Leuk, net zwembad , mooie terassen. Vriendelijk personeel ! Alles proper overal.

Ontbijt had wat uitgebreider gemogen, enkel gekookt eitje, wat kaas en vlees en verder de standaard zaken. Heel gezellig hotel maar de langwerpige ledverlichting met glazen decoratie in het verder mooie restaurant is vreselijk. Wie heeft dit bedacht in dit interieur ?

Super Lage

Wir waren bei Marc Pircher da war es 23.15 Uhr beendet. Das Hotel hat gesagt das Sie offen haben bis 24.00 Uhr dem war aber nicht so Sie haben einfach die Bar geschlossen als wir ankamen 23.35 Uhr. Und die Angestellten hatten unter unserem Zimmer noch bis2.00 Uhr sich ausgetauscht mit Getränken.

The view is exactly what you see from the picture. Fantastic! The vibe is very relaxing as well.

Außergewöhnlich ist die Lage mit Blick von der Terrasse auf den See! Ausserdem war das Personal sehr freundlich!

De ligging, van met name het terras, was geweldig.

De kamer was erg klein en de badkamer was niet meer dan een soort kast. Er was geen airconditioning maar een ventilator in de hoek van de kamer. Voor een prijs van 275,- per nacht mag je toch echt meer verwachten.

Die schöne Lage mit Blick auf den See und die Berge.

Zu Fuß zum See war anstrengend für jemand mit Gehbehinderung.

Sehr freundliches Personal, die Begrüßung am Empfang bei meiner Ankunft war schon außergewöhnlich, alles top erklärt echt super

Wir Kinder haben den Geburtstag unserer Mutter gefeiert mit einem feinen Nachtessen plus Übernachtung. Sehr leckeres Essen und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Grandiose Aussicht auf See und Berge. Und das Wichtigste: total aufgestelltes und nettes Personal: herzlichen Dank! Sehr empfehlenswert.

Bei der Frühstücksauswahl haben mir Eierspeisen gefehlt. Brötchen waren leider aufgebacken bzw vom Vortag. Fahrstuhl alt und muffig.

Úžasná poloha hotelu v centru města, ale v klidné části. Nádherný výhled na jezero z pokoje. Super parkování v garáži a zdarma nabíječka na elektrická auta. Pěkný velký bazén. Milý a ochotný personál. Hotel i pokoj čistý, udržovaný. Převážná část hotelu jsou soukromé apartmány, takže velký klid. Snídaně pouze studené, ale kvalitní a dobré- každý si vybere. Slečna na recepci nám dala užitečné informace a slevový QR kód na lanovky, pláž atd,.

V pokoji nebyla klimatizace. Restaurace byla v neděli a pondělí úplně zavřená. Snídaně pouze studené.

Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer war atemberaubend! Das Zimmer liebevoll eingerichtet, super bequemes Bett. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Gratis Parkplatz.

Es war sehr heiss im Zimmer, immerhin hatte es einen kleinen Ventilator!

Toller Ausblick auf den Vierwaldstätter See, schönes gemütliches Zimmer mit eigener Kaffeemaschine, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr gepflegter und großer Innenpool. Frühstück auf der großen Terrrasse direkt am See. Kurzer Weg zur Schiffsanlegestelle. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Breakfast was about the only good thing about this hotel

Receptionist off hand when we arrived. Chatting to a fellow employee and so did not notice our arrival. Gave us room keys which didn’t work which meant traipsing back to her desk. She didn’t know the town and could not tell us where the lido was. The brutalist architecture of the hotel does it no favours. The corridors are dismal. The reception is at the top of a hill and the parking access at the bottom. No air conditioning means the room is like an oven. The view of the lake is stupendous but blocked by a thick railing when you sit down on your balcony. The hotel feels tired and the exterior is truly hideous.

pas de climatisation dans un 4 Etoiles c'est étonnant. en semaine de canicule, il faisait très chaud dans la chambre et les fenêtres ne pouvaient s'ouvrir qu'en imposte. Un ventilateur bruyant à disposition dans la chambre. Impossible de dormir dans une chambre sans air. Finalement nous avons du demander de pouvoir ouvrir les fenêtres bloquées pour cause de sécurité. La salle de bain était petite. Globalement je ne comprend pas comment de telles chambres répondent aux critères d'un hôtel 4*

The woman at reception was lovely. The room was comfortable and in a great location with a coop just across the road. The swimming pool was a nice bonus.

No aircon, during the heatwave this was tough as the room got very hot.

Breakfast was basic (bread, cheese, cereals, fruit, meats but no fish, boiled eggs but no other hot options) with good service. Location is OK, 2 supermarkets very close by and a 10 min walk downhill to the boat and tourist information, need to walk back up after. Views are good, rooms a little dark but nicely done. Quiet location and lots to do in the area.

Room was a little dark and quite small, restaurant and bar/coffee isn't always open, same for reception.

If you stay at this hotel, be aware that there is no air conditioning and the building is old. So it definitely doesn't live up to a 4-star rating. I really don't recommend it. Don't go to this hotel with your dog in the summer.

The pleasant staff. The view from the room The breakfast with an array of items for every taste. The restaurant and the staff. The indoor pool with direct access to an outside terrace for sunbathing.

The lack of signage outside and inside the hotel. On arrival we couldn't see the entrance which was through the parking garage. No clear arrow indicating where to enter and no sign.. With luggage we walked up the steep car drive to finally find the reception. A sign at the main drive entrance for guests arriving on foot would be helpful. Even within the large hotel there is no helpful signage which one usually has in a huge bldg. No fire instructions or arrows to safe zones. I think Booking.com could mention that the hotel is located up a long hill. We are a couple in our 80s and the walk to the lakeside was long and demanding. The bus service was limited and no taxis around. A shuttle service to and from the hotel to the village would be helpful to more senior guests and guests arriving on public transport or boat. We noticed that the restaurant staff did not read weather forecasts. The staff layed up many tables on the outside terrace and erected parasols despite the fact that storms and rain were announced! We wondered why they were not aware of the predicted weather when storm and rain clouds were above! Then we saw them preparing tables and then rushing to clear everything and reset tables inside. It wasn't a surprise change in the weather but evident. The restaurant menu for main courses was very limited. We dined in the restaurant both nights of our stay but were disappointed at the same menu. The food was good but choice limited.

Rommet var ikke så moderne, mem det var rent og vi hadde alt vi trengte. God frokost og veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom personale. Kort vei til sjøen og Rigi kabelbanen.

Ein spektakulärer Blick auf den See und die Berge, einfach traumhaft schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit Das ganze Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit frischem Obstsalat, Obst und Gemüse. Hausgemachtes Birchermüsli. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, vielleicht ein bisschen klein. Nicht weit vom Hotel kommt man auf einem sehr schönen Fußweg in ein paar Minuten nach Weggis.

Das Bad war schön, sauber, aber ziemlich eng. Das kleine Waschbecken war nervig.

Wasn’t advised that the hotel restaurant was closed on sunday nights. We were disappointed as had wanted to dine there considering great reviews. Not a lot Of other restaurants open in the area either so we ended up with a take away pizza ! Receptionist wasn’t knowledgeable about whether there were pedalo boats to rent on the lake …. But we found some just a 10 minute walk away at the local lakeside cafe.

Das Hotel Alpenblick hat eine gute Lage und wenn man das entsprechende Zimmer hat, auch einen tollen Blick auf den Vierwaldstättersee.

Wir konnten für 2 Nächte ein preisgünstiges Upgrade machen. Zimmer mit Balkon und Seeblick. Die beiden anderen Nächte verbrachten wir in einem kleinen Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage. Der Ventilator konnte kaum was ausrichten. Wir mussten uns einen Fensterschlüssel besorgen, damit sich die Fenster zum Lüften nachts richtig öffnen ließen. Nur 1 Sessel zum bequemen Sitzen, die 2. Sitzmöglichkeit war ein ungepolsteter, harter Holzstuhl. Das Bad war sehr klein, insbesondere das Waschbecken. Der Service war gut, täglich 2x Wasser und Kaffeekapseln. Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Frühstück war für 20 Schweizer Franken eher durchschnittlich.
