Reviewed Mar 20, 2026The property was located in front of SM city so almost everything is in reach.
Location
6/10
Reviewed Mar 7, 2026Property is well located and easily accessible. Clean and had everything we needed.
The Aircon is not fitted very well to the wall there is a notable gap around it. This means it’s very loud even at night with outside noise from traffic.

Reviewed Dec 22, 2025I love the view from the balcony esp during night.
I like almost everything except the small insects roaming around at times. And the cabinets when you open it have unpleasant odor. And also, the ref is small.

Reviewed Dec 4, 2025It was pretty good. Everything I needed. Easy communication. Nice preparation from the host.
The small animals in the bathroom and the noice. People have a hunk hunk marathon in the street. But that is Cebu and Manila.. Sheet not fitted right for the matress.

Reviewed Jan 15, 2025Near SM and City, very convenient place, near terminal bus.
No television reception, I saw small insect, they need to fix the bathroom ceiling.

Reviewed Jan 1, 2025I like that it’s so close to the shopping malls and it has a good view of the city.
The unit provided bath towels that were covered with dust. I think those towels have been on the shelf or in storage for so long, that it accumulated dust. Staff should have paid more attention. Use of the elevators were very frustrating. One elevator wasn’t working. Sometimes it would take more than 10-15 minutes just to get downstairs. Elevators stopped at at every or most floors even though no one are coming in. Very frustrating and a waste of time.

Condo lobby needs improvement, not so welcoming. But it’s okay.
