Reviewed Jan 1, 2026After booking the accommodation, an online deposit was requested. There is no mention of a deposit in the terms and conditions. After refusing the payment, the hotel did not want to cancel the reservation (if the reservation was cancelled by me, the hotel could demand a full refund). I definitely do not recommend.

Reviewed Mar 25, 2025Zoomstay Homestay is a wonderful place to stay in Varanasi. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city. The facilities are well-maintained, and the homely atmosphere makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. The service is excellent, with the staff ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Adding a washbasin in the common area would make things even more convenient. Highly recommended for a peaceful and enjoyable stay!
A washbasin and mirror in common area will be helpful as it has only two bathrooms.
