Bazén byl mimo provoz kvůli rekonstrukci. Složitější check in, ale nakonec jsme to zvládli.

Disgusting toilet. Mouldy. Toilet seat was filthy and looked like it's rotting. Very dusty all round, like it hasn't been cleaned much. Sheets felt super old and worn. Door latch doesn't even work.

Firstly, the price was adjusted by the owner before the deduction from my credit card. I booked the unit for two nights at SGD90++, but the next day I was informed that my card was charged SGD123.29. The price displayed on the Booking.com app was also changed. Even considering currency exchange rates, the difference should not be this large. The whole building felt unsafe. The car park was open to the public with no gantry or access card required. There was also no lift to the lobby, and guests had to climb stairs with luggage. Upon arrival, I followed the instructions provided by the owner to retrieve the unit key from the locker, but the password given was invalid. I tried contacting the owner several times without any response. About 5 minutes later, I finally received another password, but there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. When we entered the unit, it had a very bad, moldy smell, as if it had not been vacant for a long time. The towels provided were of poor quality, and the toilet emitted a strong foul smell after flushing. Although we booked for two nights, we could not wait to leave after my medical appointment. We have always had good experiences staying at Mosaic Southkey, but this was truly a nightmare and by far the worst experience we have ever had.

Worst nightmare, I have been travelling very often, this place was a nightmare. They did not change the bedsheets and it has obvious semen stain. I have booked 2 nights, I did not stay for both nights, left the property within 20 minutes after I arrived and they refused refund or refuse to have any communication. No one bother to even say sorry, they avoided my calls, didn’t want to pick up my call, they did not argue against the unchanged bedsheets. Don’t book this property, it’s not hygienic, they are just spraying fragrance to make the place smell good, but in fact they don’t even change the bedsheet.
