De gezinskamer waren 2 kamers achter 1 deur. De hoofddeur kon niet op slot, de 2 losse deuren wel. Daardoor konden we niet bij elkaars kamers naar binnen want er was maar 1 sleutel per kamer. Verder deed de douchekop het bij de ene kamer niet, en bij de andere kamer werd het water niet warm. En de bedden waren erg hard, maar dat is persoonlijke voorkeur. We hebben het niet tegen het personeel gezegd want we waren op doorreis, we waren in de ochtend snel weer weg.

Jammer dat het centrum van Rouen ietsje uit de richting ligt van het hotel. Maar vlak bij het hotel liggen diverse restaurants waar we heerlijk hebben gegeten.

De kamers zozo, zoals eerder gezegd voor één nacht, maar worden zeker niet grondig gepoetst, gecontroleerd. Veel stof onder bed, geen geschikte dop voor het bad, prop in afvoer ... een gewoon ok doorreis-hotel.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Kamer heel schoon,lekker bed, fijne airco, alleen de badkamer gaf het gevoel dat je in een sta caravan was, heel klein en van plyester. Het ontbijt heeft àlles overtroffen, heerlijk en in een gezellige ruimte.
We waren zeer tevreden . Zeker ook wat je ervoor moest betalen.

Terrible experience – avoid this hotel! The service here is awful. Our air conditioning didn't work, and the staff's lazy response was just "that’s what there is." The room was filthy and full of hair when we arrived. On top of that, the housekeepers ignored our "Do Not Disturb" sign and walked into our room twice! The water pressure in the shower was extremely weak, and there is zero soundproofing—you can hear every single noise from the entire hotel. Definitely not worth the money.

The room: We unfortunately stayed at a time during a heatwave (+40 degrees) and the rooms have no air conditioning, despite this being a specific criteria we were looking for on the booking search. We were so uncomfortable during the sleep even with a fan and windows fully open, it was a hotbox. The breakfast: please don't pay for the breakfast, we found mould on the crepes (see photos) and the croissants were stale. For 2 people, we paid €28 which was definitely not good value and quality as you would get at any local boulangerie. This demonstrated that not only the food was re-served again over several days but was also not kept appropriately.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Good location for our stop before calais. Good parking for our motorbikes. Restaurants 10 min walk away, we ate at 3 Brasseurs, nice meal. Breakfast was extremely good. On arrival, I was suffering from the heatwave, and as no aircon in the bedrooms, a fan was supplied for us.
