It was walking distance to the Harbour and beach. It had all the utensils needed to braai or cook. Beautiful home

The water took long to heat up during the day, but it heated up ihot enough n the mornings when we needed to shower

Everything, stayed there before, just love the comfort.

Had a problem with warm water but thanks to a helpful bunch of people sorted out.

What can i say. In one sentence... One can not fault this place. Absolute stunning place to stay. Modern and clean. Equiped with everything and more you need to have a comfortable stay. Good communications all the time between Lindi and Marlo. Lindi went out of her way to bring us a spash pool for the nephews. Marlo went out of his of way to accommodate us and checking in and out was effortless. It was our base for 6 nights and we explored the west coast from here. Easy accessible to the main routes. Wine route only an hour and half drive away.

The location is great with partial views of the ocean, and within a short walk to the beach and walking trails along the shore. The house is well equipped with modern appliances including two fridges which came in handy for our group of 8 adults. It also has more than sufficient crockery, glassware and cutlery. The lounge and dining area is a great space to socialize and relax, and the deck is a lovely place to experience beautiful sunsets. Marlo, the property manager, and Lindi, the owner, are also very responsive and communicated well prior to and during our stay.

Place is beautiful. It was clean and we were welcomed by Mario. Lindi, the owner, was out of the country but still phoned me to welcome us.

As it was Easter Weekend we wanted a place to get away from the city and our everyday environment. Bella Vista was the perfect spot to relax with the family. The house was well located close to the shops and a easy walk down to the beach. The house is clean and the open plan layout allows everyone to be part of the conversation doesn't matter if your in the kitchen, in front of the braai or sitting on the couch. We would definitely love to come back to Bella Vista for another visit.

Exceptional home with the nicest touches at a great location. We can’t fault it. My family had the most wonderful time we wished we could have stayed a bit longer.

Freezer portion of fridge not working.

Location of this property is great. Good neighbourhood. Walking distance from the harbour and beach and little shops. The size of the property was great for our family.

Wifi is only available in the main area of the house. The back two rooms receive zero coverage. Although 4 en suite bedrooms, only 2 out of the 4 showers in the property worked. The other two either had low water pressure or no hot water. The private pool advertised was the size of a foot rinsing splash pool and only really adequate for small children/toddlers. Lots of ants all over the kitchen. The kitchen stock was fair but needs updating. The kitchen knives were mostly blunt.

Bella Vista is a beautiful and comfortable house and extremely close to the beach. My friends and I loves every moment of our stay. I would like to especially commend Lindi for ensuring that the kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary spices. It made cooking so much easier for us because we didn't have to buy any spices. I've stayed at a lot of self catering apartments and this is the first time that I found a fully stocked kitchen. Thank you so much to Lindi for opening her house to my friends and I. Amazing and restful weekend. Will definitely go again next year.

Loved the location, Marlo was very helpful, beds were very comfortable.

The cleaner could have been more thorough and I was charged an additional fee for another person who slept over for the night. thought we booked the house obviously not. So its per room and not the whole house so a bit misleading unfortunately.
