Excellent dishes and staff courtesy at the breakfast restaurant although the next day packed breakfast (because of very early morning check out by us) was only normal.

The Entrance Road is all dug up and Unimpressive. Around 10 or even more personal security men just sitting in Goggles the whole time. When enquired, it was told that some VIP was staying in the hotel.

AC was not working. Staff is not supportive. No good service.

The breakfast and the restaurant was good. Our request for an extra bed and other odd requests were promptly fulfilled

The bathroom was bad. There was a stink every morning from the wash basin, the shower was in a bad state. The beds were not soft and there were mosquitoes the first night. They seem to be charging more if booked from outside of India.

Breakfast, pleasing gesture and courteous service of staff in the buffet area. Ambience of the buffet area and selection of food/cuisine is great. Coffee shop and coffee under the mago tree.

Cleanliness is hopeless, mosquitoes enjoy feasting on your body, members of the housekeeping staff are helpless as they are not equipped by the management with the measures to redressal of the complaints of the occupants. Taps in the bathroom have multiple leakages, which the staff is unable to fix due to the poor management.

Food is very good , way from the ghats and very silent and well Connect with all the temples and good restaurants near by the hotel

Excellent hotel located in heritage premises. Its located in the Cantonment area with other classy hotels. Stayed 4 nights and found it good value. . Its not close to the ghats and during rush hour traffic takes 40 minutes to get there. Avoid autorikshaws unless you want to suffocate in the air quality. It was also 40C at that time. . Hotel itself I would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience and couldn’t be more impressed! The breakfast service was absolutely excellent — everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed, which made the morning even more enjoyable. The location is also fantastic, conveniently situated and easy to access, with lovely surroundings that add to the overall experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great start to their day. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Infrastructure is good but the staff and management maintaining it are rude and have no respect for guest. Hospitality word is completely missing and they believe they are doing a favour by allocating a room. Very rude while talking and are not understanding. Even the cleaning staff is not responsive and they do the work when they like.

Except the kitchen staff all other staff is very rude and miss hospitality. Our kids were scared and are not willing to ever visit the hotel again.

It was clean and had a beautiful garden around it. The restaurant was very handy The buffet breakfast was lovely

Está más cerca al aeropuerto que al río Gangues, para tomar en cuenta si desean explorar temprano los alrededores del río.

Must appreciate there maintenance being such an old property but the satff and mangement maintained well. Will surely recommend to our near and dear ones who want to visit Varanasi. Location was excellent and Breakfast was too good.

Hotel restaurant is costly and no discount for the people staying there. No buffe food is there that we missed. Atleast they have to arrange this.

We stayed here as a family with elderly parents. The hotel staff including the restaurant and service staff are exceptional. Overall the hotel itself is very beautiful and has a great restaurant and cafe serving good food. We also organised our travel for a week through the travel desk and Mr. Shailendra was very helpful. Even when we were not in Varanasi he checked in regularly to ensure the service from the driver/guide was good. He assigned a excellent guide and driver to us Mr Rajesh, who was extremely polite, well mannered and extremely helpful. He went out of way to ensure my elderly parents were able to have a very good trip. He also managed the rest of travel from Varanasi, Prayag to Ayodhya for us including places to eat, rest stop and right timing to visit various tourists spots which would be convenient for elderly.

I observed this in most hotels in India that the towels are not well maintained to be white. While minor as a international traveller I think this falls short of nice experience. Also the toilets and shower area could do with deep clean. While it was clean enough and well maintained it will please the customers if the level is further improved as it overall impacts the experience especially given this hotel welcomes a lot of international guests.

The breakfast options are really good. Room with garden view was really nice. It has a lift which is helpful for the elderly.

.The hotel is beautiful, with a garden in the center, really needed for resting and breathing after a day near the Gangues . The room was very comfortable, the beds very good Breakfast had everything you asked for. and all the dishes we had for dinner were very tasty But the best of all is the staff, all of them polite Most of all Mr Shailendra Singh, that helped us with everything we needed and more. Mr Santos and Mr Andiv helped to find train, and Radiu, the driver was very nice, with good english, professional and knowledgeable about whatever we asked himfrom around the city
