The Front staffs / receptionist were rude and Not hospitable. Totally unprofessionals. This is a very serious problem as although the hotel was good, just due to the bad attitude and rough behaviour it can devalue the hotel.

Pessima colazione servita a caso su un vassoio in camera da letto, da mangiare direttamente sul letto. Le camere che affacciano sulla strada sono estremamente rumorose. La scortesia delle persone in reception. Siamo rimaste chiuse in ascensore a causa di un blackout e non riuscivano a farlo ripartire. Nessuno ci ha chiesto se stavamo bene o cercato di tranquillizzarci dicendoci che stavano provando a tirarci fuori, mentre continuavamo a suonare l’allarme e infine nessuna scusa per l’accaduto, neanche la decenza di prenderci le valigie e portarcele all’ingresso. Accoglienza e attenzione al cliente davvero pessima. Imbiancate le pareti delle camere, sono schifose!

Please do not recommend this hotel at all, that will effect to your business.

The condition of the room was far below acceptable hotel standards and caused significant discomfort during my stay. I am particularly concerned about the hygiene and possible health risks associated with dampness and mold exposure. Visible damp walls, peeling paint, and moisture stains are common indicators of water damage and mold growth.I expected a clean, safe, and properly maintained room, but unfortunately the room condition did not match the standards advertised by your hotel. I request that this matter be taken seriously and addressed immediately. I would appreciate: An explanation regarding the poor maintenance of the room.Immediate corrective action to prevent such issues for future guests I hope you will resolve this issue professionally and promptly.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026Rooms and things like bedsheet were okay and clean. Staff was friendly. Provided amenities like towels, shampoo, dental kit, soap etc. And Tv, ac, fan etc were working well. If it's a last minute planning and we don't care about paying extra for something decent and clean without a luxury feel, its good.
Walls and paint were damaged. Got decent experience but maybe not very value for money.. small room and the quality of room weren't really upto the price, price seems a bit too much for the stay, even though they provided all aminities and cleanliness was okay.

Only thing they've not included the breakfast, if it there means it would be lot more fine for this price.
