We have a booking with 2 rooms for 4 persons, but when we checked-in its turn out that we have only one room. They said mistake from Booking.com So we have to made a new book another room.

Nhân viên bắt khách phải phụ phí do lỗi của khách sạn ????? Nếu không phụ phí không cho check in. Và nó k cho check in thật :)))) 14h mình đến check in thì nhân viên bảo “Khi c đặt phòng hệ thống web của khách sạn bị lỗi giá, nếu chị muốn nhận phòng thì phải phụ phí, còn không thì chị huỷ phòng”. ( Phụ phí mà nhân viên nói là 2 triệu nha 😅) Trời ơi lỗi của khách sạn thì phải làm việc với Booking.com chứ khách liên quan gì. Đã xác nhận đơn đặt phòng với giá đó rồi mà Mình gọi tổng đài, họ bảo không được trả phụ phí đó bằng tiền mặt, làm như vậy là khách sạn vi phạm điều khoản. Họ sẽ liên hệ khách sạn để làm việc, và bảo chờ 45p sẽ bù phòng cho mình . Nhưng mình k cần vì có con nhỏ, trời lại nắng nóng k thể chờ nổi. Khách sạn âm binhh.

Despite encountering some issues on our first night, the hotel staff handled the situation swiftly and professionally. Their prompt resolution allowed us to fully enjoy the rest of our stay. Breakfast spread can be improved

Water dispenser at the lobby, washing machine and dryer available for free use.

Breakfast selection was limited but I loved the salads. Gym was small too with 2 treadmills, one cycle (not working), a bench and some weights. Due to the location, pick ups and Grab always stop opposite the hotel and we had to cross the busy street all the time to get to our ride.

Central location. Nice staff. They add you on whatsapp when you check in and they constantly communicate through it.

I was not aware that the super cozy room did not have a window as it was not mentioned on the booking platform.

Staffs were very proactive in helping. Billiard pool was nice to have. Attached Indigo cafe was good and hotel location is excellent. Room was above expecations relative to the cost, was very happy with my stay here.

Not a big deal but it would be nice to know about the Grab discount earlier (maybe right after checking in). Everything else was perfect.

The hotel provides airport pick up service, and Grab discount. The room is very comfortable and clean, good value.

The light is a bit dark.

The Location is outstanding, close to many things I was interested in. Being able to walk along the river is great, Han market and the dragon bridge a short walk too. The staff from the front desk to room cleaning was very nice. I definitely appreciated the 2 bottles of water given daily.

I found the breakfast could use more. I usually went outside for breakfast. They advertise a kitchen, I did not see a kitchen. No microwave in room. The kettle is good though. I initially thought the AC was not working properly, did not blow much but after a while it would get to a normal comfortable temperature.

Location is very good. Walking distance to the dragon bridge/Han river and Han market. Distance to the airport is around 2.5km based on grab. Lots of shops, eateries and restaurants around. Room is clean and big. There is water dispenser at the ground floor, so don’t have to keep buying bottled water. Staffs are service oriented.

宿泊初日、深夜に、大きな物音で目が覚めました。朝に何の音だったのか確認すると…　ドアのカード掛けのフックが深夜に突然落ちたようです。カードフックは、簡単な接着で付けてあったようですが…　何故深夜に落ちたのか？　　あとは、契約当初は現地払いの契約だったのに…　宿泊数日前に、「繁忙期なので、前払いをしないとキャンセルする」との勧告。初めから前払いしか受け付けない契約にしているのなら理解できますが…　話が変わるなんて、初めての経験です。とても驚きました。　宿泊２日前に、旅行のスケジュールを変更して支払いをしに行きましたが…　理解できません。

The staff was excellent. We arrived with a miscommunication in the booking. The staff was very helpful and was able to resolve the issue. We loved the idea of 24-hour check-in and free laundry, although we didn't use it.

The booking description didn't match my expectations. The breakfast pho was excellent, but the rest of the breakfast items were lacking.

The location is perfect for first timers to Danang as it is in the middle of the crowds, shops, cafes and souvenir shops, and you can easily walk around exploring everything.

It is difficult to lift a suitcase in the middle of a really busy street and you have to cross the road because the cars are going one way on that street.

Inchecken ging soepel. Mooie, kleine, nieuwe kamer in een geweldige, levendige buurt. Gratis goede wasmachine en droger die je mag gebruiken. Airco werkte langzaam. We kregen er een ventilator bij. Na een tijdje deed de airco het goed. Personeel deed er alles aan om ons te helpen. Het was rumoerig en druk bij het ontbijt maar daar kon het personeel niets aan doen.

Location was good and staff professional and helpful

Room smelt 'musky' like it had been unoccupied for a long time, it had a curtained fixed pane window that couldn't be opened to vent room and window looked at the old wall of adjacent building that was so close it blocked any natural light so room was completely dark. For the price we paid there are much better hotel options available.

The waterproof was not good, and the drainage had blockage problem.

We had a lovely stay at M Village Hotel. The design is thoughtful and modern, with great attention to detail. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the view from our room was exceptional — truly one of the highlights of our trip.

If there’s one thing I wish could be improved, it’s having staff available to help with luggage, especially for families traveling with a baby like us. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d love to return.

Very clean and modern. Staff were very helpful. Free laundry is great, nice pool table, and drinking water dispenser.

The air conditioner fan was too strong even on lowest setting. Blows right on your face at night, and the temperature cannot be controlled. No difference between setting it at 18c vs 23c.

The location is absolutely amazing — just a 2-minute walk to the Pink Church. On top of that, the hotel offers great value for money. What impressed me the most was the free washing machines and dryers — something you rarely see in other hotels. It allowed us to clean our smelly clothes from the night out at the club — super convenient! Next time I visit Da Nang, I’ll definitely stay here again.

We were impressed with our room. We had a lovely 'L' shaped room with big windows overlooking the river and the 'Dragon Bridge'. The bed was extremely comfortable and we also had a small sofa. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The pool table area was nice, and it is great to have a good coffee shop downstairs. There are plenty of restaurants locally. Plus we found a really good bar on the river road. The laundry facilities are great, but we didn't need to use them. On the basis of other reviews, we didn't book the breakfast option. ....take a morning walk to see all the locals in the coffee shops!

The hotel lost a point for 'Location' because the river/city view side of the hotel is next to some clubs that play loud music until late in to the night. We thought this would bother us, but in the end, we still slept well. I think the comfort of the beds made up for the music volume! Its a shame so many reviews said the breakfast was poor. We booked with no breakfast as a result. The coffee shop needs better menus displayed for the drinks options.

Nice place to stay but.........

Next to my room, in another old building, we got woken up at 4.30 AM by someone who was demolishing a wall with a hammer! A nightmare! So I stayed only one night. But the good news is that they moved me to another Hotel called "Signature by M Village Đà Nẵng Heritage" , with an upgraded room for the same price. The hotel is super friendly, beautiful, and very quiet, and a great breakfast..

I recently stayed at this new hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the Han River, with Han Market only two minutes away, and directly opposite the famous pink cathedral. This made it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and exploring the local area. The staff were outstanding especially Sirris —friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, well-located, and welcoming place to stay!

however the noise from 2 bars next to it can be annoyed. They didn’t clean the room, they only made the bed and didn’t bother to change new towels, the floor was dirty

Location was good. Very walkable. Easy to navigate . The big lobby/ work space is great. The Cafe Indigo in lobby is great. The self access laundry is great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I needed my EVISA for Cambodia printed and they were very happy to take care of this.

The location is great (right opposite to Tân Định Catholic Church). Even though the outer building looks a bit old, the room itself is well furnished and seems newly renovated (perfectly painted without scratch, all bathroom accessories are very new). We had City View room at 4/F. The staff friendly reminded us that there could be noise at night due to the night bar at the next street. Probably it was rainy night, we were not bothered by the noise at all. The breakfast buffet is good. We enjoyed the city view during breakfast. :)

Having the hotel attached to the cafe downstairs was super convenient. It’s a very relaxing area to enjoy a cup of coffee, and to conduct some remote work. M Village Hotel in central Da Nang is a modern hotel located in a convenient part of the city. It’s located within walking distance to some iconic attractions, like the Dragon Bridge, & it is directly located across from the beautiful Da Nang Cathedral. There is also quite the selection of enjoyable restaurant & food options to choose from in the area as well. We really enjoyed our stay here, especially compared to staying at a few other hotels in the area!

It is a nice place to stay in Da Nang if you are looking for a central location. Close to pretty much everything, right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The cafe on the first floor has good coffee and the staff were very helpful. Wifi is also good.

There is a club right next door that is pretty loud until late. I had to change rooms twice because it was pretty loud. You can literally hear the sound of the music and feel the bass vibrating.

Location is amazing. Close to many restaurants. But the main part is the view to the pink church from the hotel. It's beautiful, especially at night. I'd recommend booking a room that's facing the church directly.

Excellent staff on the front desk. Friendly, helpful, responsive. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Big shower with lots of hot water. Free use of laundry facilities is very handy. Walking distance to the Drsgon Bridge, markets, and other conveniences.

Beds are a little firm for my standards, but I suppose asians in general appreciate it like that. I had higher expectations coming from the M Signature in HCMC.

Truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff greeted me warmly, and check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel is beautifully landscaped, with well-maintained facilities that create a serene atmosphere. The room was spacious, and clean.

Rooms were perfect for my needs! Super comfortable beds and good shower with consistent hot water. Rooms cleaned daily and water provided. The free laundry was a massive bonus too. Loved my stay here I even extended an extra night. Location was great too, only a short walk to dragon bridge and market.

The breakfast certainly didn’t live up to the rest of the hotel. Very limited selection for a 4* and would quickly run out of things like butter which would not be replenished but this did not negatively affect my stay in any way as there are plenty of places to eat breakfast outside :) soundproofing wasn’t great but if you have earplugs the bed is comfy enough to sleep Like a baby

Super clean and comfy, loved the bed with 4 pillows, great location, sea view was amazing, I even had a coffee french press in my room LOL. The smaller rooms are also really affordable.

There is a club right next to the building. The vibrations were honestly so annoying, I had trouble sleeping while my bed was vibrating along to some random bass. I played some forest music as white noise, and eventually managed to sleep. Breakfast was also nothing too special. Simple fare, but enough. (See photo)

The staff were extremely friendly, warm and welcoming. The hotel is complete with facilities like laundry services, a gym and even a pool table! The room was comfortable, clean and the entire hotel had a very modern and aesthetic design. Last but not least, the hotel's location is extremely stretegic, with almost anything you can think of within walking distance
