In spite of my assurance, the property has been chasing us for the payment and also cautioned me, saying will cancel the booking. Eventually they hold ON to my booking and we had a pleasant stay. But chasing us on the payment is not a good practise and the property needs to follow the rule guide as stipulated by booking.com.

Late service by staff,phone not working,had to call house keeping.need improvement in these areas,or else they can never compete with Bliss hotel and woodside.

Bathroom - No proper ventilation, mold on sink and walls and not properly cleaned. No toilet paper. Mosquitos - lot of mosquitos on hallway. mosquitos enter the room as soon as you open the doors Wifi - Poor signals in room. I could not attend meetings from room. Switches - Electric switches are not cleaned properly Phone - No directory found on phone. I could not call room to room Beds - Two single beds separated by 2 feet are so uncomfortable. Risk of trip and falling on floor Location - Its looks like slum opposite to hotel Name - Hotel name in Manasa inn, whereas sold as FabHotel Prime Manasa Inn. You cannot locate it on google
