Me encantó las hospitalidad del personal y el Riad y es muy bonito. Tuvieron varios detalles muy buenos, llegamos muy temprano y nos invitaron a desayunar. A la vuelta el vuelo era tarde y nos prepararon un snack para llevar. Lo recomiendo muchísimo

We really enjoyed our stay in this Riad! Everything was dreamy and lovely, from the warm and homely atmosphere to the clean and comfortable rooms. The pool was beautiful and very well maintained, and the breakfast was delicious with lots of food and drinks to choose from. The manager and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more special. On our last day, they even surprised us with some lovely gifts , such a generous and thoughtful gesture! We had a wonderful time and truly felt at home. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly helpful. We had a problem opening our suitcase, and they did everything they could to help us. I was also travelling with my daughter, and to make our stay more comfortable, they upgraded our room to a suite so that she could have her own space. It was absolutely amazing. They were helpful at every moment, and we truly felt like family rather than anonymous guests. When we were leaving, they gave us some lovely local body and hair care products. They knew we were travelling to the ocean, so they also prepared some food and snacks for us to take on the road. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and would like to thank the entire team for the wonderful time we spent there.

Séjourner au Ksar Anika, c'est faire l'expérience d'un contraste saisissant : il suffit d'en franchir la porte pour quitter l'agitation vibrante de la médina et entrer instantanément dans un monde de plénitude incroyable. Deux univers totalement différents séparés par un simple pas. L'établissement brille par sa tenue exemplaire. La propreté du riad est irréprochable et le ménage de notre chambre familiale était soigneusement fait chaque jour. Nous avons d'ailleurs particulièrement apprécié la réactivité de l'équipe : lorsque nous avons demandé à ajuster la literie pour le lit de notre fille, cela a été pris en charge avec une rapidité remarquable. Le niveau de service est tout simplement impeccable, porté par une équipe d'une grande bienveillance : Saïd, au petit-déjeuner, est d'un dévouement rare. Avec son service personnalisé et ses attentions constantes — prendre des nouvelles de votre nuit, tirer délicatement la chaise pour vous installer —, il commence chaque journée avec une gentillesse inégalée. Laurent, le directeur, est extrêmement présent et constamment soucieux du bien-être des hôtes. Ne manquez surtout pas de lui demander de vous raconter l'histoire du Maroc : c'est une véritable encyclopédie vivante et un pur bonheur à écouter ! Pour couronner ce séjour parfait, nous avons eu la délicate surprise de recevoir au moment de notre départ, prévu à midi, un joli sac artisanal de Marrakech garni de provisions pour le voyage. Un lieu magique, chaleureux et attentionné que nous ne sommes pas près d'oublier.

Personalne podejście do gościa, uprzejmość, serdeczność pracowników ujęły mnie za serce. Piękny, stylowy obiekt, bardzo komfortowe pokoje, najlepsze łóżko w jakim w życiu spałam. Pyszne śniadania. Basen idealny.

El alojamiento es precioso, con una piscina bastante grande donde poder bañarse y descansar del calor. Excelente desayuno, bonitas zonas donde descansar y habitación muy amplia. Pero si en algo ha destacado ha sido en la amabilidad del personal. Nos han ayudado en todo, se han interesado en nuestros planes para hacer sugerencias, nos dieron un listado de restaurantes , nos han conseguido taxi , nos dieron para nuestro vuelo de vuelta un snack y fruta y unos jabones de regalo....una maravilla de amabilidad . Y mencion extra a Khalissa, la persona que nos atendio en el hamman, extraordinaria

Souper dispendieux pour des comparables dans le coin; le service était très limite. C’était très bon, mais trop dispendieux.

Bonne localisation. Personnel à l’écoute, très serviable et conviviale. Accueil personnalisé pour bien expliquer les lieux à visiter etc. Petit déjeuner très bien fait maison à volonté. Chambre propre et fonctionnelle avec frigo et coffre.

The property is gorgeous. The beautiful architecture included marble and colorful tile everywhere. The staff was very accommodating. They even packed me a lunch because I had a late flight.

If anything, it was a little tucked away, but still less than 10 minutes walking distance from all of the restaurants and shops.

Il soggiorno presso questo riad a Marrakech è stato purtroppo deludente. La stanza presentava un forte odore di umidità, rendendo l’ambiente poco confortevole, e il bagno era privo di finestra o adeguata ventilazione. Inoltre, mancavano alcuni servizi di base come le ciabatte e un cestino per la spazzatura in camera, dettagli che fanno la differenza in termini di comfort. La colazione è risultata piuttosto limitata: erano disponibili solo prodotti locali, senza alternative come fette biscottate o opzioni più internazionali, il che potrebbe non soddisfare tutti i gusti. Infine, la piscina non era pulita, con acqua visibilmente sporca, aspetto che ha influito negativamente sull’esperienza complessiva. Nel complesso, la struttura necessita di maggiore attenzione alla pulizia e ai servizi offerti agli ospiti.

C'était mon 2 ème séjour au ksar Anika. Le personnel est toujours aussi formidable. Un excellent accueil, aux petits soins tout au long de notre séjour. C'était un véritable plaisir de retrouver cette gentillesse, ce dévouement. C'est vraiment très bien situé au calme. Un havre de paix après une visite dans la médina. Possibilité de dîner au dernier moment, très bien servi , choix limité mais c'est bon . Merci sincèrement à toute l'équipe. Vous avez rendu notre séjour une nouvelle fois inoubliable

Le prix a fortement augmenté , 42% / 2024 , mon dernier séjour pour une prestation qui n'a pas changé. Cela devient quand même assez cher et du coup d'un moins bon rapport qualité prix. Le personnel n'y est pour rien bien sûr et la qualité de leur accueil est toujours parfaite

nous connaissons très bien le RIAD pour y séjourner très régulièrement c'est un super établissement avec du personnel au TOP et une belle prestation dans l'ensemble avec un super petit déjeuner. pas de problème de stationnement si vous avez un véhicule. A 2 pas du palais BAHIA. la responsable accueil du RIAD est tellement adorable je vous conseil l'établissement les yeux fermé

Friendly staff, the rooftop sunbathing area, breakfast food was terrific too + the fact you could always come down to the lobby and get great Maroccan tea for free.

The pool is not really swimmable, it's super small and exposed in the lobby.

We had an excellent room at less than the usual rate, which made it good value for us. The staff were very kind and helpful and we enjoyed the option of eating in the hotel since we we tired from travelling. The facilities were good (although we did not ourselves make use of the spa).

El personal súper amable y con mucho agrado nos ayudó en todo momento. Buena ubicación. La habitación estuvo súper limpia y cálida. El desayuno fue espectacular y nos pusieron frutas en la habitación en todo momento. Algo que quiero destacar es la seguridad que nos proporciona el hotel y su personal en todo momento con recomendaciones para salir fuera. Sin duda un lugar estupendo para repetir. Lo recomiendo 💯 ☺️☺️☺️🤗🤗🤗

Very helpful staff. Great service. They had little sandwiches and snacks in the afternoon and they gave us little Moroccan cookies and fruit in our room. They also packed us a little lunch for our departure which was nice. Food at the restaurant was very good quality. Nice pool that was clean for our kids.

It was a 12 minute walk or so to get to the Medina. That was a bit challenging as we are a young family so we decided to take a taxi back a couple of times for about 100 Dirham. Our room was next to the street and was a bit noisy. One of the employees at the front desk was a little pushy.

The staff was very friendly, and the hotel's motto was "Relax. We can do everything for you." They even prepared food for us as we were leaving. Our room was cleaned every day, the pool water was clean, and we had free snacks whenever we went to the pool.

We couldn't find any slippers in the room. But when we were leaving, they said they had some. It was our fault for not asking them. Also, there was cleaning noise from the rooftop earlier in the morning. It was a bit disturbing, but not a big issue. It didn't stop us from loving the place!

What a wonderful place to spend three nights in Marrakech! The rooms were lovely and clean and the beds, which tend to be very firm in Morocco, were comfortable and soft. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and appreciated even gifting us with Argon shampoo upon our departure. The breakfast was delicious and everything was spotless. We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay, and very much look forward to returning sometime.

J'avais réservé pour ma tante et ma belle mère, Joelle et Arlette, Elles ont été enchantées de leur séjour en novembre dernier, elles ont particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse du personnel, toujours à l'écoute et riche de conseil pour visiter, la propreté et le confort de l'hotel, et les petits déjéuners très variés et copieux. L'hotel est en plein coeur de Marrakech, idéal pour visiter de la ville.

Tout était parfait ! de l'accueil, au service du personnel au petit soins! La responsable Siham ainsi que tout le personnel étaient très chaleureux et convivials ! Je recommande vraiment cet établissement !

O Riad é muito lindo. Muito Bem decorado, ao redor da piscina onde é servido o café da manhã, as poltronas, as plantas, tudo de muito bom gosto. A suíte é grande, muito espaçosa e o banheiro também.

O colchão do nosso quarto muito mole e com ondulações. E a iluminação do quarto muito fraca, senti falta de uma luminária mais forte perto da cama para leitura.

The hotel is beautiful and very relaxing. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. The cleaning ladies are lovely. Breakfast is so nice - enjoyed by the pool. A lovely and kind gesture is a small departure gift and a packed picnic for your onward journey.

Teníamos todo lo que necesitábamos y muy cerca de la Medina pero sin estar en el ruidoso y aglomeradas calles. Disponía de ascensor para poder subir a las habitaciones. Todo el personal increíble y dispuestos ayudar en todo momento.

What a beautiful experience from start to finish. Even though we stayed only one night, the team made our visit truly memorable. We were welcomed with tea and sweet treats, followed by a thoughtful conversation about our needs. They arranged a smooth airport transfer for the next morning and even sent us off with a generous bag of snacks for the flight, along with some lovely beauty products. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel genuinely cared for. Highly recommend.

床头竟然没有充电器，图片可以看到，充电只能放在地上，然后卫生间淋浴没有完全隔断，洗澡地上就会很多水，地漏又不漏水，一晚上地面还都是水，然后卫生间纸篓，真的服了，大家自己看图吧，超级超级坑，避坑！！！

Het was een prachtig verblijf, het personeel was geweldig, zeer behulpzaam. De locatie en omgeving waren heel goed. Het ontbijt was zeer goed verzorgd.

Super Preis-Leistung. Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Frühstück sehr lecker, die Kommunikation lief hervorragend und der Flughafentransfer war auch gut organisiert. Es gibt auch eine Dachterrasse und Liegen am Pool, die haben wir jedoch nicht genutzt, da wir tagsüber unterwegs waren und zum Entspannen war dies für uns nicht der richtige Ort. Man konnte jedoch die Medina und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen, was ich toll fand.

Freundlicher Service, saubere und großzügige Zimmer

Schlechte Lage an einer lauten Straße. Die Zimmer zur Straße sind wirklich sehr laut - zur Lärmdämmung hat das Riad Schaumstoff - Matratzen anfertigen lassen, die genau in die Fenster passen um den Lärm etwas zu dämmen. Auf unsere Nachfrage nach einem ruhigeren Zimmer für die Folgenächte hieß es von der Dame an der Rezeption nur, dass das Haus voll sei. Erst der dann aus einem anderen Riad gerufene Manager konnte uns zumindest für die letzte der 3 Nächte ein anderes Zimmer anbieten, was dann kleiner aber auch leiser war. Wir bedauern aber die Wahl des Riads: Liegt außerhalb der Medina im nicht so schönem jüdischen Viertel und gerade Nachts nur über dunkle Gassen oder die Enge und viel befahrene Straße erreichbar. Das Haus ist sauber, macht aber keinen geliebten Eindruck. Man könnte mit mehr Blick zum Detail so viel mehr aus dem Riad machen.

Rinkinukas į oro uostą, kur buvo bananai ir dar kažkiek maisto- mus sužavėjo ir buvo netikėta. Žmona gavo netgi tašytę. Jeigu kada dar būsiu Marakeše- gyvensiu tik čia...

The staff and hospitality were amazing here! So much attention to us and kindness. Beautiful furnishings and seating area for breakfast/time by the pool. They were always asking if we needed anything like tea/coffee, and the breakfast had so much yummy food, we couldn't eat everything. The location is great, just a 5 minute walk to the start of the souks, so it is in a very quiet area. Accessible by taxi, so no need to drag suitcases through market place. The check in was easy and personal as we were served tea and snacks while the manager went over everything with us. We had the Riad arrange taxi to and from the airport which simplified transportation. The deluxe room was large, had its own couch seating area, and balcony. Fresh fruits delivered to room daily during room cleaning. Overall, we loved staying here for 4 nights. It's a great place to explore for the morning/midday and then come back to relax during the hot afternoons. Beautifully decorated and felt like home!

The ONLY thing we didn't like was that the bed was quite noisy/squeaky anytime we turned over in the night.

Location, style, service

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans ce Riad. Emplacement idéal : situé entre le Palais Bahia et le cimetière juif, il est à deux pas de la Médina. De plus, des taxis passent régulièrement devant l’entrée. Un personnel d’une gentillesse rare : tout le monde est aux petits soins, avec mille attentions tout au long du séjour. Que ce soit les agents et agentes d’entretien (c’est d’une propreté remarquable),les serveurs, les cuisinières, la gouvernante, les réceptionnistes ou encore les masseuses, chacun contribue à rendre l’expérience inoubliable. De petites attentions qui font la différence : café ou thé offerts à toute heure, goûters servis avec générosité, disponibilité et sourire en permanence. Bien-être et détente : les massages proposés au Riad sont tout simplement exceptionnels, à ne pas manquer. La cuisine est excellente, et les petits déjeuners sont très copieux. En résumé : un lieu plein de charme, où l’on se sent accueilli comme chez soi, avec un service irréprochable et beaucoup de chaleur humaine. Le lieu est magnifique et le coucher de soleil sur le rooftop vaut le détour. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !
