2 room apartment in Pasila

Fantastyczny gospodarz, bardzo przestronne i czyste mieszkanie.

The apartment was very nice, located close to the train, lot of light. The contact person was accessible. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there and it was better than I expected based on the price.

I am quite sensitive to light when sleeping, and the fact that in several windows there were no curtains and the upper part of the door is a transparent glass, light woke me up earlier than I planned

There were renovation works going on in the proximity of the apartment. Luckily the works started and stopped at a decent time

Very spacious, clean and cozy apartment. The public transport is very convenient and super easy to get around. The area is very quiet and safe. The host is very friendly and helpful and always responds fast:) Highly recommended!

Nos comunicamos con el propiertario por Whatsapp y vino a entregar las llaves personalmente a la hora acordada. El departamento estaba limpio, los artefactos electricos funcionaban perfectamente y la zona era muy tranquila, por lo que pude descansar. Ademas iba a un evento al Veikkaus Arena asi que todo muy walking distance. Perfecto.

Чудове розташування, все необхідне в близькому доступі: транспорт, магазини. Господар дійсно такий милий, як писали в попередніх коментарях. Все необхідне в квартирі є, чисто, зручно. Ідеальне співвідношення ціна-якість.

The host was amazing- he was very friendly and responded to my messages promptly. The area was also very nice, quiet and close to the tram/bus/train stations, and supermarket.

Sijainti hyvä, pysäköinnin puutekaan ei haittaa kun lähettyvillä kolme pysäköintitaloa, esim. Messukeskus lähimpänä.

Kerrostalo ympäristö väljään asumiseen tottuneelle outoa, mutta näinhän se menee täälläpäin.

Sijainti messukeskuksen vieressä. Todella siisti ja vadta remontoitu asunto. Joustava ja ystävällinen palvelu.

The nicest host ever! I had a problem getting a taxi in Helsinki, it was a Friday evening so all of taxis in the area were booked. The host came to pick me up with his car, and did not even charge me anything from it! One of the best hosts ever :)

Keittiö ja kylpyhuone olivat juuri remontoituja, ja muutenkin kaikki oli ehjää ja siistiä.

Просторно, чисто, удобная кровать, есть лифт, в квартире есть всё необходимое. Очень доволен, приехал бы снова. Квартира тёплая. Встречает приветливый хозяин.

На кухне могли бы быть занавески, руло или жалюзи.

Very clean appartment, hosts was super, allowed early check in as well. Tea, coffee included. Very quiet, much space, very good location. Highly recommended!

This is a spacious appartment, close to shopping malls. It has all the necessary kitchenware and even sime basic food, such as noodles, small biscuits etc. The host was friendly and willing to help.

Location a bit outside the city centre. I had some problems finding the place, but that's probably just my poor orientation skills :)

Suunitlus oli tapahtuma messikeskusessa, sijainti oli erinomaisesti hyvä. Kalusteet ja mukavuus hyvä. Kaikki tarvittavat olemassa ja omistaja oli tosi ystävällinen ja chek in sujuva.

Siisteys kyseenalaistaa. Erinomaisesti sänky: petauspatja oli tosi likainen! Petauspatjassa oli keltaisia isoja tarhoja, tuntui ku joku olis pissanut sänky ja see on kuivunut siihe. See oli tosi epämiellyttävä. Suosittelen kiinnittää huomo asian.

Asunto oli melko iso ja rauhallisessa talossa.

Sisustus oli vähän pelkistetty.

Bellissimo appartamento molto comodo e spazioso con un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto. Abbiamo alloggiato io e la mia ragazza e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa è molto pulita e in ogni stanza ci sono tutte le comodità. In camera da letto ci sono le coperte di ricambio e gli asciugamani di ricambio e in cucina ci sono posate, pentole, piatti e bicchieri. La casa è situata a pochi metri dalla stazione che collega il centro in 5 minuti o altrimenti c’è la fermata del tram ancora più vicina.

Isäntäväki oli kohtelias ja joustava.

Asunto oli likainen, uuni, mikro ja keittiö kokonaisuudessaan olivat putsaamatta sekä jääkaapissa oli avattuja ruoka tarvikkeita. Keittiön hana oli irti. Suihkun termostaatti ei toiminut. Asunnon kuvat eivät vastanneet todellisuutta.

I got the apartment for quite low price so it made a very good value for money deal! Apartment is close to railway line that connects airport with city centre. A lot of different tram lines also available nearby.

The apartment had the basic amenities. It was clean and comfortable. It was located in a quiet area with quiet neighbours. A supermarket was across the street. Very close to the Pasila station and Messukeskus. Would stay there again.

Suuri, valoisa kaksio hyvällä sijainnilla. Mukava omistaja ja Rauhallinen naapurusto. Hinta-laatu-suhde erittäin hyvä!!

Ilya is a super flexible and very helpful host. We arrived quite late, and it was not a problem for him:-) We also appreciated free parking our fully packed car in a parking garage nearby. Despite the location in a housing estate, it was super easy to reach the centre of Helsinki via commuter train for a public transport fare in 5 minutes. Just one stop and the apartment is 8 min from the Pasilla railway station.

Si trova venti minuti di tram dal centro città, il centro si può raggiungere anche con il treno a 50 metri c'è un grande supermercato

L’appartamento è ben suddiviso e spazioso con i comfort utili a una famigli. Utilissimo il parcheggio privato. Gentili nel farci fare il check in in serata.
