Reviewed Oct 23, 2025The appartment is new, nicely decorated, clean, big TV and good WiFi, guard in front of the building felt safe. We booked 1 day before. Good money for value, for 1 night stay and travel on. Good communication with the host.
It was very noisy till far after midnight on the street. The area is also still under construction, all the new appartment blocks around are being build, and construction starts early morning..... but I can imagine when construction is over, it is a nice neighbourhood.

Reviewed Apr 20, 2025Very good communication with the host :) The apartment is very nice and comfortable, very clean, with all facilities you need. If you are active and travelling during the day, it is perfect, but for those who would like to stay in the apartment during the day, might be a little bit uncomfortable due to the noise from the constructions that are under development in that area.
