Insgesamt eine saubere und relativ ruhige Unterkunft in sehr zentraler Lage...

Wir hatten ein hinteres Zimmer ohne Tageslicht und die Klimaanlagen aller Zimmer gingen zu einem Lichtschacht an dem auch unsere Zimmer lag. Dementsprechend rauschte es die ganze Nacht und wir mussten doch Ohrstöpsel tragen. Dafür war das Zimmer zu teuer...

Здравствуйте!, Мне всё понравилось, на всякие мелочи я не обращал внимание, иногда слышно музыку и ближайшего клуба, но не сильно и после 12:00 ночи как правило заканчивается, всё рядом рынок, почти центр города, до тусовочной улицы 15 минут пешком. Нет окна.

良い意味で値段にマッチしない清潔さと快適さがありました。スタッフの対応も良く、立地もとても良いと思います。また、利用したいと思います。

最初は部屋の鍵が不調でしたが、スタッフに相談したところ即座に対応していただけました。対応後は問題なく利用することができましたので、特段良くなかった点とは思いません。

No daily cleaner but we understood that it’s an apartment style so it doesn’t include daily maintenance.

I had a great experience staying at Bold’s House Thu Khoa Huan. The location is definitely one of its biggest highlights — it’s right in District 1, just a short walk to Ben Thanh Market, cafés, restaurants, and major attractions, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed, including air conditioning, a private bathroom, and basic amenities. The WiFi was strong and reliable, which was a big plus for me. Overall, the place offers really good value for money, especially considering how central it is.

The staff where extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would stay here again. Right next to Ben Thanh Market without being noisy. The Hotel is down a little alleyway with local Vietnamese that are getting on with day to day life. Lots of little street food vendors. I recommend. 😁

The place was in a very central and convenient location. The apartment was comfortable—fairly basic but with some nice little touches. A big plus was the kitchen and the washing machine. Balcony was also nice. The apartment was on the top floor and there was no elevator, but this didn’t bother us.

There is a nightclub on the corner, and the music plays quite loudly until around 2 a.m. At first, this was a bit disturbing, but we got used to it. It might be a downside for light sleepers.

Entry to hotel is pathetic....it seemed like butchers street full of fish,hen or cock...and were unable to stand in front of hotel in street...in the room kitchen the drain was open in bathroom and made the bathroom very unhygienic and full of kitchen waste...

Best location in the city honestly. Close enough to walk everywhere, far enough to no suffer the noises

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to guide and assist, which made the trip much more enjoyable. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable — something I really appreciated after a long day exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The matress of the bed was not to hard. Personal sometimes friendly.

I booked 2 deluxe rooms for me and my friend. After the first night I had to go to another room of lower quality while my friend could stay. The room after that had cockroaches, ants and centipetes in the bathroom. I had to close the bathroom door in hope the cockroaches dont come out. I informed the personal but they did nothing. Ants where everywhere in the room. The bathroom smelled horrible. Beside the accomodation is a club which has open 7 days a weeek an plays until 2:30am, which makes it impossible to sleep before that. We asked the accomodation multiple times for a receipt, they said they couldn't give us one. Only after we contacted booking and they contacted to accomodation they gave us a receipt. The price was extremly high for what we got. Now we are in a apartment which has with view over the whole city, also in the city center, noch animals in the room and that for the same price. Its unbelievable.

The male receptionist was exceptionally kind & helpful. The room had everything we needed. Plus the reception was super helpful and friendly.

Ho prenotato una Camera matrimoniale delux con balcone per 2 notti, pagando di più, ma mi e stata data una stanza piu piccola, piu brutta, e di minor valore. Staff quasi mai presente, (l'abbiamo visto solo all'arrivo e alla partenza) pulizia pavimento scadente. Alle 10 del mattino l'acqua della doccia era fredda. ATTENZIONE AL BAGNO, le finestre che danno all'interno delle scale sono apribili da chiunque faccia le scale e potrebbero vedervi nudi mentre state facendo la doccia. Senza ascensore.

夜と朝はスタッフがいないので、WhatsAppかメールで門や部屋のキーボックスの暗証番号の説明になるので、うまくやり取りができない人がいるかもしれない。部屋に女性の髪の毛が多数あった。
