us to put our drinks and snacks on.

The rooms are renovated from wooden style kampung house. Like the kampung style renovation with some great decorations. The host provided shampoo, complimentary drinks and snacks.

It is little dusty in the entrance staircase area but it doesn't affect the overall experience. The other areas are clean.

A lot of things.. the free snacks, can drinks, instant coffee/tea, biscuits.. u name it.. 😄 . The board games, theres quite a lot, including congkak. If u like short n quick reading.. theres a lot of historical book which add on to your general knowledge. I must say.. the owner is very generous by providing a lot of other things u dont usually find in other homestay. Kudos to the owner and keep it up.. As for the place, well, its a shoplot one floor above, well decorated with its unique concept.in short, what is shown is what u get.. 2 toilets are at the back, one for your "business" and the other for shower. Kitchen and utensil is more than enough.. Parking space, there is a public parking space which is free over the weekends and 60 cents per hour with a max Rm5 per day. Stayed with my family of 6 and had a great time during our stay.

Probably, having a sink in the bathroom would be nice..😅

The stairs too high… not suitable for seniors. Only one toilet provided.

Great environment & ambience, great location at town centre nearby many shops, a lot of amenities from snacks to toiletries (even board games). However, sorry forgot to turn off all the switches since suddenly the place blacked out we thought there was an auto switch. Definitely will come again some day.

Pertak Siring brought back some good ol memories of my late grandparents house...such a surreal classic vibes. The host was generous provide guests w lots of snacks,3 in 1,canned drinks..betcha no one wont starved staying here :)

The design of the apartment is wonderful. It's spacious, full of natural light and confortable. We especially liked the living room with all the beautiful pillows and the soft carpet. The bed were comfy, aircon and fan worked well. The facilities werr VERY clean and the kitchen well stocked. Central location and good communication to the host.

I book the property for Three Bedroom apartment. I put at the booking as 2 adult for 3 bedroom apartment. During the stay, 4 of my friends come and join us for little chat and refreshing. Unfortunately when i check out, i receive the call from the owner saying that he want to lodge a report for tresspassing the property because i bring more than 2 person in that apartment. I dont think it was my fault to bring my friends since i already book the entire apartment.

Clean and we'll provisioned. generous to senior travellers like this group of friends.

The place is very close to restaurants

Its like we are going back through time. Like we are in the past. The nostalgic setting of the place, its dig our past. Its brought back our memories from those days. With modern days amenities, this place just a perfect place to escape to a historical town. Shops are nearby. Just walking distance. You can explore the whole town if you want. If you are a photographic person, then this place just nice for your socmed or insta post. Its just like a place with full of memories. The host was very generous. A lot of complimentary snacks & drinks. Full set kitchen set up with all the utilities. You can find anything you need. Just feel like at home. Definitely I will come again.

Nothing I didn't like . I'm hoping that the host can keep the place exactly that way. Its just a memorable place.
