Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Mr. Roy, our host was very accomodating, excellent and helpful esp when I realized I made a mistake and accidentally booked the wronged date. He made it hassle-free , adjusted my date of stay with no extra charges. Thank you very much for doing an above and beyond service for us.
The only thing I don't like is the elevator. Only 1.

Description said it is a two bedroom unit but is actually two connected single units. The price almost doubled from 51$ to 81$ at booking. It seems the owner is deliberatly overcharging. Despite multiple inquiries they did not provide breakdown for price increase compared to advertising.

Reviewed May 15, 2025the the bedroom was excellent and the best part was really convenient SM CEBU just Infront of it. The host was really helpful and the bed was comfy and it's great for the family and group of friends. Shame we didn't stay more nights, definitely come back again and stay more. I would definitely recommend this to my family,friends and relatives when they come and visit Cebu, the best part was on sea view location and also swimming is lovely.The best you can cook with your favourite dish, kitchen stuffs are all complete.
