Really enjoyed my stay here. The tent was clean and comfortable, and the meals were warm and tasty. I especially liked the evening cultural show, it was a nice way to experience the local culture. Wi-Fi was available, which was a plus. The best part for me was the peaceful night in the desert. It was quiet, relaxing, and a really nice break from the usual routine. Overall, a lovely experience and I'd happily stay here again.

We got a warm welcome and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The sunrise camel safari was honestly one of my favourite parts of the stay, it was quiet and the desert looked beautiful in the morning. Came back and had a good breakfast, which was a perfect start to the day. Overall, a very nice and relaxing desert experience.

Best stay in Jaisalmer so far with nice night view of shooting stars. Staff was warm and greeted us on arrival. Food was tasteful and snacks were crispy. Pool was accessible and clean.

An unforgettable desert camping experience! The location was beautiful, the tents were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The camel safari, jeep safari, cultural folk dance, and delicious Rajasthani dinner made the evening truly special. Watching the sunset over the Sam Sand Dunes and sleeping under a sky full of stars was an amazing experience. Everything was well organized, and the hospitality was excellent. I would highly recommend this desert camp to anyone visiting Jaisalmer. A perfect place to create unforgettable memories!

Initially intended to give them a 6 or 7 rating, but after the fraud they have committed, even 1 is a bit too generous. What is the fraud you ask? They have somehow managed to give themselves a rating of 10 from my account along with a comment. How does Booking.com allow this is a different problem. It makes me question any review or ratings that I see on Booking.com. And if someone at Booking does read this - you have made it harder to find a relevant customer service channel than to send rocket ships into space.

Hot water in the showe was not plentyful and water in taps were not available during the night. Breakfast could have other options.

The tents were clean and comfortable, and both breakfast and dinner had good options for the price. The staff were kind and very hospitable. We booked activities at the campsite which we thoroughly enjoyed. The hot water in the washrooms was exceptional and added to the comfort of our stay.

No air conditioning.. no option of non-veg food. Rigid staff wasn’t ready to help.

Location is away from main road but good then the road side camps. Staff is kind and helpful. Arranged our logistics and safari.

This tented resort with pool is a great place for vacation. Tents are well setup with hot showers and great comfortable bedding. The camel riding in the desert is a must do and it was peaceful and clean desert trails. Breakfast and dinner was excellent and the gazebo behind the camp is nice if you wish to spent some alone time.

Nearby camps should avoid using disco lights

The tent has an incredible atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Everything is beautifully setup with a welcoming vibe that makes you feel comfortable. It’s a perfect plan for a desert stay and star gazing. Food was very tasty and at night the live music was pure magic.

Need to extend and add few more events at night

I was surprised to have Wi-Fi even in the desert, which was really convenient. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to arrange a taxi for me, making everything effortless. The tents had clean linens, and the food was absolutely delicious.

Gyser water was too hot

My stay at the camp was a wonderful experience with cozy accommodations and a beautiful natural setting that felt refreshing and relaxing. The activities were exciting and well managed, giving us the perfect mix of adventure and fun. Considering the quality of service and experiences provided, the price was very reasonable and absolutely worth it.

Is leuk om een dagje in de woestijn door te brengen. Dit is dan een hele goede optie. Prima tenten. Goede bedden. Zwembad uitstekend. En in de avond een show bij het diner. Eten echt verrassend lekker. Mensen zijn vriendelijk. Vervoer regelen naar volgend bestemming ging vlekkeloos.

Water meestal niet warm, maar dat is de woestijn hè? Niet zeuren dus, zeker niet voor dit geld. Wij waren twee nachten hier, maar één nacht is voldoende. Ze regelen per direct woestijnsafari en n Quad rijden voor je. Night Safari met sterren kijken vinden wij niet spectaculair.

The stay was extremely comfortable with clean and hygienic washrooms. The cultural programs, music and bonfire made the evening truly memorable. Delicious dinner and breakfast options and the front desk staff is eager to assist you at late night too. Booked desert safari and had a thrilling experience.

It was a superb stay and we had lots of fun at campfire night. The tents were comfortable and beds too. It’s a big property and safe for outdoor fun. Great breakfast buffet menu.

Not a great desert experience. It is miles away from real desert. You need an adventure vehicle or camel to reach proper desert.

The staff reaps you off for xtra activities like dunes safaris and camel ride, at a point they were telling me 12,500 rupees for a desert ride and camel safari then managed to negotiate at 2.500 rupees for abit of desert safari only

Lovely location, great entertainment

The entertainment was repetitive, so those who stayed for more than one night, which we did, it was quite boring to see the same stuff again. Maybe the owners should think of varying things a bit.

It was an excellent experience right from the stay ,the culture program in the evening and had delicious food . We went for the sunrise Jeep safari which was pretty cool. Breakfast spread had multiple options.

Excellent hospitality from start to the end. Staff will listen to your needs and kind enough to assist you. Evening refreshments and folk event were too good. The location is nice and it’s not a roadside camp so be prepared to travel a km inside. Stunning sunset view from the property.

The staff on site at the hotel (except for the tour booking gentleman) were all very sweet, and helpful. The gentleman we booked our desert tour and camel ride overcharged us for the experience. It was laughable how bad the “experience” was. We drove 3 minutes from the hotel in a jeep, to have a 10-minute camel ride and then left there by ourselves. We were sold on a private jeep tour, with camel ride and beautiful sunset view point. We paid $60USD. The whole point of visiting the camp was to have a special experience in the desert and we were very disappointed. We requested a refund and they said they would send it. We are still waiting…

It rained and the property was unprepared for this. The tents are not waterproof. We had texted the property a day before asking if the rain would be an issue and they said no. The team transferred us to a nearby hotel that had an enclosed room since our bed in the tent was soaking wet from the rain.

I went to this property in December for new year with my family. We all loved the property, stay and hospitality. We stayed in the tent, it was very good and well kept, big and comfortable too... staff were good and even food was good. Rajasthani cultural activity happens in the evening which is worth watching and participating in it .

Music Rajasthani cultural activity was repeated for both the days we stayed. It was very expensive, again we went on new year, so were prepared for expenses .

Location and staff members. The night show was very fun.

They overcharged us for desert jeep safari. Said the safari was 45 min but it barely lasted 25 min in total. Camel ride was fun but ATV ride was terrible. They force you to tip and you barely get to ride it for yourself. Oh and I almost broke my back doing so- TERRIBLE. Deceptive business practice. Not sure if this hotel is affiliated with the ATV business but just BEWARE. Desert keep safari is waaaayyyyy expensive(10k) for what you get.

Overall, okay, but from the pictures, it looked like it was in the middle of the desert, but it wasn't the case. It was surrounded by other hotels playing loud music.

Achtung Abzocke! Wir haben das Hotel über Booking gebucht und mehr als das doppelte wie andere Reisende im exakt selben Zelt bezahlt! Im Hotel wollte mir dazu niemand etwas sagen, da ich über Booking gebucht habe. Booking antwortet nicht auf meine Anfrage! Frühstück war extrem schlecht. Kaum Auswahl, schlechter Service. Wer eine idyllisches Erlebnis in der Wüste sucht ist hier falsch- ein Camp reiht sich ans nächste, viel Müll- Massentourismus! Am Pool nur drei Liegen und wenige Stühle, der Pool dreckig und trüb!

The Aircon in the tents does not work in reverse so it will get chilly overnight in winter, The heaters provided are not powerful ennought to heat the whole tent; but sufficient in the bathroom.

Facilities- No hot water in washroom despite of extreme cold..No heating arrangements in camp. Desert safari is almost double rate for the same activity which others are doing at half the rate. Lunch option limited and service take years..They have made arrangements for heating only at reception for themselves..No comfort for guests staying in camp..

Pleasant stay and did provide extra comforters on request as it was cold at night. Food quality was excellent. Folk show was impressive.
