Viejo Lobo - Apartamento sobre calle principal 101

Lo único aceptable fue la ubicación, que es excelente, junto a la calle más comercial de Ushuaia

Pésima la recogida de llaves: no había nadie en las instalaciones del apartamento, por lo que hay que ir tres o cuatro cuadras más allá a por ellas, a un supermercado. Cuando llegas, en mi caso a las 12:00 am, me dicen que no está la persona encargada y que vuelva a las 15:00 (al menos pude dejar el equipaje). Me tocó estar deambulando por la ciudad bajo una lluvia torrencial y tras más de 25 horas de viaje (Madrid - Buenos Aires - Ushuaia). Empatía cero. Y el apartamento: ¡moqueta en la habitación! Mejor no recordar ni pensar de qué eran las grandes manchas que tenía. Necesita una gran remodelación. Dos últimos detalles: perdí una cosa y fui a preguntar por si se me había caído al dejar el equipaje y la encargada poco menos que me insinuaba que la estaba acusando de habérselo quedado, cuando sólo pregunté si estaba allí. Y la factura... aún la estoy esperando. Por cierto, Ushuaia está exenta del pago del IVA, por lo que no se puede solicitar su devolución para extranjeros. Eso sí, te piden que, cuando te vayas, te lleves la basura que hayas generado, ¿dónde? Pues te toca buscar. Es la primera vez en mis cientos de viajes que me piden algo así.

La ubicación es excelente, el deparmento es amplio cómodo cuenta con 2 habitaciones una con cama de dos plazas y la otra camas individuales, dos baños uno en suite ese es un poco frío , pero yo usaba el otro, cocina comedor con todo lo necesario. Mi estadía fue muy placentera, volvería a elegirlo

Es incomodo el retirar las llaves tendría q estar en el lugar se complica un poco para el viajero trasladar las valijas por las calles de Ushuaia, tienen las oficinas a 4 cuadras aproximadamente.

Sin calefacción durante las casi 24 horas iniciales (interior gélido). Oficialmente porque las llaves de paso de la calefacción central estaban cerradas (la disculpa: no debía estarlo)

Todo, la ubicación inmejorable, pleno centro, la comodidad y calidez del departamento, la vista, todo fue perfecto.

L'emplacement aurait pu être un plus si la vétustée des fenêtres ne laissait pas passer le bruit et le froid.

En dix années sur booking jamais je n'ai eu affaire à une telle situation. Dès que votre délai d'annulation est passé on vous informe que pour retirer vos clefs ce sera à deux pâtés de maison de votre logement . Mon séjour commençait le 19 dès le 12 on me dit via whatsapp pas booking ça laisse des traces que leur bureau ferme à 18h alors qu'il était indiqué 23 h que pour avoir accès à mes clefs ce sera une boîte à clefs mais pas à mon immeuble et que le logement doit être payé avant. Ok faites le prélèvement, pour eux ,et ce sont bien les seuls ,pas possible . On me demande de donner une autre carte ou de contacter ma banque. Bref après avoir eu 4 interlocuteurs on m'accueille tout de même à 23h10 à l'appartement. Le dernier jour, pleine nuit, plus de courant. Je fais ma valise dans le noir, pas de café ni de petit déjeuner possible, pas de recharge de téléphone, le freezer qui dégivre. Bref sympa. Je les contacte, ils me demandent de parcourir l'immeuble en pyjama pour voir si il y a de la lumière ailleurs. Je dis non et que ce qui m'importe c'est le soucis dans mon appartement et que le reste n'est pas mon problème. Et bien, ils me répondent que ça n'est pas leur problème non plus. C'est pas de la prestation de haut vol ça! Bref je joins les photos de ce merveilleux logement pour éviter des déboires à d'autres. Je vais contacter la plate-forme. Là franchement il y a un gros problème . Ah , j'oubliais n'ayant plus du tout confiance, je leur demande de venir pour l'état des lieux, car si ils considèrent que l'appartement est sale c'est 100 dollars. A votre avis, la réponse, c'est non, bien évidemment.

Our apartment was on the fourth floor. The view of the harbour was amazing, and having a coffee in the morning or a beer in the evening was unforgettable. There was also a washing machine (complete with soap and everything you need). It was in the centre of the city, close to restaurants, shops and tourist information offices.

There was no hairdryer in the apartment. I understand that they are usually provided, so hopefully you won't have the same experience in future. However, we had to wait three days for one.

un buen lugar muy cerca a la bahia para tomar los tours, tambien queda sobre la avenida principal y cerca de lugares importantes, nos guardaron el equipaje para el vuelo de regreso y caminamos la ciudad esa tarde, sin preocuparnos por el equipaje.

Nos gustó lastima que nadie te atiende cuando llamas donde se retira la llave no saben nada pedíamos si podíamos entrar un rato antes ya que el vuelo llego a las 10 de la mañana nunca tuvimos respuesta

Duplicamos el pago por error involuntario. Ya pasaron 72 hs y no nos reintegran el dinero.

La ubicación exelente. Se disfruta la calle principal.

La atención de la administración, no se preocupa del viajero solo su negocio muchas imposiciones y al terminar el check kin te acosan con mensajes por Whatsapp, como y que día debe dejar el depto, y tenés que hacer un vídeo para el control cuando no te acompañan a la entrada lo hacen a 4 cuadras del edificio .

A saída de ar do restaurante saía no duto do sugar da cozinha o apartamento ficou com cheiro horrível de fritura, e o barulho dos geradores no quarto tive que dormir na sala.

La ubicación es muy buena. Te afrecen un lugar de guarda para el equipaje hasta el momento de ingresar al departamento..

El trato es todo por WhatsApp. Y la entrada al departamento es si o si a las 15 hs. Y tenes que ir a buscar la llave a otro lugar. Lo cual me parece muy tardé. Si te aclaran que el ingreso es a esa hora. Faltantaban elementos de Cocina. Y faltaba un poco de limpieza al ingresar. Por último el sillón estaba muy deteriorado.

Great location yards from shops and restaurants. Modest and comfortable. Staff came and met me on arrival and were contactable if needed. Fantastic water pressure.

Could do with an update but price was fair. Would benefit from windows having maintenance as they did not shut properly and let cold and noise in. I'd say some thicker curtains would help block light and sound

The location is excellent for someone like me who’s going on a cruise. There are lots of bakeries, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. Federico was absolutely wonderful and prompt in responding to messages quickly. He provided me with the apartment key quickly and gave me his direct number. Thank you Federico. 🙏🏻

I didn’t like the virtual assistant prior to and at the beginning of my stay. It’s nice to have a real person with whom you can communicate. My unit was 103 on floor one, which in the US is second floor and it shares a wall with a very busy and noisy restaurant and I had to wear earplugs to bed which are not comfortable to sleep with. I don’t recommend this unit number but the rest of the apartment was nice and quiet.

The location was great. Decoration a bit tired. Great TV and access to Netflix and Amazon. Extension for late check out was available.

Location was excellent. Very quiet and clean. I did not use the cooking facilities. They are minimal but adequate for a short stay. The apartment manager was very cordial. It was very hot in the room for 2 days because it was warm outdoors. But there was no fan(s) so it took a long time to cool down after I opened all the windows. The wifi was intermittent and slow

Spacious apartment. Loved the floor tile in the kitchen. Updated bathroom was nice. Large shower/tub. Water pressure was very strong. Window in kitchen overlooks an intersection on the main shopping street. Location is great. A few blocks from the tourist port and regional bus service.

Communication with the host about arrival time, check in, and payment was initially a challenge, but it got sorted out eventually. Building interior needs updating. Apartment heat and hot water temperature was set too high. Early morning traffic/truck noise.

I really liked this property location. It is in the center of all the best restaurants and tour companies. The most important museum is only a few blocks away. The building looked like an old hotel, changed into an individual apartment. It has Ushuaia ambience. The quick response from the manager when something was missing from the property.

Since inside the apartment was toasty, I left the windows open a bit overnight. Loud noise from motorbikes or cars woke me up. It was during the Christmas time and I think the noise was minimum, but still I kept the bedroom windows down overnight. There were too many people involved in communication beforehand. They keep changing phone numbers. After arrival, it became one number more or less. I really did not care how the price was set and payment.

Really friendly and helpful host. The room has heated flooring, great Internet and is really cute and cosie. it really fits in with the Ushuaia vibe too. It was cold when I went and there was a spare blanket, really comfy sofa and I paid the day before I left as it was easier. I was on my own but would go back with a partner as its quite a romantic little spot.

Location super! Near downtown, almost to everthing! Very clean facility! Fede was nice! Overall we have a good stay! Highly recommended for family group. Price is just right.

Provision of extra bed in cases of extra person Rm.101 toilet is clogged its good we have Rm.102 booked.

As depicted, clean, comfortable, great spa bath, best location in Ushuaia, and Frederico was warm, welcoming, and went beyond expectations to help make my stay very easy.

There was nothing I didn’t like.
