The Sira, a Luxury Collection Resort and Spa, Lombok

La splendide plage, le personnel aux petits soins, la sublime decoration, les magnifiques activites proposees par le resort (promenade au village, cuisine locale, remise a l'eau de bebes tortues,...). Vraiment une splendide experience et un merveilleux endroit. Merci a nos concierges Buda, Bunbun et JR et a l'ensemble des serveurs!

La sortie snorkeling avec Scuba Froggy aux Gillis. A eviter. La prestation n'est pas du tout du meme niveau que ce qui est propose par le Sira lui-meme. Tres petit bateau pour une mer tres agitee et pas de recherche d'horaire où les groupes sont moins presents pour un tour pourtant prive. Nous ne nous sommes pas sentis tres en securite. C'est dommage.

New property with outstanding huge rooms with huge decks and beautiful views of sea. The property and service is world class 5 -star hotel.

The beach has a lot of sharp coral so it is actually difficult to swim near shore. We used the beautiful pools for swimming though

Phenomenal in every way possible

The service was exceptional from start to finish, with every member of the team making us feel so welcome. The food was outstanding, the breakfast offered an excellent variety, and the Executive Chef regularly interacted with guests, making every meal feel special. We also loved the peaceful beachfront location and the authentic experiences, such as the turtle release and traditional cidomo ride, which gave us a real connection to Lombok.

The location, the activities and the sunsets were so so beautiful. Very close to Gilli Islands for snorkel trips and the food and service at the hotel were excellent. Pinta was so helpful and we all enjoyed the rare magic to release a turtle into the ocean during our stay. Would love to go back and stay.

Здесь царит особенная атмосфера: тихо, мало гостей, очень комфортно. Можно порефлексировать в одиночестве под шум волн или найти занятие по душе - баланс идеален. А какие здесь завтраки! Но главное - это люди. Теплое и дружелюбное обслуживание позволило чувствовать себя по-настоящему комфортно. The property is fantastic. New. Clean. Spacious and modern. Pool is amazing and all facilities. Beach is also nice and clean and not many people around. Great place ! Room and WiFi also fantastic.

Value of money of the drinks and food. Too high and more for Indonesia

Everything at the Sira was amazing. Our room was pristine, spacious and had everything we needed, the staff were genuinely lovely and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

Tout est incroyable. Le calme, la tranquillité. Seulement 60 chambres, ce qui permet un service client personnalisé++++ & l’impression d’être seuls dans l’hôtel. Un suivi via WhatsApp pour poser les questions que l’on as. Une cuisine raffinée de dingue. Un personnel d’une extrême gentillesse. Un hôtel au nord de l’île et donc un peu loin de tout, sauf des îles Gili ! Perso nous ne sommes pas sortis de l’hôtel. Repos.

Resort is new with special design. Our room has the most beautiful beach view. All the staff are so friendly and polite, always love to help. They have the most beautiful beach in Lombok. The location is not easy to reach. Only with private car or a taxi and there’s no other shops nearby. But you won’t want to leave the hotel anyway.

Beautiful hotel. Fantastic pools. Right on the beach . Fabulous staff. Fantastic food. All of it. Including breakfast that was different everyday and delicious. The alcoholic drinks were the best I have had in a long time because the Batman is really good

An excellent hotel with a great beach, close to the Gili’s. What sets this hotel apart are the staff who were exceptional. Rooms are spacious and well appointed with fantastic sunset views over the ocean.

Both evening restaurants serve the same menu which could be limited for longer stays.

Top rated Hotel in Lombok island. Brand new. The Sira offers 3 gourmet restaurants by chef Froosh Nur which is highlight itself. excellent service, room cleanliness and comfort. Highly recommended for those who simply satisfied with the best.

Sehr schöne grosszügige Anlage mit ebenso grosszügigen Zimmern mit sunset-Blick auf die Gili-Inseln. Der längste Hotelpool ever. Hotelmitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert.

Einzig der vom Hotel vermittelte Schnorchelausflug war nicht so ganz perfekt. Ansonsten passte wirklich alles.

Hervorragendes Hotel, jedoch ist außen herum gar nichts. Man kann nicht außerhalb der Anlage laufen. Das Frühstück wird nach karte bestellt und es dauert sehr lange, bis man sein Essen erhält

We spent 5 glorious days at The Sira recently in Feb. 2025, and the hotel exceeded expectations. The key difference... the staff. Every encounter was personal, authentic, and thoughtful. Highly recommended hotel to stay in, if you want relaxation, quiet serenity and be known as a person, and not just another guest.
