Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Ik moest tot 3keer toe betalen omdat ze beweren dat de betaling niet binnen was terwijl via mijn creditcard app duidelijk staat 3 reserveren. Zij willen dit niet begrijpen en zeggen dat t de accommodatie niet betaald is.
Afrekening is slecht, kamer niet hygiënisch en muffe geuren in de kamer en wordt niet geventileerd.

Niks ja de toeristische prijs bij de zwembad maar je hoeft er geen eten te halen natuurlijk !

L’hotel est un peu difficilement accessible ( une pente incroyable + loin du centre ) obligée de se déplacer en voiture + pas d’ascenseur ( très compliqué avec les valises pcq personne pour aider !)

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Miramonte Resort and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable and welcoming place to stay. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, and we would especially like to thank the lovely housekeeping ladies for the excellent work they do every day. Everything was always kept fresh, tidy and spotless. A special thank you to Achmed and Soufian, who were always friendly, attentive and ready to help whenever we had a question or needed anything. Their kindness and helpfulness made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. The swimming pool was another big plus: clean, relaxing and perfect for enjoying a peaceful day at the resort. What we loved most about Miramonte is the calm atmosphere. After spending time in the busier areas, it was wonderful to return to the resort, enjoy the peace and completely unwind. We were also lucky enough to have a beautiful room with an amazing sea view, which made our stay even more special. Waking up to that view was incredibly peaceful, and having our own balcony was perfect for relaxing in the evening with a cup of tea while enjoying the surroundings. Last but certainly not least, we would like to sincerely thank the owner of Miramonte Resort for always being available, helpful and making sure that guests feel comfortable and welcome. That personal attention truly makes a difference. Miramonte Resort is a place where hospitality, cleanliness, tranquillity and beautiful surroundings come together. We left with very happy memories and would definitely choose to stay here again. A true hidden gem and absolutely worth booking!

J'ai fait une réservation la veille de mon arrivée à l'hôtel pour deux nuits. À mon arrivée j'ai eu la désagréable surprise de voir que la réservation que j'ai payée n'a pas été prise en compte par l'hôtel et j'ai donc malheureusement pas pu bénéficier d'un séjour étant donné que l'hôtel était complet. Ma réservation a pu être remboursée tout de suite, mais j'ai tellement était déçue de ne pas bénéficier de mon séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel.,😭

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026De ligging van het appartement is uitstekend. Het complex is goed beveiligd, waardoor onbevoegden niet zomaar naar binnen kunnen. De zwembaden zijn schoon en niet te druk, wat zorgt voor een ontspannen sfeer. Het complex is bovendien erg kindvriendelijk. Er zijn speeltuinen waar kinderen veilig kunnen spelen en het strand ligt op loopafstand, waardoor je gemakkelijk kunt kiezen tussen een dagje aan het zwembad, de speeltuin of het strand. De beveiligers op het terrein zijn vriendelijk, behulpzaam en wijzen je graag de juiste weg. Het appartement zelf ziet er fantastisch uit en biedt een prachtig uitzicht op het strand. Voor boodschappen of een ontbijt hoef je alleen maar naar beneden te gaan, omdat alles dichtbij is. De host is erg vriendelijk, gastvrij en reageert snel op vragen, wat het verblijf nog prettiger maakt. Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf en zouden dit appartement zeker aanbevelen.

The restaurant service was so slow and unprofessional and very expensive, as well as the food quality was bad. The pool hours are short. We checked in at 3:00 pm, the pool closed at 6:00pm. Next day, we had to check out at 12:00 pm . My kids wanted to swim, but the pool slide starts at 3:00 pm. Very ridiculous and disappointing.

Frühstück eine absolute Katastrophe für 4 Sterne! Brot von gestern, totgekochtes Ei und Kaffee mit einer unappetitlichen Milchschicht. Jedes normale Café an der Straße bietet für 30 DH ein meilenweit besseres Frühstück. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie ein absolutes No-Go!

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Meerblick, das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemühte sich.
Leider konnten wir bis auf das Nutzen des Zimmers weder die Sitzplätze am Pool, noch den Pool selbst noch die Sonnenliegen nutzen, da es tagsüber von einheimischen Besuchern des Pools ständig belegt war. Die Geräuschkulisse dementsprechend war sehr hoch und die Sauberkeit des Pools ließ zu wünschen übrig. Das Abendessen war überteuert und ungenießbar. Das Treppenhaus stank bei Ankunft immens- auf Nachfrage war es wohl Katzenurin- das Personal bemühte sich den Gestank zu entfernen, es war jedoch anhaltend. Leider brachen wir den Aufenthalt vorzeitig ab, da auch die Lage auf einem Berg sehr schwer zu erreichen war. Trotz mehrfachen Bemühungen bekamen wir keinen Refund. Es ist kein 4-Sterne Hotel. Es ist vergleichbar mit einem Schwimmbad mit Zimmern und das Niveau der Küche entsprach dem auch. Leider enttäuschende Erfahrung.
