The air conditioning did not work properly. When we tried to adjust the temperature, it started making strange noises, so we could not set it to a comfortable temperature. As a result, the room felt too stuffy and we did not sleep very well. Unfortunately, the fridge also did not work and could not be plugged in, so all of our drinks were warm.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026We had an ant infestation in our room on the third floor, meaning dozens of ants crawling on the counter and over our baggage. The hotel staff blamed us for bringing food to the room, even though the ants had been there from the outset. On top, we actually had not food in the suitcases or anywhere open in the room. The problem was then 'fixed' by spraying poison, which made the counter unusable. Generally, the hotel staff seemed to consider the ant problem a minor nuisance. Weird, because the ants were coming through a door frame, so it was pretty obvious that they are already nesting inside the hotel.
