Reviewed Jul 11, 2026In deze B&B is de klant nog KONING. Alles werd gedaan om ons verblijf aangenaam te maken. Sofie is een top vrouw die voor je zorgt met een brede glimlach. De kamers zijn mooi ingericht. Met alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. Zelfs een minibar is aanwezig. Er is ook airco die de kamer koel houd tijdens de warme dagen. Het ontbijt is fantastisch. Heel uitgebreid en heel lekker. Alles wat je wenst is aanwezig. De omgeving is super om per fiets te verkennen en de B&B ligt direct aan het fietsroute netwerk. Kortom, een heerlijk verblijf. We gaan zeker nog terug.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026What a gem, we spent three nights at Sophie's B&B and everything was perfect. The room was very comfortable ( quite steep stairs to our bedroom, but that was not a problem for us and we are 70 years plus a bit. The breakfast was first class and plentiful. The countryside is amazing in this area and great for cyclists and lovers of the great outdoors. Close enough to Ghent & Bruges to make days out a pleasure and avoid overnight city parking problems, we used the park and ride and it was simple and hassle free.

Reviewed May 19, 2026Das hübsche B&B liegt außerhalb, ca. 30 Min. von Brügge entfernt. Es ist wunderbar ruhig, die Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt und charmant eingerichtet. Direkt vor dem Haus kann man parken. Wir hatten die Zimmer in der 1. Etage. Große Personen müssen hier wegen der niedrigen Deckenbalken etwas aufpassen, diese tragen aber auf der anderen Seite zur Atmosphäre der Räumlichkeiten bei. Das Frühstück war sensationell, trotz der nur 3 Zimmer fuhr die herzliche Gastgeberin Sofie ein kleines, aber reichhaltiges Büffet mit einigem Selbstgemachtem auf. Leckere Eier in allen Variationen gab es frisch auf Bestellung.
Es war für die Jahreszeit recht kühl. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen Aufenthaltsraum mit Sofa und Kaminofen. Dieser hätte evtl. vor Ankunft angeheizt werden können. Da die Zimmer gut beheizbar waren und wir uns dort aufhielten, hat es uns für die eine Nacht aber nicht groß gestört. Evtl. einfach als Anregung für die Zukunft.

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026Het onthaal, de gastvrijheid, de mooie stijlvolle B&B. Het superlekkere ,uitgebreide ontbijt met zelfgemaakt lekker fruitsap (appel/peer) . Gastvrouw Sofie maar ook haar ouders zijn zeer vriendelijke ,gastvrije mensen . De B&B is een mooi uitgangspunt om in de buurt te fietsen We komen hier zeker nog eens terug Kris en Katrien
Eigenlijk niks. Alleen voor de lage houten balken op de slaapkamer moest mijn man wel oppassen om er niet met zijn hoofd tegen te botsen. Maar de balken horen bij de authenticiteit van de B&B😉 Tip aan Sofie misschien kapstok voorzien voor jassen .

Reviewed Jan 24, 2026Eine sehr tolle Unterkunft in einem umgebauten landwirtschaftlichen Gebäude. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und kümmert sich sehr liebevoll um alles. Beim Frühstück war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2025Der freundliche Empfang und die freundliche Versorgung beim Frühstück. Alles ist total sauber, sehr schöne Aufenthaltsräume für Frühstück und für die Gäste. In dem Zimmer ist ein kleiner Kühlschrank, in welchem Getränke gegen Entgelt stehen, so dass man eine gute Auswahl bei späterer Ankunft hat. Eine sehr ruhige Lage mit einem Parkplatz ganz nah an der Unterkunft auf dem Grundstück der Gastgeber. Gerne wieder! Nur zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig mit selbstgebackenen Brot. Eier wurden auf Wunsch frisch gekocht.
Es gibt keine negativen Punkte.

Reviewed May 27, 2025Quiet location that is easy to find. It’s a perfect home base for exploring surrounding regions like Bruges, Ghent, Lille, Brussels, and many more. I enjoyed the wood burning fireplace during the cooler Spring days. The owners, Sofie’s parents who live at the property were very nice and helpful when needed (lighter and extra wood for the fireplace). Sofie is a perfect host and we enjoyed our chats.

Reviewed Sep 20, 2024It's a family owned B&B. The owners are lovely but when it comes to speaking english it's best to talk with the daughter & son. The former farm house is beautiful, extremely clean and the owners are extremely attentionate regarding the travelers' needs and the breakfast (which was fantastic). The place is very quiet and you can see the farm animals in the field next to the house.
The bed in the ground floor bedroom was a bit soft for us, as we both have back problems we recommend swapping the mattress for a stiffer one. The house is only accessible by car

Breakfast with Sofies home made bread and jam was delicious, with fresh eggs, croissant etc, a hearty continental breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the mini bar fridge fully stocked with lots of options

Reviewed Mar 31, 2024A very beautiful cottage, fully renovated and new. Everything was lovely from the decoration to the welcome of the host. The room has a mini fridge with fresh drinks at a very cheap price, the showers are very nice and new. There’s a very traditional feel to the place with a common area that is really comfortable especially with the fireplace… i would recommend! Ps: the breakfast was included at the time we went there and was freshly made (eggs, etc) and had a small buffet section. Great!
A tiny small bit: it was hard to find the place because it is not advertised at the door. Fortunately the lady who manages the place with her parents was passing by and she welcomed us warmly.
