The location, the room, the bed and the cockroaches.the water pressure is so bad too.they need insecticide or better yet reconstruction of the room it is very old and smelly

Reviewed Feb 21, 2024Fast check-in and very accommodating host. The host responded quickly and communicated everything we needed to know. We were very tired that day and the room made us feel at home. Everything you need is there.
There's really nothing to say here. We liked everything in our stay. I also liked that it's just in the second floor in front of the pool.

So far, everything is fine. It is flexible for the check in and out including parking space. Maybe a bit improvement of the unit for future bookings.

Some internet issues but the host did his best to fix the issue. The unit is a bit noisy as it is near the airport. You can hear the airplanes taking off and landing every 5 minutes but you get used to it after a while.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The facilities are very old and not well kept. The bathroom could use major updates and upgrades. And the unit was so small walking around had become uncomfortable and difficult to move inside the unit without bumping into the walls separating the walls from the furniture.

Reviewed Jan 27, 2023Basic amenities are all good. That includes the shower, bed and sala (Netflix is a plus). Bed pillows were good but it would have been superb if they were fluffier.
- Airconditioner was not as cold but they did have fans to make up for it. - No electric kettle for the coffee.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2023Complete kitchen appliances and utensils. From AWM to blower to flat iron, they have everything! I also like that Grace Mall and SB are situated just outside the bldg. So convenient for solo travelers like me who prefers to buy food instead of cooking.

checking in ( very difficult) they actually ask me to leave them my passport!! The bed I actually don’t think it’s safe ( looks like it’s going to collapse) and the front door what a nightmare to lock and unlock …

one thing was the check in time u need to surrender 1 id of the guest/s in the front desk u can't enter the condo , it's for the security purpose but still leaving it for few days was A NO for me
