Szokujące doświadczenie. Zupełnie nie tak, jak na zdjęciach. Niestety nasz pobyt był prawdziwym koszmarem i największym rozczarowaniem, jakiego doświadczyliśmy. Rezerwując ten obiekt na Booking.com, wszystko wyglądało pięknie na zdjęciach - wspaniały widok, piękna willa i miejsce sprawiające wrażenie luksusowego. Rzeczywistość była zupełnie inna. Kontrast między zdjęciami a tym, co zastaliśmy na miejscu, był naprawdę szokujący. Szczególnie przykre jest patrzeć na obiekt z tak pięknym widokiem, w tak wspaniałej lokalizacji i z tak ogromnym potencjałem, który został doprowadzony do takiego stanu, a mimo to goście nadal płacą za pobyt bardzo wysoką cenę. Na zdjęciach widzimy piękną willę, natomiast na miejscu zostaliśmy poprowadzeni schodami w dół do miejsca, które sprawiało wrażenie ciemnej, zaniedbanej piwnicy. Sam wygląd i charakter pomieszczenia możemy nawet pominąć - największym problemem był brud i kompletny brak odpowiedniego utrzymania obiektu. Brud, brud i jeszcze raz brud - dosłownie wszędzie. Cały obiekt był bardzo brudny, zaniedbany i źle utrzymany. Okna wyglądały tak, jakby chyba nigdy w życiu nie zostały umyte. Wszędzie znajdował się brud i zaschnięte zabrudzenia. Zasłony były poplamione i wyglądały na spleśniałe, z bardzo nieprzyjemnymi śladami. Łóżko i sypialnia również były brudne. Kiedy weszliśmy do pokoju i zobaczyliśmy, jak bardzo jest brudno, zaczęliśmy dokładniej rozglądać się po całym pomieszczeniu. Pod łóżkiem znaleźliśmy fragmenty pozostawionej przez poprzednich gości jajecznicy oraz gumę do żucia. W lodówce znaleźliśmy również szklankę z wodą i czymś w środku, co całkowicie spleśniało. Było to obrzydliwe i jasno pokazywało, że pokój w ogóle nie był sprzątany przed naszym przyjazdem. Mieliśmy wrażenie, że jedyną rzeczą, którą wymieniono, była pościel. Najgorsze jest jednak to, że zostaliśmy pogryzieni. Po wyjeździe całe plecy i inne części ciała bardzo nas swędzą i są pokryte licznymi śladami po ugryzieniach.

The rooms were very dirty in the first one the showed us we found a use tooth brush and the sofa was smelly and dirty , and in the second one the sink was full of man hairs.

La réalité fut tout autre... l'établissement se délabre. La piscine etait verte, le sol de la terrasse se détériore. L'accueil etait extrêmement bizarre, vide, sans personnel, comme a l'abandon... une personne qui parlait a peine nous a accueillie (il parlait seulement chinois je crois) et ne connaissait même pas les chambres. Il nous a d'abord placé dans une 1ere, odeur de renfermé, salle de bains sale (vieux savon usagé), sol sale (poils, fourmis). Il nous a déplacé dans la "bonne chambre ". Celle ci était pire. Odeur de chlore, de renfermé, sol sale (poils fourmi, crotte de magouillas), climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas, et le pire, des excréments dans les toilettes... Nous sommes partis, il etait hors de question qu'on dorme dans cet hôtel avec nos enfants

Villa was located in a beautiful location on a mountain overlooking the sea. The staff was very friendly. Room was large and somewhat comfortable. The pool area was nice. We ordered food and drinks on sight and the staff set up our table and the atmosphere was great. We were the only guest at the time, so villa was very quiet. With some extra money and work, this villa currently is a diamond in the ruff.

Hard to find villa with a taxi since there wasn't a street name and signs to villa was small and almost unnoticeable. Villa showed signs of wear. Room A/C worked but did not get the temperature down enough so asked for a fan to circulate air in the room. There were some ants in the shower area.

L'établissement prétend à un certain luxe qu'il n'y a pas. La maison tombe un peu en ruine. L'accueil était un peu étrange, nous avions l'impression de déranger. Le petit déjeuner était bon mais sans plus.

Les chambres 10 et 11 murs et rideaux tâchés, vitres sales, porte fenêtre vétuste. Etablissement chinois? Le patron (?) qui ne dit pas bonjour et ne parle pas aux clients. On est perdu on ne sait pas comment fonctionne l hotel . On ne sait pas qui fait quoi. Ambiance étrange. Dommage car Belle construction par ailleurs.. Seule personne qui assure : une jeune dame qui nous a accueillis timidement et a préparé nos chambres.

The only nice thing i can say we had at this property is the view.

1. The food at the restaurant was terrible salty and nothing to do with the menu and description. We ate it as we were very hungry but felt very bad during the night. 2. The room is dirty and the bed is terrible 3. The door of the room was very broken we barely could close it. 4. The staff was annoyed of us there … when we asked for food they tried first to make us cancel saying takes 2 hours to prepare the order. 5. Even if they knew that at 7 in the morning the road is very busy to the airport even if there are only 5 km and the driver told them even one day before … almost to lose the flight.

Such a beautiful location in the mountain with stunning views. Quiet, tranquil and the views from the pool I could have sat there for hours and hours. Staff couldn’t do enough to help and were so friendly even when I needed the gates opening at 6am and woke Levi up. Thank you

This didn’t bother us as we rented a car but you CAN NOT WALK to the property the gradient of the hill is extreme to say the least, hire a car it cost 115€ for the week and a taxi from airport to hotel and back is around €120, HIRE A CAR!! Also driving is super easy and not stressful at all roads are good and drivers are courteous. The views make the location stunning to stay at and worth the extra hassle in getting up here.

Contratamos una noche, queríamod estar tranquilos ya que teníamos un vuelo al día siguiente. Por la tarde vinieron 40 personas con niños incluidos de personas que no se alojaban en el hotel a hacer una celebración. No pudimos disfrutar de la piscina y no pudimos descansar ya que los gritos de los niños estuvieron hasta la noche y no nos dejaron descansar (la habitación estaba mal insonorizada). La habitación era amplia pero hacia mucho calor a pesar del aire acondicionado. Había restos de plásticos y el material estaba deteriorado. Había muchas hormigas por toda la habitación. Pedimos cena que tardó 1h y 10 min en hacernos. Había leído en otras reseñas que a otros huéspedes les habían bajado gratis para acceder a zona de restaurantes pero nos dijeron que teníamos que tomar un taxi...Estás muy aislado de todo en este hotel.

The view

The location of the place is on a very high hill, on top of the mountain and you cannot access it without a car. Even though I hired a car for my stay, it was difficult for me to drive on such a high slope and very slippery terrain. This has significantly affected my 6 days stay as I was depending on the on-site driver to drive me around with the car I have rented

Gepflegte Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Персонал старался сделать пребывание комфортным. Нас бесплатно довезли из ресторана, утром сварили кофе за счет заведения. Есть бассейн. Красивый интерьер. Чисто.

Отель расположен на горе далеко от пляжа. Чтобы добраться до моря надо спуститься примерно километр по очень крутому склону. Естественно обратно надо подниматься по жаре. Ближайший ресторан тоже в районе пляжа.

Amanda Villa is the perfect place for a truly relaxing getaway. The hotel staff were outstanding — incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, making us feel comfortable from the very first day. The peaceful atmosphere allows you to completely switch off and recharge. A wonderful place for total rest and relaxation. Highly recommended!

Everything was great. The location is close to many beautiful beaches (Anse Royale, Anse Intedance etc) and is also close to the airport and a few shops, restaurants and pharmacy. The personnel is helpful and very nice. The only inconvenience is the access road (1 km from the main road) to the villa which is on a slope, on a narrow road and with many turns. Levi, the manager, was suuuuper nice. A very pleasant person to have around and talk to, very helpful and welcoming! The place was very nice with an amazing view and a great pool. No strict boring rules to follow and we were allowed to do some much needed laundry for free! Very worth the cost, but a car is almost a must to have since it's far up in the mountains

We had an absolutely wonderful experience here! The Team was great—super friendly and incredibly helpful. They recommended a reliable car rental company and organized transport to Takamaka (the rum distillery), which is just a short drive away. This made it easy for us to pop over for a tasting of their delicious rum—highly recommend! The pool was the highlight—our kids had an absolute blast splashing around, while we savored the stunning view! Our large apartment with 2 spacious room and bathroom was perfect and comfortable for the whole family. The kids were over the moon and couldn't stop talking about how much fun they had here!

We had an amazing experience at Amanda Villa in the Seychelles. The views from the villa are absolutely stunning and the location, high above the coastline, offered peaceful and unforgettable moments. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and beautifully maintained. Many guests, including us, were impressed with the delicious meals and friendly service throughout our stay.  What made our trip truly exceptional was the staff. Levi, the villa manager, was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything we needed—including giving us lifts to local restaurants and ensuring we felt well taken care of during our entire stay. Josephine was also wonderful, providing courteous and warm service at every meal. Their hospitality made us feel welcome and valued like family. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Event though our flight was delayed by a couple of hours, they were still able to fetch us from the airport as a part of their shuttle service and provide dinner from the restaurant for us late at night when we arrived. The room was clean and provided all the facilities we needed after our travels!

The dinner and breakfast food we had was not what we expected for the price compared to other restaurants and hotels we stayed at during our trip.

Sehr sehr nette Mitarbeiter! Josephin und Levi sind überaus herzlich und total bemüht! Man fühlt sich fast wie eine Familie.. Der Ausblick ist auch Einzigartig!

Da und dort könnten kleinere Reparaturen erledigt werden. Die Straße zur Unterkunft ist doch etwas herausfordernd. Zu Fuß zu abseits. Man benötigt fast ein Auto.

Our stay was wonderful, mostly thanks to Tina! She is an extraordinary person who goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. We are deeply grateful for her hospitality and kindness. Highly recommended!

The property offers a breathtaking view that makes every moment worth it. However, be prepared for a bit of an adventure getting there, as the mountain road can be quite challenging by car. Also, since it's surrounded by nature, we encountered some mosquitoes, so I’d suggest bringing some repellent. Overall, a beautiful location if you love scenery and peace!

L’unica cosa che rende accettabile l’esistenza di questa struttura è il Sig. Levi all’accoglienza.

La struttura non ha minimamente rispettato le aspettative né il prezzo pagato. La camera, per la quale abbiamo speso 200 euro per una sola notte, si affacciava direttamente sulla piscina con luci molto forti e invasive, dalle quali era impossibile ripararsi poiché l’unica tenda presente non era oscurante. La stanza assegnataci è stata, senza alcun dubbio, il peggior alloggio in cui io abbia mai soggiornato. Avevamo prenotato esclusivamente per comodità, dovendo trascorrere una sola notte vicino all’aeroporto, ma l’esperienza è stata tutt’altro che riposante. Le condizioni igieniche erano gravissime: le lenzuola erano visibilmente sporche, il materasso estremamente duro e i cuscini talmente rigidi da risultare inutilizzabili. Sono stata costretta a dormire utilizzando il mio cuscino da aereo. Anche muri, tende e sanitari risultavano sporchi; il pavimento era disseminato di insetti morti in quantità impressionante e nella stanza era presente un odore sgradevole e persistente. È evidente che la camera non fosse stata pulita da tempo, considerata la presenza di carcasse di insetti accumulate. Non sono solita lasciare recensioni negative, ma ritengo doveroso segnalare quanto accaduto per tutelare altri viaggiatori, soprattutto chi affronta lunghi voli e ha bisogno di un minimo di comfort e pulizia. Sconsiglio vivamente di prenotare questa struttura: una vacanza, o anche solo una notte di riposo, merita decisamente di più

The view was breathtaking, staff were really polite, kind and helpful. Great breakfast with the option of you choosing the time you want to have it. Lovely meal selection too in-house. Did not feel the need to go to a restaurant to eat.

The hotel is very wonderful, its location and the view during the service was very excellent and the staff are very friendly (Levi - Josie - the cook - also the driver - the hotel owner) and they are like your family in their treatment and help you in every little and big thing. The food is delicious. The hotel is very safe and comfortable. The cleanliness is very high. The internet is excellent. The pool is cleaned carefully every morning and the rooms and transportation were comfortable and I did not worry about it. They cooperated with me very much and it was free in the nearby areas. I have never enjoyed a residence experience like this hotel, really, and no matter how I describe it, I do not give them a part of their right Special thanks to Levi who was absolutely amazing. He met every need I had and supported me throughout my stay.

We took this accommodation by chance, on urgent basis after being cheated by other Seychelss’s property operator, spent only 2 days there. It has very nice view and attentive staff.

Very high price and difficult to get there(

The hotel is beside the mountains, front is Indian Ocean- with great natural beauty; also with swimming pool; i got chance to eat some Chinese food; we were lucky also got chance to be sent and picket up to the town center and beach for; I also saw sunrise in the room The staffs and owner were so friendly. The property is located on a hilltop with a great view of the sea. Location is really nice with greenery surrounding the property. The outdoor seating area is nice for one to enjoy the sea view.

The access to the property is not good. One has to have a car to reach the property as the roads a very steep and narrow from the main road. Other than the swimming pool, there are no other facilities.

La terasse avec vue sur la mer et la piscine. La gentillesse de notre serveuse pour le souper ainsi que le transport vers l’aéroport. Repas possibles sur place. Rapport qualité prix très Ordinaire, mais commode vu l’emplacement de l’hébergement.

L’odeur de notre chambre. Très forte et désagréable. Nous avons dû la faire aérée la durée totale de notre séjour et dormir la porte patio ouverte. Nous avons pu constater de la moisissure à plusieurs endroits dans l’hôtel et dans notre chambre. La propreté des lieux est so so. Les baies vitrées sont vrmt sales. L’emplacement est idéal pour une nuit, mais laisse les touristes en otage s’ils ne louent pas de véhicule.

Really comfortable beds, huge bedrooms, big bathrooms, spotlessly clean accomodation. Staff were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way on every occasion to help us, even driving us to the coast each evening so we could eat in the restaurants, and then picking us up a couple of hours later. Views of the sea, rainforests and reefs were incredible. The wildlife such as fruit bats, colourful birds and tropic birds were amazing!

Nothing really to dislike. Some of the birds are noisy but it is a rainforest! The roads are very steep but after a couple of trips I was very confident as there's hardly ever any other cars on the local roads in this part of Au Cap.

Perfect place for your stay on Mahe Island with great, hospitable and helpful staff, amazing and friendly owners, and last but not least - exhilarating views over the coastline and on the surrounding mountains. Sunsets in the pool are such a memorable experience as well. Just be prepared that those views are only possible thanks to high location of the hotel, so having a car would be very helpful. Levi is a perfect manager of the villa and will make you always feel taken care of. Also, if you need a lift to or from the main road (where the local restaurants are) you can ask for it free of charge, which is one of the best features when looking for a dinner. Overall, place is to be highly recommended and we will for sure visit Amanda Villa again, when we come back to Seychelles!

We booked this accommodation at the last minute and initially planned to stay for four nights while booking the rest of our stay elsewhere. However, we decided to stay here for all eight nights. The accommodation is located about 1 km uphill from the main road, so having a car would be helpful for easier arrivals and departures. The view from the terrace is excellent, making this place well worth booking. The staff is very friendly—Levi helped us with everything and was always available. The rooms are cleaned daily, even when it’s not necessary, but they still do it. There is private parking within the accommodation. The rooms are spacious enough. Beaches, shops, and takeaway restaurants are right on the road below the accommodation, and there is also a larger restaurant nearby. If you're looking for peace and quiet, along with a great view from the terrace, I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely exceptional place with absolutely amazing view. Very nice and kind-hearted staff. Always pleasant, warm, smiling. A place to rest and relax. They took care of us like their own :) For a longer stay, I highly recommend having a rental car to explore the nearby beaches and the rest of the island.

Due to a mishap our room was not allocated as per booking. However they upgraded us to VIP suite the next day to make us comfortable. They can have more helpers around as there are only couple of people around.

The breakfast was paid, though the booking said it was included. We could not order dinner from the menu, and were told it’s a Chinese buffet. The venue is up the mountain (difficult to get to) and not that close to the airport.

We didn’t like the rooms we got. They were very big, with many beds, but the space was not used effectively. The decoration was not nice either. It felt like sleeping at my aunts house, and not a hotel.

The location was great, the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and the food was amazing (portion on the large side) - great value for money. Airport transfer were seamless. We would definitely recommend.

The staff is just amazing. Levy and Stella put life into this place which is other wise somewhat dead. The stay was super special because of the awesome staff.

The location is a bit off. Up a steep hill, only feasible if you have your own car otherwise it would be very difficult to come and go. For the size of the room we just had one Aircon which is way too less.

The accommodation experience in Seychelles this time was luxurious and unforgettable. We originally booked a deluxe king-size room with a pool view. When checking in, we met the guests who were checking out of the luxurious sea-view suite. They praised how comfortable their stay was, so we asked the staff to show us around the sea-view suite. Due to the room upgrade, the staff offered us a 15% discount on the price of the sea-view suite for that day, allowing us to check in. The suite has a huge bathroom, a large round bathtub, a living room, a cloakroom and a spacious bedroom. Outside, there is a large terrace with a stunning sea view, and there is a dining table and a sofa that can accommodate many people. It's really wonderful. Since there was a private dining area, we didn't go to the restaurant. Instead, we asked the staff to deliver the breakfast and dinner we ordered to our room for us to enjoy. The food was reasonably priced, and we also tasted the special Chinese dishes. Everything was great. If there is a chance to come to Seychelles again, I will still choose this place.

The hotel we stayed in this time exceeded our expectations. Before coming here, we saw some comments saying that it was difficult to get to the hotel. Since we had rented a car, we were quite worried about it. But actually, when we used Google Maps to navigate to the hotel, the location was extremely accurate and we found it easily. The scenery of the hotel is incredibly beautiful. There is a huge platform with a magnificent sea view, which is super suitable for vacations. After chatting with the landlord, we learned that such wonderful scenery can only be seen from the mountains. The reason why the hotel was built here was precisely for this excellent view. Mahe Island is mainly mountainous and the roads leading to the mountains are indeed steep. However, the locals are used to it. And it seems that except for the seaside, all the roads are like this. It can also be regarded as a different kind of experience, allowing us to better experience the local customs. It was a really great experience and I highly recommend it to everyone.

This hotel offers a comfortable and peaceful accommodation experience. The guest rooms are clean and tidy, and the Chinese style of the lobby is very elegant. The staff provides thoughtful, warm and friendly service. Located on the hill, the hotel offers a wonderful view. The prices of the meals and wines are extremely reasonable in Seychelles. They are delicious and I like them very much. It feels like great value for money. It is highly suitable for vacations and is strongly recommended!

Overcharged for the room. AC not working properly. The outlets not working at all. The Villa owners were present with friends/family during our visit and were taking up a lot of space in the pool area - making it almost impossible to be there. Especially their children who were very loud and splashed water on guests that were dining. Took almost 2 hours to get our ordered food.

This hotel is really great! The location is excellent and the scenery is truly breathtaking. There is an extra-large sea-view observation deck, which is very suitable for taking photos. The swimming pool is also very large. You can swim while enjoying the beautiful sea. The decoration of the hotel lobby has very Chinese characteristics. The external environment is also very beautiful, surrounded by green plants, making people feel happy. The staff is extremely enthusiastic and considerate. Since it is newly opened, the bedding is all brand new and very clean and tidy. The service is impeccable. Any needs will be provided immediately. For tourists who like Chinese cuisine, it is extremely fortunate. There are very authentic and delicious Chinese dishes here. I had a wonderful vacation here. If I have the chance to go to Seychelles in the future, I will still come to this hotel. Highly recommended!

The overall experience was fantastic! Firstly, the food was delicious, with a wide variety of options that perfectly suited my taste. The breakfasts, fresh fruits, and dinners were all very satisfying. The infinity pool was amazing, and the villa offered great privacy with beautiful sea views. Additionally, the villa’s butler and driver services were excellent. They were very friendly and always punctual in picking us up. Overall, this stay made us feel very comfortable and happy!
