Location of the hotel is good.

Rooms were not upto the mark. Felt old. TV was not working. Beds were not so fresh bht just okay. The overall experience can be improced much farther.

Thanks for a great stay, definitely worth the price. Especially we are grateful for a staff Nhi Ny Toan Dat Suong Huong Na. He was very helpful and recommended us lots of hidden gems!

Great location and very helpful staff The hotel has a very convenient location, close to My Khe Beach. It’s only about a 100-meter walk to the beach, and there is a pedestrian crossing right in front of the hotel, so it’s very easy to get to the beach for swimming or walking. The bed was extremely large, probably around 2.5 meters wide. Two people could sleep comfortably without getting in each other’s way. However, the bed size seems to vary depending on the room, as some rooms have a very large bed while others have a standard-sized one. The room also has a kitchen with basic cooking utensils, which is very convenient if you want to prepare simple meals. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I accidentally left some belongings behind, and they helped me very quickly to get them back.

One thing to note is that the hotel advertises some rooms as having a partial sea view. However, from the 4th floor, the sea was only visible in the distance, while from the 2nd and 3rd floors, the view was mainly of surrounding buildings. The bed itself was clean, but the cushion on the sofa was quite dirty. The curtain was also difficult to open and close. The bathroom drainage was not very good, so water tended to drain slowly while showering. The bidet spray also needed to be positioned at a particular angle to work properly.

Đây là lần thứ hai mình quay lại và chất lượng vẫn rất tốt. Nhân viên nhớ khách cũ, phục vụ chu đáo. Phòng luôn sạch sẽ, được dọn mỗi ngày. Cảm giác rất thoải mái như ở nhà. Buổi sáng xung quanh có nhiều quán ăn địa phương và quán cf 43 Town địa điểm check in nổi tiếng nên rất tiện. Rất đáng tiền

Giá phòng hợp lý so với chất lượng. Phòng không quá rộng nhưng được dọn dẹp kỹ, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Điểm cộng lớn là nhân viên rất thân thiện, luôn chào hỏi và hỗ trợ khi cần. Khu vực xung quanh nhiều quán ăn, cà phê nên khá thuận tiện.

It’s literally so close to the beach. 100/10. The stay was perfect. The bathroom was awesome and had all amenities. I had booked for just a night because my flight was next evening and they even kept my bags at the reception without any extra charges. So polite behaviour by the staff. 100% Recommended. If you’re reading this you don’t need to go anywhere else. This is it.

There was electric interruption for 3 consecutive nights, we were not able to sleep well and sweating, as if someone is playing the power and a ghost will come from anywhere anytime with the sound of the power interruption it creates. However they compensate our service transpo going back to the airport.

I really loved my stay there it was really close to the beach like just a 5 minute walk. The famous bread and butter spot is also 2 mins walk. I would love to appreciate the staff name Dat, he is so humble and makes you feel welcome all the time. As a solo traveller it was my first time staying in a mixed dormitory and I was really scared but he made sure there was no concern for the safety and trust me when I said it I really meant it. Dat told me and he was right there at the reception, whenever I was going out or somewhere he was guiding me and checking upon me if I was okay and comfortable. There were times we shared little giggles when the communication was only through google translate application. But he understood everything and communicated with me. I would highly recommend this place. If this would have been in my hands I would have declared him the star of the property. But from me loads of love and appreciation to him as he made me feel like a home far away from home ✨✨✨✨✨✨. Whenever I went out Dat continuously checked on me even when his shift is over. He was a true example of vietnam hospitality that I have heard of. He is one of the major reason that I will definitely come back to Vietnam and specially stay at this place with my family ❤️❤️ Also I will highly recommend the taxi service I took from this hotel, the cab driver viet huy he was also a humble person I met he took me to bana hills safely. I planned to come back by 3-4pm but I reached back at around 7pm and there was no food option down the hill and he stayed there and didn't complain at all and he dropped me and went for the next job. He had a pleasant smile throughout.

Điều khiến tôi ấn tượng nhất là sự thân thiện và chuyên nghiệp của đội ngũ nhân viên, luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ với nụ cười trên môi. Đây chắc chắn là một trong những nơi lưu trú tốt nhất mà tôi từng trải nghiệm và tôi sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp.

Tôi đã có trải nghiệm rất tuyệt vời tại khách sạn. Phòng sạch sẽ, rộng rãi, được chuẩn bị đầy đủ tiện nghi và có không gian thoải mái. Vị trí thuận tiện cho việc di chuyển và tham quan. Đặc biệt, đội ngũ nhân viên rất nhiệt tình, thân thiện và luôn hỗ trợ khách với thái độ chuyên nghiệp. The location is near the beach

I was accommodated in the larger women's dormitory, and the entire room was full of mold. It smelled so bad that I couldn't sleep there for a single night. The suggested solution was that I could pay more and move to a private room if it bothered me. After some discussion, I was allowed to change rooms to another female dormitory, which, however, still smelled of mold (like the entire building but a little bit less than the big female dorm). There were only two toilets, and the showers were connected to the toilets and some of the doors couldn't be locked (the female side also had one single shower and one toilet, which you could also not lock). There was also a gap in both doors, allowing you to see through. Furthermore, the whole room was full of mosquitoes; I don't even know where they came from, as there aren't that many even outside.

The location was good, right near the beach. Albeit a very touristy beach. The accommodation offered what was advertised, it is budget accommodation.

It would have been nice to have a bedside lamp as I wanted to go to sleep but the other person in the room didn't. Small thing but a bit of an oversight for a twin room.

The positive side of my stay was the hospitality. The staff here are responsive and helpful. The cleaning staff in particular were nice and friendly to me throughout my stay. I want to mention Ny, who was good to interact with, as well as the rest of the team: Hien, Dat, Toan, Quynh, Nhi, Huong, Suong, and Na. They make you feel welcome. My room itself was clean and comfortable.

The facilities are not in the greatest shape and make the stay feel a bit expensive for what you get. For two days, there was a loud, persistent humming noise happening day and night that made it tough to sleep, though it eventually stopped. My AC also acted up late one night; however, the team handled it professionally and had it fixed within an hour. Lastly, while the individual rooms are well-kept, I noticed the garbage cans near the entrance were frequently overflowing, so public area cleanliness could be improved.

Cigarette smoke comes through the vents. The place just felt dinghy and tired. The air-conditioning is noisy.

This was by far the worst accommodation of our two-week trip through Vietnam. The only real advantage was that it was close to the beach, although unfortunately it rained every day during our stay. The photos are probably from when the hotel was first built, because the reality now is completely different. It seems like the place has never been renovated since then. The walls were dirty, the furniture was old and worn out, and the air conditioner looked like it was 20 years old — yellow, outdated, and honestly quite unpleasant to look at. The bathroom drain was clogged, and on the first evening we could barely flush the toilet properly. We reported it to the receptionist, but communication was very difficult because she barely spoke English. In the end, the issue was fixed. Unfortunately, I also got food poisoning from a restaurant in Da Nang during this part of the trip and had to stay inside this accommodation for two days recovering — otherwise, we honestly would have left earlier. There was dust everywhere and the whole place constantly felt dirty and poorly maintained. Unfortunately, this stay was a big disappointment for us. Never again.

Horror stay. Never again. Please choose wisely than us.

Ban đầu mình chỉ đặt thử 1 đêm nhưng sau đó quyết định ở thêm vì trải nghiệm khá tốt. Phòng sạch, mùi dễ chịu, nội thất tuy không quá sang trọng nhưng rất gọn gàng và đầy đủ. Điều mình thích nhất là nhân viên cực kỳ nhiệt tình, hỗ trợ mình check-in sớm và giới thiệu nhiều quán ăn ngon quanh khu vực. Khách sạn gần biển nên buổi chiều đi dạo rất thích. Nếu quay lại Đà Nẵng chắc chắn mình sẽ đặt lại.

Die Einrichtung des Zimmers war mächtig abgewohnt, Das Wasser in der Dusche ist nur sehr sehr langsam abgelaufen, das Waschbecken müsste dringend erneuert werden, der Fernseher ohne Funktion, und überall Schrammen an der gesamten Wohnung. It felt disappointing, looked old and privacy felt lacking. It wasn´t my most comfortable stay for its price.

cleanliness was not good. Bunk bed curtains had pleanty of stains, looking dirty. Drawers under the bed super dusty and had hairs. Shower is not regularly cleaned/or at least not we'll.

The smell made it difficult to stay in the room. I stayed in the 4-bed female dorm, and the women’s bathroom was a bit uncomfortable because the door didn’t fully cover the space, so there wasn’t much privacy.

Two times they opened the dorm and came in to clean at 6-7AM making lot of noise. The female dorm was mega tiny and they were blasting the AC on maximum even after 3 of us tried to ask them to adjust the temperature.
