Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Amazing location, right in the heart of Florence yet our room was silent! Clean, very comfortable bed, modern bathroom, aircon, elevator and lovely, warm staff. We only stayed a night after a long journey from Australia and had the best rest, we would definitely stay again and for longer next time.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Fantastic room, excellent location in the heart of everything. The room was comfortable with a sofa to relax. Very clean. The shower was great with a strong waterfall and handheld. The staff were wonderful and helpful. I would stay here again!
A little coffee table would be nice to put drinks on while sitting on the sofa. That's all I can think of.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026We loved everything about this beautiful boutique style hotel and would definitely stay here again. The location is absolutely PERFECT for sightseeing (literally a short walk to most major attractions), shopping, or having a relaxing night cap in the square. It is also steps away from the Florence, Merry Go Round. There is a great family run restaurant right next door that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. We loved that hotel has a refillable water station to hydrate with before heading out for the day. The rooms are just as beautiful and comfortable as advertised. The staff is fantastic and they have a little courtyard in the center, to enjoy.
There isn’t anything I didn’t like, but it is probably good for people to know that they do not have a 24 hour front desk attendant, so if that is something that it is important to you, you may need to discuss your needs in advance.

Bei Ankunft hatten wir durch die Tagesdecke leider Dreck von den Gästen vor uns auf dem Bett. Auch auf einem Kissen und auf einem Handtuch waren leider Flecken. Auf Nachfrage wurden diese aber sofort ausgetauscht.

Beautiful area, busy and fun but with the window shut we couldn't hear ANY street noise. It was lovely!!!!! It was a quant group of rooms, with a shared courtyard. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. We didnt have an espresso/coffee maker in the room, but there was a well stocked area in reception! Wish we could have stayed longer and would absolutely stay there again.

Sadly one of the nights we got in at 10:30pm and I wanted to shower from the long day. As I had shampoo in my hair the water shut up. My husband called the main line and they were on it to be fixed but didn’t come on till 12 (midnight). Luckily our kind neighbors bought me some water bottles to get the shampoo out of my hair. I only was asked by staff if the water was on and warm but nothing else.

We appreciated the shared area where we were able to make ourselves a cup of tea or coffee. The apartment was easily accessed via a lift.

因住宿的員工沒辦法幫忙叫車去火車站，我們只能自己從住宿旁邊的taxi station叫車去車站，會需要等很久，很不方便。我們早上9:45去排隊的時候taxi站已大排長龍，那些人還誤以為我們要插隊，對我們很兇，最後只能拉著行李走路13分鐘到火車站。

Die Lösung mit den Vouchers fürs Frühstück ist suboptimal. Auch nach vier Tagen war es uns nicht klar, wie der Umgang mit den Vouchers gehandhabt wird - zumal das von Angestellter zu Angestellter unterschiedlich war.

La cama era muy cómoda, a pesar de haber lluvias la habitación tenía buena temperatura. Muy bien insonorizado. Ponen a disposición de los huéspedes agua y café. La habitación también estaba muy limpia. Nos guardaron las maletas sin costo.
El baño era un poco pequeño

We were steps away from Duoma de Firenze, restaurants, shopping, markets, and short walks Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery, Academia Gallery, and a longer, stunning walk to Piazzale Michelangelo. Although we were located at the Piazza della Repubblicaa, the room was quiet and we were able to ret for the next day's adventures. The train station is close, the Uber pick up/drop off and the taxi Queue is also within steps. The hotel itself was lovely. Our room had a small terrace that offered some privacy and a lovely place to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was beautiful. Our host was helpful and answered our questions. There is also a lift in the building, but be aware that only one person with a suitcase at a time.
We really can't think of much that we didn't like.
