Handily placed for Aura Premier mall and Market Market. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bath robes and slippers supplied. Great value for the price.

Towels were not the best. Lighting in the bathroom not great for shaving. Would be good if they had some basic utensils, plates, fork and spoon etc.

Location as it was quite near to the area where I had my meeting.

The hotel corridor was stinking and in my room there were no pillow case. The staff told me at the time of check-in and should have provided me an alternate room in this case. At night, the room became a bit hot despite the aircon was set at 19 deg. Hotel should take care of the stinking smell in the corridor and proper room facilities.

Location and bathroom tiles not clean

First and foremost, location, it’s mainly the reason I chose to stay in the hotel. It’s just like 5 minute-walk to SM Aura, Market2 and Serendra. The staff were friendly, polite, accommodating and warm, from the reception, to the housekeeping and the restaurant. The front desk team are always polite when they answer calls and give responses to my requests. Housekeeping go above and beyond their duties. We stayed for 8 days and on the 3rd to the last day we stayed I forgot to put the sign up on the door but when we returned the bins and towels were changed, we were given new floor mat and hand towels as we have been requesting and the bed were made up as well. It was great to see the room tidy after a long day outside. The people in the restaurant were always helpful and kind. During the buffet breakfast the people were observant to the needs of the guests and always give a hand even when not asked. The menu in the buffet breakfast is almost always the same apart from the main dishes which seem to change every day which is nice so you get variety especially if you are staying long in the hotel. Overall it’s been a lovely experience and we would defo come again.

Not that we didn’t like but something the hotel could possibly improve. The pool is semi-outdoor which would have been nice in the warm weather but the pool is so cold - hopefully the temperature could be warmer in cooler days or evenings. On our first 3 days, we didn’t realize that our pillows didn’t have pillowcases until we had our beds made up when they put some new pillowcases during that time. It’d would be nice to have that double checked before accepting new guest. Also, we’re not sure if it’s because of safety that windows can’t be opened but the rooms smells musty on the first time we came in and every time we come in from outside.

Highly Recommend!!! I can not say enough great things about this exceptional hotel101! From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly informative, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect—everything we wanted to see and do was within a 10-minute walk. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to the Manila. We would absolutely stay here again!

no reading lamp or lamp shades at least. felt like the beddings are itchy. do you change it every after guest? microwave should be positioned near the electric socket.

The staffs are so nice and accommodating. And the facility itself is so cozy and relaxing.

My room location next to housekeeping storage facility

very near to BGC areas that we want to go like FullyBooked, Burnt Bean, etc. They did a surprise birthday setup for the 17th birthday of my daughter. we checked in late due to a night flight so it was a great kickoff of the bday celeb! Thank you!

If you want to extend a bit like an hour or 2 after checkout, the quoted rate was 2000 per room which is already almost the price of a 1 full night stay

Didn't have breakfast on site. Places to eat are within walking distance. And a small 7-11 nextdoor. Mall across the street for larger meals.

family of 4. and 2 teenage girls without towels or toiletries for 30 hours is not acceptable. After repeated request calling and going to front desk and begging nothing. I complained about pillow cases and clean comforts. They use a thick quilted cover to go over the pillow and it doesn't get changed after each guest. I placed a pull over shirt over the pillow and slept on it so I wouldn't have to place my head/face on a used surface. When you pulled the covers back stains long black hairs on the sleeping surface. I found the cleanliness questionable and possible illegal. 2nd day towels were found on end of bed and room had been made up and clean. It still had used bedden on bed. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Check out spent 25 minutes waiting for elevators. Small 10 person elevators. But with luggage most you can fit is 4-5 people at a time.

It was enough for a solo vacation Comfy bed and pillows Microwave TV that connects to the internet and netflix and youtube ready. (I hate tvs in hotels because they only have cable channels and let's be honest, when on vacation, we want to watch what we want not anything on cable channels so this is a big win!)

I have to call the concierge everyday because the staff won't voluntarily clean or replenish the stocks everyday, unlike in other hotels. They even have to ask the specific stuff you need replenishments for instead of just bringing them all. The bathroom is kinda cramped. I wish there was more space (or shelves) to put stuff in the bathroom near the sink and in the shower area.

No towels or pillow cases at check-in.. rooms are not super clean.. the lifts are absolutely chaotic it can take up to 40 minutes to get downstairs during peak time!

Best bang for the buck hotel in all of Metro Manila, I would say.

The chair could have been a little lower against the working desk because my legs could not comfortably fit in between

Easy to locate, comfortable bedding and the view was pretty nice from our room.

The smell of the sink

Un hôtel simple et correct, qui fait le job. Pour une nuit ou deux de passage, c’est tout à fait adapté. Son principal atout est son emplacement, à proximité du SM Aura et de Market! Market!, très pratiques pour les restaurants et le shopping. L’aéroport est également accessible en moins de 30 minutes lorsque la circulation est fluide.

Climatisation beaucoup trop bruyante. Au 10ᵉ étage, des odeurs de cuisine étaient malheureusement souvent présentes.
