Sehr schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage und kurze Entfernung zum Bahnhof. Das Einzige was gefehlt hat waren Abtrocknehandtücher und ein paar mehr Haken im Bad. Ansonsten sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Booking.com-Support (s.u.) war sehr gut und hilfreich. - Danke!

Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr schwierig. Erst am Ankunftstag habe ich über den Host erfahren, dass der (mechanische) Schlüssel nicht wie vorher angegeben an einem Kiosk im Bahnhof abgeholt werden kann, sondern in einem weiter entfernten Schuhreparatur-Shop. Das hat aber nicht geklappt, da ich nur 10 Minuten vor dem Schließen des Shops am Bahnhof angekommen bin und der Shop bereits geschlossen hatte. Daraufhin musste ich zurück zum Bahnhof und mit dem Taxi zum Büro des Host fahren, wo der Schüssel in einer Schlüsselbox hinterlegt war. Das mich wirklich geärgert und mir mindestens 1,5 Stunden Zeit gekostet. Die Taxikosten sollten mir vom Host erstattet werden, allerdings nur gegen Angabe meiner IBAN, BIC und Adresse, was für mich nicht in Frage kommt. Über den Booking.com Helpdesk habe ich dann einen Reisegutschein in Höhe der Taxikosten als Kulanz erstattet bekommen, weil auch sie keine Übereinkunft mit dem Host hinsichtlich der Zahlung erreichen konnten. - Also: Alles war super, außer der Schlüssel-Odyssee, auch und insbesondere der Booking.com Support.

Mucha dejadez. Colchones viejos y hundidos. El colchón para el sofá cama lleno de manchas de pipí (roales amarillos), el hervidor con restos d agua dentro y óxido o restos d café. El armario lleno de toallas desordenadas, sábanas, almohadas... y restos de ropas usadas (quizás de otros viajeros). La puerta del apartamento está en muy malas condiciones. Hay desperfectos en paredes del apartamento y juntas del baño. Tapa del wc rota. El cabecero de la cama con un tomo de polvo. Los plintos del suelos totalmente sucios. Una pena, porque es bonito y agradable y con muy buena ubicación.

Great location near the centre of Helsinki. Lovely apartment and facilities. Very comfortable bed. Lots of restaurants and cafe's coffee shops within easy walking distance. Try going into the underground shopping/cafe area using the steps just outside the apartment if you need a quick snack, as lots to choose from. Additionally, as I was arriving late at night, the host company were happy to arrange collection of keys from a lock box at their offices, instead of the R-Kiosk at the station. I didn't need that in the end, as I changed my flight to an earlier one, but still very helpful of them.

A couple of minor issues, loose toilet seat, and someone else's clothes left in one part of the wardrobe, but am sure all sorted now.

ホストの対応に疑問と不満があります。初日に玄関ドアを内側から開けることができなくなりました。原因は鍵がサビのために回らなくなったことですが、20時半にチャットで一報を入れてから、翌朝9時40分まで繰り返し助けを求めましたが、何の反応ももらえませんでした。電話も繋がりませんでした。結果、助けを求めた親切な地元の方3人の連携プレーで外から鍵を使って開けてもらい、油を差してもらい、何とか外に出ることができました。私達は幸運だっただけです。対面で部屋の説明をするのでなければ、緊急の時に駆けつけてもらえる体制が必要なのではないかと思いました。今後は、近くにホストがいて少なくとも数時間で連絡が取れ、かつ、部屋のクリーニングを業者に任せっぱなしにせずにホスト自身も部屋をこまめに確認し、危機管理ができる、宿泊施設なのかを事前に確認して選択したいと思います。

Appartamento in centro. Pulito. Cucina bene attrezzata. Proprio sotto l'appartamento c'è una caffetteria con buoni croissant ed un supermercato ben fornito all'ingresso della metro

Ho avuto difficoltà ad aprire la porta dall' interno, era bloccata. Ho contattato WeHost, mi hanno detto che sapevano del problema e di riprovare. Dopo una decina di minuti sono riuscita ad aprire, però se sapevano del problema avrebbero potuto risolvere prima dell' ingresso di un nuovo cliente

Muy buen ubicado, apartamento muy limpio, cocina equipada.

Asunnon sijainti täydellinen. Talo on rauhallinen ja hiljainen. Ylellinen laadukas sisustus. Kaikki meille tarpeelliset astiat ja keittiövälineet löytyi. Vuode erittäin mukava.

Suihku vuotaa putken liitoskohdasta, sama vika myös viime kesänä. Asunnossa pesukone mutta pyykinpesuaine oli lopussa, tätä olisimme tarvinneet. Kaipaamaan jäimme myös keittiöpyyhettä.

This is a comfortable apartment for up to three guests. Clean. Elevator. Location is the key of this facility, walking distance to all main places to visit in Helsinki. Instructions to have access to the facility and to pick up the key are received via messages. They response in a short time to any questions.

Consider you need to pick up the apartment key at the main train station, not comfortable if you are not arriving to the city by train. No matter we use to leave the facilities clean, this is a mandatory requirement to avoid additional payment surcharges. No matter they provide the instructions about throwing out the garbage I couldn't find the place (some signs on Finnish language), I had go to the subway station nearby to throw away the garbage into their garbage cans.

Excellent location. The apartment was clean, bright, and comfortable.

I didn’t know how to put the heating on

Well…I made a big mistake and shorted the breaker. Was able to reach out to resolve very easily on my own just by knowing where to look. THEN I forgot a bag in my room and called yet again. I was able to meet housekeeping and retrieve the bag within a short time period. They were very good to help me through these two mistakes.

I like walking stairs, but if you don’t, you would have to know there is a small elevator you can use, but it does require taking stairs to get to the street from the train station

Location is amazing. Very close to the train station and all the main areas. Very neat clean and comfortable place. Good enough for 3 adults. Host is helpful.

Compact, clean, well equipped and well located for easy access to the centre of the city.

The location was excellent- minutes walk to the station and a supermarket nearby.

We had a very long flight and would have appreciated at least two servings of tea and coffee and a small milk. Such a small touch would have been lovely especially as the unit is equipped with coffee filters for the coffee pot and there was ample sugar. And more than one toilet roll would be good.

Great apartment Great location

Staff were really responsive to any and all queries we had. The apartment was airy and spacious, good to be able to open the windows during our stay too. The carpet was lovely to walk on, and bed was very comfortable. The pictures are very accurate, this was a rather opulent looking apartment for our stay. Getting the keys was a really easy process with Google maps to help!

The door lock to get out of the apartment was really stiff at times - staff are now aware of this. Could have done with a tea towel in the kitchen as there is no draining board.

Nothing really it was all as expected, we couldn’t check in before 4 but were advised of the lockers at the main station so used those and did some sightseeing before we could check in so no time was wasted at all

Very central and easy to get to from the train station. Beautifully furnished and well provisioned.

The pictures of the accomodation that were shown on Booking are exactly the same, the apartment looks exactly the same, so that was very nice! The decoration of the apartment is great, it gives a very homely vibe, I could have stayed much longer! The location is also very good, just a few minutes walk to central station. The neighborhood felt very safe.

The only thing I could think of, is that I got quite some e-mails where I had to fill out a lot of details, even creditcard information. I didn't fill out those information, because I already gave them via booking, and in the end to pick up the keys they also didn't ask for that information, so I would suggest to the host to not send those e-mails with asking those information, as obviously it isn't really necessary.

Amazing apartment, which is very well designed and a pure pleasure for your eyes! We were 3 people and had enough space for ourselves as well. All amenities you need are already in the apartment (dishwasher, iron, washing machine etc.) Central location helps to get anywhere quickly.

Didn't figure out how to get up the stairs from the main street when you walk from the train station direction. Unfortunately, I had to carry the luggage up the stairs myself. Later we found longer route without the stairs (however it is not easy with 20kg luggage and rainy weather). Additionally, I would prefer if waste segregation rules would be visible in the apartment, so there would be less hassle with sorting when you get to the trash area.

The wardrobe space was almost entirely filled with spare linen and towels. We had no space for our clothes. The contact said he would remove the items but failed to do so
